    @JioCare @reliancejio He promised me that you will get YouTube black premium but I didn’t get it ans also I should get latest C6 outdoor unit but got very old unit, Once again Jio Team cheated me, very frustrated with the service, after paying 100 Mbps, geriatric 30 Mbps benifit.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not about “previous dues”, this is about your team’s failure. I had clearly informed BEFORE installation that I needed the connection only for 2 months. Your representative never informed me that I must send an email for closure. If the connection continued

    @JioCare The engineer’s reporting boss is not picking up call his number is 8850419136. Engineer said there is wire issue and he need to go to store and collect the wire. For speeding my husband took him to store & they are not giving wire. Expedite it immediately

    Hi @JioCare,This is seriously frustrating. For the last 10 days, Jio AirFiber speed is so poor that even basic browsing is not working properly, forget downloads or streaming No resolution, no clear timeline what’s the point of paying for this service? Fix this asap

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @Henon22 @airtel_india That does sound really inconvenient. I faced something similar earlier,but after switching to jio the international roaming service and support have been reliable for me. You may want to consider trying @jiocare on your next international trip.
