  @JioCare @JioCare It’s been 56+ hours without internet. What exactly is the issue causing prolonged outage? what is the estimated time of restoration? provide a clear, specific update instead of another generic response. I deserve to know when my paid service will actually be restored.

  @JioCare Yes after that response I decided to port. 5G is not working properly in this area since 1 year and you guys asking to use 4G. No worries there are other service providers also

  Jio, we are using ur airfiber & timely paying the rental, accordingly your staff gets payed. But once in blue-moon or 6 months when its not working same staff don’t respond thats very bad. SR00002NHPR2, kindly get it resolved earliest. Using Airtel to contact jio. @reliancejio

  @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @JioCare It has been six days now, and the problem remains exactly the same. The service is absolutely terrible and pathetic. They claim Jio is India's number one network, but the reality is that the service is the worst.
