@iamanuj93 @JioCare jio has the worst customer service. no one has replied to my query till now. on the other hand in @airtelindia at least we can contact the customer service. but jio has purposely made it so hard to reach customer care.

Time to correct bad decision to take @JioCare connection. Now am move on to @airtelindia with hope xtream fiber not dissatisfied me as Jio Fiber do. I suggest people to move on from jio because of rubbished service of @reliancejio
