    @JioCare @JioCare , I have received refund thanks a lot 🙏, Feedback :- for non jio user no way to track service request, we can't to customer after payment of account and before installation because jio account is not created, apellete authority not responding

    @JioCare If the issue was non-payment, why did the app explicitly display "Data Exhausted"? If the issue was data exhaustion, where are the records proving that 3300 GiB was actually consumed?

    For over a week, @JioCare has failed to fix our ONT despite repeated complaints. Your engineers keep ignoring our available time slots and instead insist on visiting only at their own convenience. Multiple calls to customer care have achieved nothing.

    @JioCare @jiocare Wat is the use of sending DMs? The Jio team repeatedly says "pay the bill to remove suspension," but you never resolve the actual outage caused by your own faulty line breakage. (1/2)
