    I am officially canceling my @JioCare AirFiber. Enough is enough. Every month: 10 days of NO internet. Every day: 5 spam emails/SMS demanding bill payment. Your "4-hour resolution" promises are a TOTAL FRAUD. Third-grade support, zero accountability, Come collect your equipment.

    @JioCare I put my 4g sim in Jiobharat phone. After 2 days it's still not allowing recharge. How to do it. Customer care is worst with only bots.

    Dear @JioCare team Please improve your network in my village, Sukhpar Roha, Kachchh, Gujarat. Your network is very bad here; the internet has not been working for three years. We are forced to use your network because we have no other option. We are frustrated.

    @JioCare what a poor service, Landline no. 011- 35643427 and internet services are down since yesterday. I am only getting fake assurances from your team with multiple TAT for issue resolution but problem is still there. All my office work has been badly impacted.

    LR000015AMMY @JioCare @DoT_India @reliancejio This company is making fool of customers, cancelling new bookings and not refunding the money. Service advisors are foolish and don't know anything. No resolution till date, have been complaining since 4 weeks.

    @jiocare People dont go for jio connection as their customer service sucks and their engineers are arrogant and rude. They will put your complaint on hold and later show it aa resolved even when your complaint has been not attended. Despite complaing for 5 days, no action taken
