@JioCare absolutely horrible service for jio fiber, i was promised 2 months free subscription bt after installation only 1 month is showing, the people working for installation has blocked my no. and nt answering the calls.

@jiocare worst internet service provider. My BB internet is not working sice 4.30pm yesterday evening and made a complaint also . It's 3.48 pm today and nobody came to check it, Very bad after sale service

@JioCare I have shifted to new house. My request to shift my existing Jio fiber connection was denied. Even though new home is in same building. I had to take new connection because of WFH & requested to cancel old connection on 19April2021. Still no action has been taken. (1/2)

@JioCare @reliancejio how many times do I need to contact you guys for fiber concern in a month this is 5th time in last 30 days I'm unable to use my fiber connection. Please do any permanent solution for it. Its showing red LED.
