We are facing net speed issue a lot. Jio is only taking money from us they are not giving the value against the money they are taking from us. I'm facing issues since last year & registered complaint many times but till date no one focused on this. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare I am using Jio service but since 3 days its working pathetic... calls are getting dropped... internet is not working properly... not able to work with JioFi as well... not sure who can help to resolve this issue as not even able to connect to customer care😒😣

@TRAI But consumers who are aware of their rights , and several times complained about poor services of @JioCare @reliancejio , You just forward it to concerned department . But no one take any action about it . WHY??
