@reliancejio There is a lot of network issues. Somedays, the data gets exhausted within 1 hrs and sometimes it's for 3 hrs or 4 hrs of using Zoom meet. Its really annoying and troubling. Please do look after it. The speed is also very poor. Mobil no. 9506041200 Varanasi-221002

@JioCare Your assist is very poor i have plan but he said you top up 10 rs. And we update your location after that so u get speed of internet i. Top up 10 rs. Recharge but he can't do any thing your customer care are illiterate person sitting i record all this 25 minute waste with that cc

Received a call from @JioCare @reliancejio saying my Jio number will be discontinued or permanently shut down in next two hours if I do not recharge before that!! What the hell going on here !?How can you suddenly discontinue an active Jio number!! 🤬 😡

@JioCare already sent, & I know u vl say 2 wait for 48hr as service request already raised & backend team is working. Customer can't have access to 'backend' team, not sure why you can't resolve it right away like in @airtelindia stores. Resolve this, and I will go back to @airtelindia
