    @JioCare what a pathetic app no way to contact the customer representative, bill already paid but still showing due only IVR giving same question on loop if don't have proper maintanence don't use quite frustrating... Ac number 310236151260

    @JioCare @reliancejio on the decline A service started so well, ticked every box with respect to quality of service or cost or quality of support. But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution. Is this how big brands are made? Sorry but this does not meet our expectations.

    Experienced the worst internet connectivity from @airtelindia in #uttarakhand @ANINewsUP @UTDBofficial They need to feel #relianceJio just a new arrival has got good coverage now and better connectivity with affordable price then at least #airtel.

    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    @JioCare Dear shraddha it was told to me that it would take around max 7 days for refund after cancallation. So I think I had wait enough alredy kindly tell me the exact date or time when I would support to get the refund Pl.

    @JioCare Am facing this issue on every device and on every website or application. I have raised the issue 7 times your are engineers are not able to identify the issues even they have seen the issue happening in front of themselves
