  Are you guys out of your mind? Wifi Services are down here at Pushp Vatika Indore from last 2 days and no one is doing anything. We are not able to complaint as well as everytime its saying the whole area is down @reliancejio @jiocare

  @JioCare If i atleast get the service engineer phone number i can contact him directly. If the assigned engineer refuse to install them tell me directly, i will cancel the order from jiofiber and get brand new @Airtel_Presence fiber.

  @JioCare My jio Fiber network is down since 4 days and no technician bothers to make a visit and resolve the issue. Service request no is SR000037FFTN.issue is related to broken cable but assigned technician is not bothered . Pathetic service. High time to switch to Airtel.

  @JioCare I already received message for cancellation. What do you mean that cancellation is still in progress? But there was no communication related to refund. It's been 9 days. There is no option to contact customer care on provided number as well.

  @JioFinance @JioCare More than 24 hours have passed, but the issue is still unresolved. My Bank account is not visible. Passbook, debit card and banking access are missing. UPI is asking for reset PIN and all transactions are failing. Your team said it's a technical glitch.

  Dear JioFiber, the internet has been extremely slow and frequently shows "Connected, No Internet." What's more frustrating is the repeated restoration messages with new timelines every few hours. Please focus on fixing the issue instead of extending ETAs. #JioFiber @JioCare
