    @JioCare @reliancejio My issue hasn't been resolved yet. Your DM is unresponsive, your executives are defrauding customers to increase their sales count. This process of getting a service done is very disruptive and not as seamless as Jio promised earlier.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am Vi customer but want to port my number to Jio. Raised request multiple times for home delivery of jio sim on jio app.Received agent details through jio msg after two days but on calling agent started asking for extra money for delivery of sim.1/2

    @JioCare Mannn there is no end to your harrassment, now my account will be deactivated and earlier your customer service call attendent told i can reactivate it just by recharge and now your attendent is saying that it will be not and i have to BUY your new connection again..🖕

    @ozziesaldanha @JioCare @ViCustomerCare My problem is first of all the customer care people's absolute lack of interest in solving this issue. They don't even have the court part courtesy to reach out. It's really sad specially during this crisis

    @JioCare Till now the problem is not solved. What a worst service you provide to the customer you proved it today. Jio only knows how to take money from the customers, they do not know how to provide services to customer.

    @JioCare How many times will I get thissame reply? Everyday there is a new scheduled appointment and still no engineer visits if you can't fulfill in 10 days what you promised to do in 3 days then please issue a refund. All my work is stuck due to no wi-fi.
