@CaSondagar @JioCare There is no such policy to change any router once installed. New router was installed just to complete salesman targets. File complaint with jio customer care.

Pathetic service by jio.Requested for installation of jio fibre a week ago,payment made but no one has come to install. No proper response from customer care or technicians. Service is terrible and very disappointing.I would not recommend Jio.@reliancejio @JioCare
