    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From last 15 day too much slow Internet speed in my area specially after 7.00 pm. Not able use more than 100 mb . I already complain in customer care but there is no solution. Can I switch in other telecom operator? @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare - There have been frequent internet outages in Rasoolpur, Mubarakpur, Azamgarh over the past 24 hours. Currently, JioFiber services are completely down and we have no internet connectivity. Plz resolve it at the earliest and ensure uninterrupted connection.

    I recharged 899 plan but i couldn't watch ipl in my laptop it shows upgrade 1st time facing this issue mobile is fine i recharged today only @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar

    @JioCare Even while travelling there should not be any connectivity issue and we should not feel network glitches, go and see how mobile network works in other countries even while travelling

    @JioCare The customer support of Jio is the most incompetent team in the world. Every time a new person comes to DM and asks stupid questions (what already has been explained earlier). Still my Netflix account is blocked and the Jio team has no resolution in sight

    @JioCare @jio_fiber amazing how in Bangalore city you can screwup service in Whitefield area. My SR is opened for more than 36 hour. your customer care is happy giving assurance and service engineer busy giving excuses. SR number: SR000036AMW1
