    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio This is what the problem is. You don't want to actually understand the problem. "The lead for JioAirFiber connection is in process. Once completed, you will receive an SMS on your mobile number with a appointment date & time for installation"

    @JioCare What are you assisting you guys are not listening to our issue and saying just to reset the network settings. Even after saying that's not working you still asking me to do the same thing. I am not only the one facing the issue its the whole village which is facing the issue

    Pathetic service by JIO Broadband , there field engineers are manipulating the nos. To meet the target they are doing unethical practices If any one from JIO wants to know call me what there team is doing #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    I am really sick about jio fibre customer care. I raised relocation request on for 31st may. Those people came on 29th and put on hold. Now they are not relocating and giving false promises. Really tired of calling again and again with no resolution @jio_fiber @JioCare

    Extremely frustrated & harassed by @JioCare @reliancejio. Paid ₹2221 for #JioAirFiber on 16 May. Your corrupt staff openly demanded a ₹1000 bribe for installation. Since I refused, they halted the service. 16 days of zero response! Your customer care is absolutely useless.

    I applied for a Port to Jio from Airtel on 23rd May 2026, the Customer Care guys told me that it would be done within 5 working days however I'm yet to receive the Sim Card as of today. Pls help. Place: New Delhi @JioCare

    @JioCare I paid ₹45.61 on 21 May 2026 for an outstanding amount, but the same ₹45.61 is again added in my latest JioFiber bill. This is incorrect billing. A paid amount should be auto-adjusted in system. Please fix my account. Proof available.
