    Connection I was always disappointed to see no response from their end.Since this fraudulent incident has happened me many times and jio team is not providing resolution I am requesting @TRAI @DoT_India to please intervene and provide me resolution against fraudulent @JioCare

    Hi, @JioCare I made a recharge of 209 Rs to the wrong number. And the amount is successfully transferred to the operator(Jio). Please refund my money to my account. I tried to connect with the customer care department but there is no proper department to resolve my issue.

    @JioCare I also received a call from +91 22-35072677 to confirm whether my issue was resolved and when i said it wasn’t, they told me the router will be replaced and they have created an appointment for the same. But when i called the helpline they said no such request is there
