    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @JioCare you guys really testing my patience.Without my knowledge a service engineer rescheduled the appointment mentioning that i requested. You guys doesn't have a resolution except asking me to close the connection.I wil burn the router and post the video for better visibility

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is not working from 2 may 2021 and the engineer is telling that your connection will not be repair because company has taken a policy not to repair the old connection and sell new connection. What a good co#Reliance jio

    @JioCare applied for JioFiber new connection on 04May. Verification team visited on 05May & order activated at 11:00AM after full payment for 3months It's been 48+ hours and have not received any call & can't reach through customer care Guide how to cancel for refund. #JioFiber

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare @reliancejio Day 6 still network issue not resolved in my area.. Net not working call can not connected properly your staff saying will be resolved in one hour four hour since 6 days... What is the problem why don't your say you can't resolve

    @JioCare hello it's been a months since my money got stuck while adding in jio pos lite you told me to wait for a week for refund yet it's still not refunded yet in my account. Please help me as soon as possible.

    @JioCare i need solution my jio fiber was closed for 3 days please help i could not use at all for 3 days and if we do not recharge even for 1 day then you stop service when we don't use then you get 3 days more Please give 3 more days to my account

    @JioCare Thanks, but still no one contacted me. it's getting really difficult to manage my work without internet. Please confirm this can be resolved or atleast i can switch to other service providers. I can afford more delay. Hope you understand.
