    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @JioCare They were discussing with there senior that the their is issue of some high power supply and they don't have the proper tool to fix it. This the quality of your technical person.

    @JioCare I have made it very clear over the email if the whole amount of 1500 is not refunded within a week I will be filing a case in Consumer court. How dare you accuse the customer for the delay when clearly it's from your end?

    @JioCare @JioCare tum loogo ko CX problem se ya issues se frk nhi pdta h na?!kitna time ho gya h complaint raise kiye but no response.I have a last option left to file a complaint on consumer court for your carelessness.LAST WARNING!otherwise I'll do this for sure!

    @JioCare I was available in my residence every single day whenever the pickup was scheduled. But no one would come for pick up. Again I would call customer care n everytime I would get same reply that we are looking into it. Only after highlighting here the device was picked up.
