    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @JioCare Sirr no.option available regarding refund either onn 1800-890-7070 or 1966 i have tried both and thats what the problem is you guys are only asking to do this or that but not seriously viewing my matter this is literally very bad as an reputated bank

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @FibreJio ridiculously long waiting period after processing KYC and money paid. Service provider does not even bother to answer calls or respond back. Feels fraud and cheated by #jiofiber service provider in margao.

    @JioCare After general reply it's become trust issues until not get resolved, your many reply with escalation but no solution, you are taking your your sweet time , shortly reply have no time line and still no clarity.

    I got my @reliancejio sim converted in esim in under 5 mins but the @airtelindia it's been 5 days and yet no resolution. That's after visiting their showroom multiple times. pathetic response by @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Jio Fiber Internet down since 24th April. 2 appointments for Engineer scheduled—no one showed up. Called support 5 times—only false assurances. Appointments disappear from the app! This is sheer negligence and harassment. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare I never got any calls.. The issue has been persistent for long and no resolutions yet.. Bills are the only thing that works well in Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been 4 days of porting my sim from Airtel to Jio and my sim is not yet working, it's my primary number and I am facing too much problem from this.
