    @reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    @JioCare Incredible "service" from @JioCare. Log a request, wait around, and watch the engineers cancel it without ever showing up or calling. Twice in a row now. Why does your support system exist if your team just ghosts paying customers? @reliancejio

    So far my order isn't cancelled, customer care reps don't care, I've had several calls disconnected on face, some just lied to me saying they are raising escalation req all the while they didn't. So @JioCare IG the thing is you guys are only responsible until you take the money.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar I bought the ₹949 Jio 2GB 84-day plan on 16th May 2026,which includes jiohotstar subscription as well,but JioHotstar is asking me to subscribe again,It’s already included in my recharge plan but subscription shows unsubscribed.Resolve this issue on priority

    4 days, still no updates, why...? Your mail service is not working... Customer care just cuts my call. The delivery agent number I received said I am not working in jio ... What is this...? Even after raising request, I have not received any progress update... @JioCare

    @JioCare extremely disappointing, you are able to provide a new customer sim at doorstep. But you don’t care about your existing customers, asking them to come to store for damaged sim replacement. #patheticservice #poorcustomerservice

    Very disappointed with the Jio porting process. I converted my Airtel eSIM to a Jio physical SIM through home delivery. It has already been more than 72 hours, but the SIM is still showing “No Service.” The SIM is detected by the iPhone, but activation is still pending. @JioCare

    @JioCare nahi bigaad sakta.” This negligence is affecting hundreds of users daily. Kindly treat this matter seriously and take immediate action, otherwise 500+ consumers are ready to disconnect Jio services from this area.
