@reliancejio this is a request for installing jio network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

@JioCare Hi, I am struggling to relocate my jio fibre. I am facing issues because of jio backend teams recklessness and Negligency and rude behavior towards its customer. Engineer closed the request without proper reason. Supervisors dont care. Manager speaks in a rude manner.

@JioCare I have been asking this from day 1 when they denied connection if there is any mandate for limited wire for connection, but none confirmed anything. Neither customer care nor the local guys here. And it’s day 3 none even tried to contact me or even tried to retain.

@JioCare If I had provided them that money I would have got the connection, but since I was not ready so their top people discussed something and told a new box will be fixed but when no one knows and no one was giving clear answers, neither customer care not the local representative.
