@JioCare Sir or madam please install new network tower. 3000 people living this village and dayli 1000 people visit temple. And this village connect another village And so many business place. Please install new network tower. Poor network internet and voice call not clear

@JioCare It's nearly a week now but still awaiting for the problem to get resolved. How pathetic is this. It seems u people are not in a position to provide service. It seems u people just indulge in selling your products but no guarantee of after sales service.. .

@JioCare I have facing bad network issue, when I'm using the internet, it get disconnected frequently. I had raised complaints over the phone with your customer care executive several times(no response) I'm very disappointed to say that your services are very poor than expected.

@JioCare @reliancejio Why your IVR starts screaming about my plan expiry in 5 days advance before making every call ? Even in Urgent and Emergency situation it is there. Why should customer bear it ?
