    @JioCare Sir or madam please install new network tower. 3000 people living this village and dayli 1000 people visit temple. And this village connect another village And so many business place. Please install new network tower. Poor network internet and voice call not clear

    @reliancejio worst experience and services ever.from last 10 days i dont get replacement or refund from reliance.according there policy 7 days time which is over still no any resolution provided to me

    @JioCare and I show them that the smart tv in working fine with mobile hotspot and as well as with another router attached with jio router but with jio router, connectivity is not established. Technician are admitting that there is problem in jio router all over my locality

    @JioCare @reliancejio , trial fiber connection was disconnected 10 days ago, yet, no action taken from Jio and Custcare are least bothered to assist us, pathetic service. My refund is also not initiated.
