@JioCare Sir or madam please install new network tower. 3000 people living this village and dayli 1000 people visit temple. And this village connect another village And so many business place. Please install new network tower. Poor network internet and voice call not clear

@fastoye @reliancejio @JioCare Faced the same issue, i had to call multiple people.. called customer care 100 times, had to visit the nearby jio fiber store multiple times n submit the device myself n waited few months for refund.. they will give connection within hours, but after sales service is bad

@reliancejio My JIO sim is working very very poorly outside Mumbai. So bad, that I have to switch over to my Airtel Sim for data. Please improve otherwise people will AGAIN lose faith in Jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare Part 1- I am from UP district ballia at our Village there is jio tower which was set up last year,it worked fine for 4 to 5 monthnow condition is bad.Earlier it used to work fine even if power supply goes means we are getting service even if no electricity
