    @JioCare @DoT_India @facebookapp earlier I didn't faces this issue, whenever I done a recharge for 1yr with 2599 they started consuming my data balance without accessing FB vedio etc.. and sending my sms how to reduce data consuming. I know erythng, I am belongings frm telecoms
