@JioCare Sir or madam please install new network tower. 3000 people living this village and dayli 1000 people visit temple. And this village connect another village And so many business place. Please install new network tower. Poor network internet and voice call not clear

@reliancejio Service ID:300873543365 Oder ID:CO0000DDWKKU Hi, As per discussion on 10th Sept remaining balance of 1000 rupees was cleared and in process and should have been credited by 14th Sept. Today I tried to call Jio fiber help line number twice but customer care is not taking my calls.

@JioCare my SR is yet to be resolved till now. It's been 7days now. Today the SR shows resolved whereas the tech has not even visited my home till now. What pathetic service. I advice all and sundry to kindly shun jio fiber for some other alternative solution. Pathetic service.
