    @JioCare @fiber_jio Please take back your set top box and router too. One of worst services from past 8 months. #Uploadspeed slower 50 times than slower #download speed. #JioFiber worst custumer care expierence.

    @reliancejio in fact I was told to get airtel/tata,as this will take long to get facility in area which is less then 1km from previous place,plz don’t ask the source as I don’t want to create problem for any employee.internet is basic need so gonna look 4 other option.9024835422

    @JioCare If you are not able to do it, then whatever network is there around us, uproot it and throw it away.

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I'm your jiofiber user and today last few I can't do anything with internet because of jiofiber connection issue I was raised my complaint on jio whatsapp but no response and nor my problem should be solving. And now what can I do then ?

    @SupermarketWala @reliancejio Mr Damodar mall sir,this is chakraborthy.i am not able to login to my jiomart account.I have been escalating this issue for the last 3months.but no use.jiomart escalation department is very irresponsible.i request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible Thank you

    @JioCare Sir how much time, i think 2 month is enough to resolved it. I also suggest to your technician to change the connection wire to resolve this issue but he denied for it.
