    @JioCare There is no way to get in touch with your fiber team. Had raised a cancellation request, now I don't want to cancel it anymore. But no way to let them know about it.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare, I am away from home, so I don't have the ORN/LRN. Please check with your Ikauna, Shravasti (271845) team. Customer: Vidyavati Village: Chardaha Shivdaha KYC and payment were completed 8 days ago, but installation is still pending. Kindly resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare No installation, no updates, no proper customer support, and no resolution despite repeated follow-ups. This is unacceptable and feels like nothing but harassment of customers. Install the connection immediately or process a full refund without any further delay.

I request you to investigate this issue and improve the network coverage and internet speed in my area as soon as possible. Please resolve this problem at the earliest. Mob No 8340451805

    @JioCare By when it will be rectified? We cant call at Customer care . Your service engineer is continuously disconnecting my calls. What the hell is happening with Jio? I want my refund. This is not done. @jiocare
