    @JioCare JIO Fiber order no NO0000K22T10Gentlemen, I am still waiting for the resolution to my captioned reference number. I have heard nothing from you people in regard to a commitment or a willingness to do my installation, which has been pending for quite some time.

    @JioCare @_nitin_kumar16 Why you people keep asking for number and address if you are not taking any action on the issue, I have been facing the same network issue for last 2 years , raised complain multiple times but no improvement can be seen.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Post recharging with ₹999 monthly pack not able to view OTT subs. Sales Rep told me to just login with registered Mobile number and be connected to Jiofiber it will work on mobile, Laptop, TV.But it doesn't work every OTT asks to subscribe. Very Bad.

    @JioCare @reliancejio When I login to JIO security app, the message show me the "No subscription exist for logged in user. Buy licence to use jio security " What's the meaning of this message. Please let me know.
