    @JioCare I have raised a service request which is supposed to be rectified this morning at 10:18 am. It is still not resolved. Since the moment I raised the service request, I have been unable to speak to your team. Wonderful system, but if you implement this in service.

    @JioCare When Service Request has been closed by your end then who is working on ,and on what? Don't misguide me and dont challenge my patience level which is over. I need waiver for this period and raise the service request ASAP.
