    Dissatisfaction frm my intrnet connection issuewhich remains unresolved despite i raised a complaint on 14th July-SR00002MMD61. my internet is still not working properly update. Such delays are unacceptable and do not reflect the level of service expected from JIO . @reliancejio

    @JioCare It has been over 2 working days since my consumer grievance was filed, yet there is no installation, no engineer, and no confirmed appointment. Please provide a concrete resolution instead of repeated generic responses.

    Dear @JioCare, there's a tower near my home, yet your 5G network is barely usable. Calls keep breaking and people can't hear my voice, while the internet constantly drops. Every complaint gets the same "check your settings" response. Stop blaming my phone and fix your network.
