    @reliancejio @JioCare surprising to see that jio Fiber is not serviced if it goes down . Have not been able get dial tone & your trouble shooting chat says can’t help if one doesn’t download specific apps JioJoin. Why shd a customer download apps for service +91 2235517393.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Aren't you guys interested to expand your customer base? Since January 2020, me & My friends are requesting for jiofiber. still it isn't available in my area. Less than 300 meter it is available. Aren't u able to pull connection?

    Been facing network issue with @JioCare since past one week. Cannot have single smooth conversation over a call without it dropping or constant voice breaking. Its very disappointing. Wish Jio took it seriously and took action to help its customers receive smooth services.
