    Worst customer service ever @reliancejio @JioCare Literally zero help from you guys, I am using jio fiber for more than a year now. And your executive is saying that I will only get decent speed if I go for 1500 plan even thou I am paying 1k for 150mbps and getting only 50mbps.

    @JioCare what crap is this I take ISD to make important internatuonal call at 1:50 pm in the afternoon but the plan is still not activatwed even though got 3 msgs to say recharge successful. What is point of customercare to call and useless chat Trnx BR0005O04NMV. Sad and bad :(

    @samarendrapati @reliancejio @JioCare I recently tweeted my ss check it on. And My brother I also uses Vi network and believe me they are much better then this.
