    @JioCare To the WORST customer service team ever!!! Please mention the level of patience expected, what is the current status??? It has taken me 3 months to chase the store contact and now more than a month since I have been following up on Twitter and yet no sight of any update, refund!!

    Dear @MukeshAmbanima ji why @reliancejio announced jio fiber if they can’t install jio fiber within 70 metres from the jio store in Ramesh nagar New Delhi 110015. The service is unavailable in my location according to your jio store representative.

    @reliancejio why i am not able to access Amazon prime and other applications in My Jio Fiber subscription even having Gold plan and above, and there is a call hold of 20 mins over phone query resolver. Not happy with the service.
