    @JioCare you can’t schedule a technician visit by calling the customer care. You can’t do that on the app either. You can’t do it via WhatsApp too. At this point, Jio doesn’t care. You gotta find an alternative.

    I'm constantly calling your customer care number.. There is no resolution from your side.. I have been calling for 4 days and most of the time Its extremely difficult to reach out to your customer service executives. Even after engineer visit confirm no one came.. HELP @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been trying since 1 week and my installation Appointment has been repeatedly rescheduled without even speaking to me. The current scheduled date is 17/07/2026, which is absolutely unacceptable. I am already already facing issues with office related work on daily basis.
