    @JioCare your team collected upfront amount of Rs 2223/- for jio home three months subscription and now after two days service person said that now it will take 10 days to install connection as now box is not available for connection . My order id is NO0001DEI3GQ

    @JioCare 4 months intermittent disruptions, 3 days black out my bill is due today. Appellate team does not respond to emails calls getting unanswered. Calls not getting unanswered, take your time. Will pay only when the issue is resolved

    Dear @JioCare Jio Home WiFi service in my area has become extremely distressful. Internet signals are completely unavailable. Despite restarting the router multiple times, the issue still continues. Kindly resolve the network problem in my location asap @reliancejio

    @JioCare can't you see the complaint? There was nothing to do with bsnl just few compliments for them ,still they replied with lightning speed . What's taking so long to respond to my complaint?

    @reliancejio Platforms The network condition in Kachhauna Patseni (241126) is very poor. Frequent call drops and weak signal strength are creating serious problems for residents. Kindly send your technical team and fix the issue. @JioCare
