    And when trying to contact jiocare getting no response and when applied for jio home they asked for money first and after giving jio home then no response getting poorest service jio company and the agent who came to my home to apply jiohome didn't check

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request no is SR00002LAFUM engineer only rescheduling not visiting and solving problem. Very poor service. I will shift on airtel soon.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid β‚Ή3,599 for #JioTrue5G plan. Your own coverage map + support team confirmed 5G at my location (Tandauli, UP). A 5G tower is 100m away. Yet I get unstable 4G only. 3 complaints (SR0000336W5T, SR000034KRBD, SR000035Y9KN) closed WITHOUT fixing. This is cheating. @TRAI_Ind
