    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Facing service disruption since yesterday. A service request was raised (SR00003ARPGN), but instead of resolving it, your team falsely put it on hold claiming "customer not available/no access". I am right here. Fix this immediately!

    @JioCare Yes the service fellow did come and again asked to change from air fiber to jio fiber and pay 2900, we already paid last year to convert jio fiber to air fiber as per his recommendation. Now again the same.

    Unprofessional & pathetic service by @JioCare. Moving houses, trying to return JioFiber hardware & get a refund of my ₹6287 unutilized balance for a week. No response on email, no help on call. Is this how you scam customers, @reliancejio? Refund my money! @ConsumerCourt

    @JioCare Why you guys are so stupid ?? Before replying to customers pls review their pending service requests . That is the basic nature of customer service. Without doing ur home work you reply to customer as if customers are free and waiting for you to give the same message 2 many ppl
