@JioCare Jio network connectivity is too poor last three months. No data speed, no network and no call connection. I think Jio customer base effect it quality.

@JioCare unable to access modem and initiated a email query on April 29th and still no response. That's how you are serving your customers now. Can someone help me contact or escalate to the higher manager to fix it. I will sue you if no resolution this time.
