SR0000167WV4 the service request is still open for the past 3 weeks @JioCare. Your person calls up on Saturday and assures a resolution by Monday 12 noon and till now haven't heard from him nor any mail from your end.

@JioCare Sub: Beware of Jio Snare I got Jio fiber connection at my house. During trial period it gave excellent service and average service during the next three months. But from 25th Aug 2021, it's connectivity, frequency and reach went down abruptly and drastically.

@JioCare Sir what about installation charges of 1000INR. Before taking connection your associate assured me I will get full refund of 2500INR if I don't like service. I have placed cancellation request for next day of installation of fibre connection. This is completely cheating.

Today my entire village has faced the worst service of @airtelindia . Just because of silly rain there was nothing netwrk and even @idea and @JioCare Network was full. For the last 12hrs we were just cut with the world coz of Airtel's worst service at 443103.

Please improve the Jio Network Speed in Virar West. Upload speed is less than 1 MBs in most areas. Being so close to Mumbai. We have to face network issues. @JioCare @reliancegroup

@Airtel_Presence broadband & mobile network is useless. Broadband has 2-3 downtimes every month & mobile network complaints r unattended. Airtel is aware dat user faced issue, but push user to call back 4 compensation. They wouldn't do it proactively. Time 2 switch 2 @reliancejio
