    @JioCare What you do not want. You deliberately disconnect connection every now and then and that too for 5-6 hours. Why do you need my jio number? The entire Shillong City doesn’t have internet right now. You need to accept Jio is one of the worst service in the town😡😡

    @JioCare got a new fiber connection on 13th Nov and since then all I have been doing is raising SRs.. Always the same technician is sent who is unable to resolve the issue. 5GHz keeps on dropping or disappearing. Is disconnection the only way out?

    @JioCare dear team Internet on my no 8707350073 is not working . Network is full but internet is very slow .

    Seriously this is not a great experience so far with Airtel and am glad that I didn’t change my fiber service provider as they suggested. I came here as a last resort and if nothing changes i might have to switch back to jio in a month. @reliancejio will be back in 90 days :)
