HK TECH (@HKTECH_AI) reported@saaaanjjjuuu @airtelindia advertises “Unlimited 5G,” but the reality comes with hidden limits, fair-usage conditions, and hotspot restrictions. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.

Agent Sulekha failed to provide any resolution, and the assigned engineer never called or visited but falsely updated the complaint as "Customer Not Available." I see no reason to stay with Jio. Planning to port to Airtel. #JioCare
