    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

    If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare You guys have some of the most pathetic networks I have come across. Does not even work 5G most of the times. And even in 4G I'm not receiving msg, pages not loading while travelling in central line mumbai. Network gaand me gusake baite ho kya?

    I need help from Jio, Airtel and Apple jointly. I have 2 sims in my iPhone 15 Pro Max. One is physical sim and other one is e-sim. Network signal strength bars are shown in this video, top one being Jio and bottom one being Airtel. - When I put my mobile data on Jio, I get full network coverage for Airtel and and Jio network drops - When I put my mobile data on Airtel, I get full network coverage for Jio and Airtel network drops. Basically network remains poor for whatever the carrier I choose for mobile data. Both sims are 5g enabled and mobile data switching is off. Same problem is noticed on a different iPhone also. @JioCare @Airtel_Presence and @AppleSupport Please discuss amongst yourselves and arrive at a logical conclusion and then let me know the solution.

    @JioCare Postpaid Airfiber number: 8035971551 Since past 4 days, our Airfiber is not working. This is the 3rd time in last 2 months that it is not working. Unfortunately, helpline only says it will be fixed in 4hrs. But ticket is not assigned to any Jio service engineer. Pls fix

    @JioCare When I asked why an OTT recharge was mandatory for SIM replacement, I was told that there is "company pressure" and that the recharge must be done. When I requested SIM replacement for only the service charge, I was told to visit another Jio center in Islamnagar

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what is happening very other day. Exact 3:30 PM I am getting message of service disruption from JIO. Just now got it 9th time in last one month itself and it’s takes 3-4 hours to restore except one time it took 13 hours to restore. Do you want me to move out?

    @sonali0_ @JioCare Jio cheap cost slow internet.. airtel cost high.. but satisfying speed.. around 300-400 Mbps 🗿 jio in work hours from morning to evening 5 it’s too impossible to even get 10Mbps properly with out buffering 🤡 kya samaj re India walo ko mkc ambani hatt..
