Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

Jio internet service is getting worse now days. Since a month, the internet speed drops suddenly it becomes unusable, you can't even send Watsapp message. And when i call someone the speed becomes normal . Then after sometime is happens again. I'm frustrated.@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare the social media team and calling team are really great to help me out. This is one best team I have ever seen who were so kind to help me. They have been so kind to help me out in reactivating my sim card very fast. You guys might have done some course in fooling me
