If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

@reliancejio has really bad service i have 2 sims airtel and jio with 2gb/day on jio and 10gb total data on airtel and i end up using airtel's data and jio's data left unused because low speed always buffering slow in every aspect. Gonna port as soon as plan ends on jio #Jiodown

@JioCare Hi @AshwiniVaishnaw..our pm is beating drums in foreign countries with the data usage achievement.but this is the real story on ground how the companies are doing monopoly...they can't fix a connection for last 7 days after reaching the @reliancejio team with 32calls and 10mails
