  If I had to wait on long call hearing to IVR feeding me with information that I wont need, I rather go back 10yrs in time. Porting to @JioCare @reliancejio has been a great regert. Poor network quality, bad service and long conversations with IVR is Stressful and frustrating #jio

  Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I had recharged my Jio number with 401 INR on 2nd of July this year, to get 1 year hotstar VIP subscribtion. Transaction ID: BR0004VC6B3T. Hotstar subscription was for one year, and now when I am trying to login it's asking for re subscribe.

  @JioCare Customer care informed me that an engineer visit is scheduled only tomorrow between 11 AM and 12 PM. Does a new customer really have to stay without internet for almost 24 hours after just a few days of installation?

  @deepjoshi11th @JioCare It's too bad to see this thing that @JioCare is not taking such financial issue seriously. I heard lots of about this company and impressed, I was planning to buy Jio fiber for my and office also... But unfortunately after seeing lots of complaints, I need to change my decision.

  @JioCare My Jio SIM is facing a severe network mapping issue. When I make outgoing calls, a completely different wrong number and name show up on the receiver's phone. Also, incoming calls are showing 'Call Not Sent' / unreachable.

  @JioCare @DoT_India This level of service is unacceptable. We demand: • Immediate restoration of network services. • A clear explanation for the prolonged outage. • A definite timeline for resolution. • A refund/compensation for the 11 days of service disruption, as customers have been paying

  @JioCare (2/2) your Engr. informed me there was a device shortage & my allocated device was given to other cust. Is this the real reason my order was cancelled? Company like Jio should not cancel prepaid orders without cust consent. I expect evidence, accountability & proper explanation.
