If ur technicians can't come ro attend complaints during lockdown,then how come your installation r following new customer like dogs and installing new Connections as well in this lockdown . @fiber_jio @JioCare your are totally worst.Its been 4days and my Internet not working .

@prabumg @JioCare @airtelindia I had the same issue but lost for a month and no reimbursement. Told the agent that they cannot keep the box open they still did. Now again the same issue. No one is taking action. Over a day when we call toll free it will happen but it never does. Dmed multiple times no response

@JioCare I made a recharge of Rs 599 on my number which I stopped using a year ago. Before recharging, I had confirmed with the customer care if the number is working or not. I made sure that the number is active.

@Somen_Ghosh23 @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Customer service is d most pathetic. 4 over 30 days they could not send an agent & we were without service over a month but they happily took our money & now same thing has happened again. They can't get a agent in so many day.

I had paid and did not get service bcoz of this 4 over 30 days. Now again having the same issue. They will say DM but never do anythin
