@JioCare Actually this is what you are giving to your customers and I don’t want to know what you want, your actions speaks more than words. Soon my carrier will be changed and your this JIO company would be shut down one day, every customer will get away from you for sure.

@reliancejio @JioCare sir, we all in our area facing network issue...cant call or connect to internet. When i have called customer service they informed me it will take 6month to restore proper service.what to do now?? Should we port out or switch off our phone.plz suggest

@ViCustomerCare Seems made a mistake by porting to Vi. Your store is closed for 3 days. Can't make calls, can't do UPI payment, I'm stuck. I ported my another vi to @JioCare and there wasn't any issues. FRC was activated as soon as Jio sim started.

@JioCare Will you please be honest now and tell me whether or not my request/issue will be resolved. If yes then give me a concrete timeline and date so that I don't have to trouble you again and again for small thing. Please don't waste my time anymore. It has been more than 3 weeks now.
