Booked Jio Phone + 2 Year place for Rs. 1,999 Jio Representative called & told that Price is Rs. 2500 I asked for details & he not provided Few min later SMS came that Customer not available & Order Cancelled? No one visited the place how such fake SMS can be sent ? @JioCare

@JioCare Order No. NO0000HDZ14E I have paid the amount of Rs 2500 as committed for booking Fiber. Now your commitment was to complete installation today. But it's not done.First commitment fail means future commitments will also fail. Should I cancel the booking? @reliancejio

@JioCare #JioFiber please solve routing issues for gaming. I shifted within city Chennai-600115 to 600087. My ping went up from 40 to 190 even tho using Jio in both places. I am forced to use paid services like ExitLag to get 40ping becos of ur routing path.

@JioCare @reliancejio what is this? My fiber wire got cut outside my house and your support providing me the time slot of 23rd may evening, what will I do till then? 48 hours waiting tine for 2 min work. How will I do work from home without the internet. Is this your service?
