    @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection Jio Dispute of my several reschedule & raised service request your service Engineer didn't visited my home & solve the issue but still I tried to visit your local office there I visited mr. Dhiraj who is service Engineers head/incharge

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio No one is least bothered to check my issue. My JioHome installation appointment was scheduled but no one contacted or arrived. Order ID: NO0001DWEE9S Requesting your team to look into this urgently and arrange a callback/update.

    extremely disappointed with the service regarding my SIM order. The SIM has still not been delivered, despite repeated assurances. To make matters worse, a person claiming to be from Jio called me and requested an OTP, saying that the SIM would be delivered immediately @JioCare

    @JioCare Don't know JIO fiber waiting for which auspicious moment to attend my complaint but make it very clear to that I will not get refund whether my connection is working or not or they will not attend

    @JioCare @jio_fiber My Jio Fiber has stopped working since today morning and CCE executive denied to log complaint for the same. I called them at 11:45am today. How poor service of yours?
