    Hey @AxisBankSupport, @JioCare @reliancejio has taken advanced payment from me for jiofiber installation but are now refusing to provide the same. They are also refusing the cancel the order. So, I have to file a chargeback. Could you guide me on this and sort this out legally?

    @JioCare It's so frustrating that from past 6 days no one is helping. It's deficiency of service and charging for service your are not providing is violation of consumer protection act,1986

    @JioCare What priority sahil?calling customercare frm past 5days.They aren't trained to provide solution.bots are better then them.They are repeating same thing dat thru voucher only i can apply for stb and i am continuously saying them that is it my fault dat I haven't recived voucher?

    @JioCare @reliancejio What is this rubbish? I had recharge for 1 GB data of Rs 15 but not able to use. #myjio chat service is worst. They are not understanding my issue.
