    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare lot of complain has raised and same has closed and no improvement in speed even local area manager is not taking care of it. You guys are thinking that customer is dumb. Don't push me to take legal action #Avoidjioairfiber

    @JioCare I hope you will refund both my recharge amount and booking amount. Otherwise, I will never use a Jio connection in the future. I trusted Jio for a second time, and again you broke my trust. Refund me, or I will never go back to Jio again.

    @anshuman1tiwari unsupportive cust service, @reliancejio @jiocare wanted to relocate, raised lead call, paid fees, nothing happened called customer care 100 times, nothing happened, stopped using jio airfiber, they took back the device also but still receive bill reminder for payment.

    Jio data is barely working in Western Odisha. 5G doesn’t even connect most of the time, and when it does, it’s unusable. People are already porting out, but there’s still no fix. After increasing tariffs, this kind of service is just unacceptable. #JioFail @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I did not even get a moment to install this connection. The person who came for installation switched off his phone. From that day onwards he is neither picking up the phone nor providing any solution. There is no responsibility whether the connection is correct or not.
