    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani - I know getting your attention here is too difficult however trying to get some attention from your too busy schedule. Request you to please look into this case and get to know about support system of Jio Fiber have blackholes and need rectification.

    @reliancejio Requested to Port from Airtel. The sim was delivered at my doorstep but your executive also applied for a new sim using my documents and I never got this new sim. He will be (mis)using it on my behalf. Please help. Cc @TinsukiaPolice

    @JioCare Existing Jio connection changed 3 mths ago in lieu of better connection by Jio exec. Vishwas Tiwari, now getting speed of 20 while paying for 300 MBPS. Paid installation charges while having existing Jio fiber connection, After multiple complaints, issue stand unresolved

    @JioCare Here, I'd like to know the current status of the refund, as well as any feedback and actions made by Jio against the culprits (Field engineer who did not shown up, Support agents, Jio Support in Jio office) on behalf of its customers.

    @JioCare jio has started looting us, I did recharge of 121 on 30th march and it is lapsed inspite of it should qued after existing 121 plan. Solve this issue and return the amount and stop this type of loot. I have sent direct msg on ur reliancejio also but no reply

    @JioCare from last 15 days relocation of jiofiber not done dispite repeated calls at call centre my worst service experience who is responsible...RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000L1PPU8 is scheduled on 31-03-2022 : 10:00
