    @JioCare reference number SR00001GTQBD closed without any resolution. Still the issue persists. Poor services. @reliancejio - pathetic and poor services that is why your quarterly results are coming poor because you are unable to resolve customer queries and not resolving their issues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst company ever in my 20 Years business experience no care to the retailers and no proper response... My jio pos is has been lock without any proper reason 15 days ago, till then i have contacted my distributor, my TSM, my ZSM everyone... but no one knows

    @JioCare I am still waiting for the solution for poor network after your rep switched the network tower. Hope you people are serious enough to address the problem of your customers
