@JioCare I have jio fibre , which includes Wifi + set top box service. Last month i had recharged for 3 months with a plan which included OTT apps. Now your plans got changed and my current plan got downgraded to one without ott apps. (1/2)

@reliancejio @JioCare It's been 10 days since you promised me to resolve. Issue is not yet resolved. I am still facing issue of VOLTE goes automatically in my area. Not expected such a bad service from JIO. I will switch to other network if issue is not resolved.
