    @JioCare what pathetic customer support you have. 53 days, 30 email exchanges, till getting a response as will credit the refund in 7 to 10 days. What else your team required to process my refund???? is this world class brand?? shame on you!

    @JioCare really bad service, since many days facing internet issue, no proper resolution.on complaint, gave temp resolution and now again internet not working, and engineer slots not available from ur side. Hire workforce if u cant provide good internet service. Pathetic exp

    @JioCare The problem is, you guys mark it as resolved whereas I haven’t received a single mail. If possible, please solve this. If not possible, confirm that you can’t solve it so I can make alternative arrangements.

    @JioCare I had visited your store and got it done. but your agencies to whom you assigned were unprofessional, they refused saying they don't have the right to port in for post paid, another one say system not working, third person asked for money.

    @JioCare Hi , your diligent team is taking more than a day to even update the status of the compliant... So diligent and understanding... My next billing is due on 8th Nov, if not resolved I am shifting with a new service provider.. thanks

    @JioCare @JioCare i am receiving the same reply for the past 53 days with different Service request number, this has become a joke that the customer should beg to service provider to get the money back. !

    @reliancejio One customer support for jio postpaid connection is 18008899555. Four times called this number to lodge complaint. 45 minutes waisted. Result: mail to Business @jio.com

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request ID SR00001EYB4Y for my fiber service has been on hold and gets marked as resolved every single day. This is a pathetic service and I would leave your network if I hadn’t stupidly paid for the entire year. Please see if you can solve it.
