    @ACTFibernet services are getting regretted now a days. In a week twice internet is down. In a week more than 50 hrs internet is down. Just before @JioCare Fibernet is going to launch. Your ACT Fibernet Request SR10211355923362 is expected to be resolved by 8/4/2019 01:00:00 PM

    @JioCare We are facing severe network fluctuations in our area during power outage! Please look into this ASAP... during power cuts network strength drops to 10% , data does't work! Once power restores everything works fine!

    @DoT_India if a network goes down completely down for more than 3 hrs and the customer care and the team of @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve or give any satisfactory reply other than asking details of stuff like address and alternate number shows a huge question mark

    @JioCare Have raise the request for closing the connection. Its seems they are bad here too... 3 times they have schedule visit to collect router and setup box but no one shows up. 6 Feb : No Visit 9 Feb : No Visit 11 Feb : Can you make sure tomorrow to visit engineer and collect router ?

    @JioCare That's the reason I am tweeting. No solution till the time & even We have ported almost 5 numbers including my father, my wife & my neighbors and I had cancelled my Jio connection as well. Now, only 5-10 Jio connection are there in my society & they are also going to port soon.
