@airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio The network converage in Nagarbhavi, Manasanagar in Bangalore is pathetic. Every call we have to make or receive one has to come out of thier house, we pay for the connection, can you please enhance the coverage ??

While taking money they say it is refundable 2500 and will do installation immediately but this is not done and further i am calling customer care for refund as installation is not done no one answer ivr gets disconnected.Don't provide eta if ur team can stick to it @reliancejio

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, this is the 5 th time in 3 days of intermittent internet issue. First you say fibre cut and now junction box issue! Can't you people provide a decent broadband service. Thinking of moving to @reliancejio for broadband.

@JioCare It was probably my worst decision to choose jio for my broadband connection. First of all most of the times the speed is very low. And now over 3 days I connection is down and I am still not getting any resolution. I was told by the employees that they don't work on Sundays.
