The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

(please note that the signal strengths are not good at indoors).

Iโve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. Itโs causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, Iโm getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences Iโve had with Jio.
