Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

I escalated to Senior Manager and he assured it will be fixed today by 12 PM. Not sure what kind of SLA you have and when issue will be fixed?

This is misleading, as sending that SMS would cancel my porting request.
