    Even @RelianceJio has taken Rs. 2500 from me and still haven’t given the connection. Field engineer says there is shortage of Fibre optic cables, where as the Customer Support team has a different say.

    Pathetic would be an understatement to use for the kind of service @JioCare @reliancejio is offering. Full of cheats and the customer support is even worse. First these cheats ask you to mail and then ask you to go digital and close the issue without even solving.

    @JioCare Never expected such a worst experience from JioFiber. Got the installation done yesterday evening and internet is down this morning. Logged a service request SR00001DNQTY and Service Engineer appointment was scheduled for today between 6-7pm.
