    Anyone who knows a jio contact who can help, have reached the @JioCare and appellate team as well. Still after 3 mnths of disconnection, they have not refunded my settlement as it was a post paid connection and refund is due for approx 25 days. There are 30+ emails with no solsn.

    @JioCare senior executives are never available to complain, I am trying to contact them from November 2022, but they don't have time for billing and they also discontinued my services. @TRAI don't give them any further licence if they are not able to provide support.#JioTrue5G

    I lost my phone 3 days before so I visited jio Store to replace my sim card I visited more than 5 stores but I didn't get the SIM card. The staff of jio stores they are saying there is no stock from last 2 months. Such a Bad experience with jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @RelianceDigital @reliancejio Order No.: RDF09429194 was cancelled on 9th February,support says the refund has been processed but its not credited in my bank account. Despite 12 emails I could not receive a refund invoice mentioning my account number. Please look into the matter.

    . @Airtel_Presence your team kept following up to upgrade to fibre optic at no extra cost. Since I upgraded the landline is not working. and the installation team has vanished. Should I just surrender and move to @reliancejio or would you be kind enough to sort this crap out.

    @JioCare hello JIO, pl stop bluffing customers. I m using jiofi and mobile sim net. The network is so poor (15 kbps) and when I checked through jio app it is showing 1.25 mbps. Why u are making fools. Kindly provide good network.
