    @reliancejio I will dance with joy after I get the full refund from you for deficiency of service. Your fiber was cut by BBMP and I could not get the balance 6 months of service. When will I get my refund. New customers beware of paying in advance to Reliance . You will not get back money

    @JioCare I really going mad with the service of JIO, I am having Internet issue from 4 days and issue is not resolved till now. Simply JIO customer care is saying it will be fixed in next 8 hours and 24 hours. 4 days over now... On top of this i am getting messages as issue fixed

    @reliancejio Though I have raised the complaints regarding no 5G connectivity on my phone since it’s been upgraded from 4G to 5G . There are no action taken yet except false promises by your tech support past 1 month . Such a pathetic experience of being a Jio user .

    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    But now i think you guys are running scam. In Banglore many people don't check the order they will never come to know what all items are missing. I think i need to complaint this to consumer court. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very worst signal Getting at near SANSRI WIRES. Calls are not connectimg and if connected very worst clarity. This issue facing from last 1year. Rqst immediate action

    @JioCare is there no way i can talk to a customer care representative? Why is it so difficult that all questions are answered by chat bot and ultimately issue is not resolved! Excess bill has been generated for services not given #WorstCustomerService

    @JioCare Yesterday, I did recharge to my postpaid sim through my account, but still, the service is inactive either activate service or refund money back ASAP. Your representative told me to wait for 25 days to get a refund or recharge through myjio app.

    @VodafoneGroup @airtelindia both sucks. None of them support their prepaid sims in apple watch cellular model. Hav to wait 3 months now to shift to @reliancejio

    Worst experience of Jio near the tagged location , there is almost no access to internet most of the times, even calls are getting dropped and sometimes there is no network at all. Please look into this issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am cancelling Order- NO0001DEM4QM. After a month of waiting, endless follow-ups, closed complaints, "wait 24 hours" responses and no installation, I've lost all confidence in your service. Have some shame and stop making customers wait for something you cannot deliver.

    @reliancejio My Jio Fibre Connection is lost since Saturday, and you people have failed to give any resolution for this long. I had a service visit today, but it also got changed to tomorrow. I pay you for 30 days, so why are you not giving service for only 30-25 days?

    @JioCare Hello JioCare, This is extremely frustrating. First, my installation was delayed, and now I have received a notification stating that my connection has been put on hold due to a wiring issue. On top of that, the order status is no longer visible.

    My internet in knuhadi,kota has been down for 8 hours now. The contact person who was working in it says that don't recharge going forward as we can't give you service.. is that true and is that how customer is left in the middle of the ongoing plan @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI : Jio doesn't care for customers just wanted to make money by false promises and never ever turn back. Paid for 300mbps but only get 40mbps. They never bother. Pathetic experience
