    Beware @JioCare subscriber, when there is change in server station your business smartphone will be heating up observe it and also your batter backup will be going down please observe it, right now my system is heat.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Please install you network below mentioned area. in that area there only Vodafone network available in poor signal condition.. if you rise your network you will get more than 1K customer by MNP. address: Kenchanapura, Sulikere post, Bangalore south.

Please suggest . 919653183512 Unable connect to your 199 as no network, your chatbot is poor to resolve issues . There is no WhatsApp number either. Then tell me how a customer connects to you.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint

    @JioCare @reliancejio are you supporting scamming? Raised a complaint about overcharged on the jio store. Jio be like "action taken" ,case resolved.but no refund. Even 1 rupees have their own value. Only way I think, move legally. SR000034XH09 service request

    Such a pathetic service @reliancejio!Today I booked my JioFiber registration and everything was done by the end of employee they took money and I was promised my connection will be done in 2 hours. Now they're telling me connection is not possible. Such a harrasment @JioCare

    @kayezad India is going cashless for middleclass! Every e-commerce delivery person says no change! Wehave no option but to pay via bank! The problem arises when u shop for 1hr, put things in ur cart at spencer retail offline! The counter says only epay! But no @reliancejio network

    @JioCare is asking me to take a new connection and cancel the existing one—without any refund for the unused period. This feels misleading and unfair. Kindly resolve this by either enabling relocation or providing a refund for the remaining validity. #JioAirFiber
