MANI BHUSHAN SHARMA (@manisharma8) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for the connection on 05/04/2026 and paid Rs 4444/- on the same day but today my services are stopped mentioning that I have not paid the dues. Why this happened?? Moreover trying from past 2 hours to the call connected with customer care executive but not getting connected. Please resolve the issue immediately. I was informed that there is offer to get 4 months service with Netflix, amazon prime and other OTTs along with 100MBPS internet speed and 1000 TV channels by paying Rs 4444/-.

Every time there is a power cut, the Jio network stops working completely. may be an issue with the local tower backup or maintenance, possibly related to fuel supply. @JioCare @reliancejio
