    @JioCare @reliancejio - Almost most of the calls during the first try goes blank...we need to retry again to get the call connected. It's happening with Jio to Jio calls as well. Your network has become pathetic!

    @JioCare you guys are getting from bas to.worst there is some issue with my router with no connectivity and you guys are giving me a slot of 25th may lmao are you serious . 2 days without internet and cable get some better planning and people I need this resolved today. #jio

    @JioCare I have not received the SIM yet. Every morning I get a message stating it will be delivered, with a number. When try calling that number its either switchoff or not working.

    I switched to Jio on May 8, 2026, in hopes of better connectivity. Unfortunately, the voice and internet quality have been consistently poor at both my office and home, failing to meet the service standards I experienced with my previous provider. @JioCare @Jio_Offl

    Dear @JioCare, no proper network/internet in our area since 1 year. Calls fail, internet doesn’t work. More than 200 people affected despite many complaints. We are paying but unable to use services. Please resolve urgently.
