    @JioCare your executives are very rude. They are not even listening to us just tried to force his comments only. Very bad attitude. He refused to give his emp id. His name is shoib. This type of service is Not at all expected from Jio. Worst attitude.

    It's more than 15 days I had cancelled my jiofibre connection. order no. NO0000KXMREG. I have not received my refund. My device has also been picked up. Help? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Thanks for the update. But is this not your team responsibility to update your customer that you have got an issue and that will take 6-7 hours so that in the case i don't have to wait you and i can utilise those our in my valuable work?
