    @JioCare have paid the installation cost for jio fibre and it's been more than 3 days none of the service engineer has visited my place for installation.On top of that have been receiving mail notification daily that it will be done by today EOD daily.Could you please with this

    @JioCare the tag line which is mentioned as 5th strongest network I think that is incorrect. Here at my area jio tower set up was done in the month of October 2020 and network was started from 4 January but internet connection was good only for 8 days entire this month and again

    @JioCare internet connectivity is very bad at my place tower set up was successfully done but still internet connection was good for a week and from last 2 days it's very bad

    @JioCare @reliancejio So uneducated about your own company policies. Jio store employee don't even have idea how a sim replacement is done. They simply denied there isn't any process. Don't you guys train them ? need immediately help. Need some to approach me
