I am not facing issue along whole tower now it seems. Earlier your service was good hence we moved to Jio. Now let us see your service.

Chetan Badhai (@ChetanBadhai) reported@JioCare I have Jio AirFiber with the outdoor antenna installed on the terrace. During rain, water is entering through the cable from the rooftop unit and leaking inside my house. Internet is working, so diagnostics show no issue and I cannot raise a service request.

We pay thousands every month for this? My business is suffering because of your poor service. Shameful.
