    @JioCare Enough of the corporate jargon. What does "shortly" actually mean? Mention a specific timeline for cancellation and refund, and make sure you adhere to it. Customers need resolution, not vague assurances and endless delays.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been disconnected, but Netflix is still linked to it and shows my subscription on hold. Please completely cancel/de-link Netflix from my Jio account. DM for details.

    @JioCare It's almost a month but there is no improvement from JIO. Request you to please refund the money to source account. As I don't need DUMB staff and service from JIO.

    Totally fraud by Jio. Paid ₹200 for 28 days plan (15 OTT apps + 1000+ channels) but NOTHING works. Prime login also failed. 2 days wasted, no resolution after complaint. Ref: BROOODM91R7M Fix it or extend validity immediately. @JioCare @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate
