    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi, I had cancelled the jio fibre net connection well before the due date still I haven't received the full refund. The connection was placed for cancellation on 20/01/2021. The due date was on 29/01/2021. Service request no: SR000013R759. Solve it ASAP.

    @JioCare your customer service people are harassing me and asking for extra payment for installation of jio fibre even tho i have paid already. the service number is SR000013W43M.

    @JioCare on my fiber connection, sometimes when I receive a call on the fixed line number, the landline never stops ringing even though the call has been hung up from the callers end. Your customer care isn't ready to send someone to see the issue despite me having video proof.
