    Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

    @JioCare @reliancejio hello jio, I have fed off bcz of ur worst service,There's no proper internet connectivity along with more call drops. I have listening from ur customer care as within 6 month they ll install an new network📡, but it's been an 2 years till now same update.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare Service request: SR00003B2AUR Worst customer care, can’t reach on the call nor on the app. To too everything, they closed the request by lying that they reached us multiple times and we didn’t respond. Peak rage-bait.

    @JioCare always I see this problem. I never see the exact amount I have to recharge for my Jio home fibre. Also can't connect with customer support. It makes me surround No helpful information. Please can you assist me what is the amount I have to recharge to resume my internet?

    @JioCare Coimbatore service for a relocation is utterly pathetic. I had booked a request on the 12th, they’ve rescheduled it twice without my consent and there is an almost non-existent. Not sure on who to reach out to. We are a startup and internet is our lifeline!

    @JioCare (Service ID: 778610860366) has already been collected, yet my ₹3,300 refund has been pending for over a year. I have all the proofs and have already registered NCH Docket No. 9632657. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will place all evidence before the Consumer (2/3)
