    @JioCare @reliancejio hello jio, I have fed off bcz of ur worst service,There's no proper internet connectivity along with more call drops. I have listening from ur customer care as within 6 month they ll install an new network📡, but it's been an 2 years till now same update.

    Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

    @JioCare And after all this, your team still keeps sending copy-paste internet troubleshooting videos like bots instead of giving a real technical solution. At this point it honestly feels like JioFiber support is designed to exhaust customers until they give up.

    @JioCare It has been a long time and STILL no action has been taken on my JioAirFiber speed issue. Complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without resolution, without engineer verification, and without my confirmation OTP. Internet speed remains unusable. This kind negligence unaccept

    @JioCare Amazing customer support by JioFiber. For more than 4 months I have been explaining the SAME issue again and again in DMs, calls, and complaints, yet nobody is actually reading the problem. Internet is working. That is NOT the issue.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @TRAI Same issue from 17th May 2026 5 times engineer visited . But No solution. Every escalation team sleeping (Nodal, Appeliate, Escalation Team). Only consolidated from next time there will be no issue. Payment Prepaid . Solution NO

    And it's been more than 7 days and I didn't received my sim. Even their is not any update, customer care service is not working... I fell very frustrated as I have to leave the place of address added at the time of delivery... I have even paid for it 349 rupees... @JioCare #jio
