Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

@JioCare @reliancejio hello jio, I have fed off bcz of ur worst service,There's no proper internet connectivity along with more call drops. I have listening from ur customer care as within 6 month they ll install an new network📡, but it's been an 2 years till now same update.

At 1 pm again I called and get informed that around 4.30 issue will be resolved at 5 pm I have called again to check the status and got reponse that it will be resolved at 8 pm. Finally at 8 pm it is said that no technician will be work after 7 pm. Its so pathetic @JioCare.

@reliancejio I recently recieved a call on my Jio no...They said your number will get shut down after 3 month... If no recharge why the thi g's happen to forcing recharging and all and how How could it be possible give me brief detail... How ever there is no rule to suspend
