@JioCare @reliancejio hello jio, I have fed off bcz of ur worst service,There's no proper internet connectivity along with more call drops. I have listening from ur customer care as within 6 month they ll install an new network📡, but it's been an 2 years till now same update.

Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

Totally poor service from jio fiber customer care #jio. In these remote work days, network issue is happening too frequently and the service engineers are not available for 2-3 days. Totally disappointed with @JioCare. Very bad service.

@ViCustomerCare complaint too many times to improve the network coverage issue but these peps don't want their network to grow and ignores every complaint. So, finally switched to @reliancejio @JioCare tho it's a lil slow but, slow internet is better than no internet innit ?

@reliancejio I tried so many times for installation of the reliance jio fiber box in my building even the sales man came and he signed and filled the form also for the same but nothing got happened. There is fiber line at 100 meter distance. But not in my building worst service

@JioCare frustrated with jio fiber. Can't get a stable connection, get disconnected after about 5 mins or get a "no connection" message, called 18008969999 to no avail, was told they are having problems at their end, problem has been persistent for 6 days now

@JioCare It's almost 2 months man how can i be calm myself that tou guys are such a fraud just give me next date and a text message that's it but none of your engineer came to pick up that damm device i thought to get new jio fibre again but you guys don't have any customer satisfaction
