Hi @JioCare even thought if my number is not busy, am not getting the incoming calls rather than connecting the device provider says the number is busy, all my friends are complaining regarding this issue, kindly look in to it and resolve asap

1/1 Such a poor and pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio , I made the complaint on 8/3/2022 as my jio fiber has stopped working, and its been repetitive follow-up taken and no action has been taken by them. Its 4th day today still I am unable to use the Internet. @TRAI
