    @reliancejio @JioCare #MukeshAmbani. Service not size matters. I am compelled to surrender my JioFiber subscription for poor service by your field office in #Gurgaon. I am sure many subscribers would be facing such poor services.

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you understanding the issue or not? I just need a confirmation whether internet can be accessed with inverter backup during a power outage. I've been asking the same question for 3 days, but there's still no clarification. Please stop deviating from the main issue.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare , my internet has been down for 24+ hours! Promised an engineer by 5 PM yesterday, still none assigned. Customer care is just an automated loop. I pay for premium service, not constant outages and zero support. Fix this immediately! #JioDown #JioFiber
