@JioCare your customer support is by far the worst I’ve come across. Imagine this, 12 days for a simple relocation issue. The internet box is right in front of my house but your portal keeps showing an error. I mean I’d be ashamed if I were you guys. I’ve now lost all hope.

@KiranRa89502105 These people just fool us by stating will improve network in your area & EOD we got nothing from them. Like you are frustrated with them now and took the decision to port. I have done this before and ported out to Jio. @JioCare may help you out if you want like the helped me out

@milindsoni143 There services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
