    @reliancejio They are behaving like scammers. Even after buying 5G Unlimited pack, I am unable to avail the benefits. 5g is working untill daily date limit not exhauted, after this network turns into 4g and ask to recharge a data pack again.

    @JioCare @TRAI It's been more than 26 days since payment received for JioFiber installation and your executive declined feasibility and cancelled the installation. So far no Refund but simply getting message of installation. Refund as I have taken other vendor service.

    @wanderingvakeel @JioCare @JioCare have some corrupted network aquisition team and installation team. Even some of the top officials made false commitment. Also when I tried to inform those corruption to senior officials by reaching their Regional office. The senior official tried to escape from me.

    Paid ₹3333 on 19 Apr 2026 for Jio Fiber (Order: NO0001CZ0RPM). Promised install in 1–2 days, but 5 days later still no update—only complaints being raised. Very poor service. Please resolve ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Hi, I see a service request and it's SLA is 25th April which is 2 days from now. I request you to expedite and change the delivery executive because the one that is assigned since yesterday and again today has his phone off. Please help me getting my sim today 🙏🙏

    Jio’s social media team is one of the most useless teams I’ve seen. No help at all, one call every 3 days just to understand the issue, & then again another call after 3 days to understand the same issue. Poor service & worst people. Shame on you, Jio team. @JioCare @reliancejio
