@JioCare I've already provided multiple proofs after getting in touch with my bank and Amazon. Don't bother sending me the same message over and over again when you don't have any solution or support to provide. Will proceed with looking at other providers, your support is abysmal.

@reliancejio you talk a lot of talk when it comes to providing the best service, yet the moment jiofibre internet isn’t working, suddenly you organisation behaves like a govt office. No engineer shows up ! In this day when wfh is common this is unacceptable ! Fix this !

@JioCare very often am facing connectivity issues on Jio. Am unable to either make calls or receive calls and everytime I need to switch on my airplane mode and switch it off to make or receive calls. Am missing out on important official calls due to this. Kindly resolve asap

@JioCare Issue has been fixed, Please give update on the extension of validity for 3 days. The issue was entirely because of the Jio equipment used on top of building, as a responsible company, you should extend the validity by 3 days or refund the amount @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber

@JioCare @reliancejio Hey jio, Yesterday I raised a request because my jio fiber isn't working. And engineer was supposed to come today. But without even arriving and resolving my issue. Engineer updated the status to issue resolved. #JioFiber
