    @JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

I will be completing 60 days soon and become ineligible for Refund of connection, Then I will raise Legal Case in Consumer forum with all ur responses.

    Really bad experience with @reliancejio @JioCare Jiofiber Landline No: 05223577370 I had made a request for relocation of my connection on 26th June 2022, it’s not done till now. Your staff has been rescheduling the appointments without even contacting me!

    @JioCare support engineers charge money every time they visit for an issue, which is unheard of.. No receipts provided when requested. Is there any mechanism by which we can report such staff? It has happened twice already when re-wiring due to external factors.
