Hopeless internet service from Hathway. Whenever i raised complaint it is gone through virtual assistant and it says customer executive will call in 24hrs and that call never comes @HathwayBrdband @airtelindia @JioCare.

@JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000018BRS7, visit of Jio service eng for your JioFiber connection having JioFixed Number +912403555034 is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises. Engineer did not call or visit , how is this possible
