    @JioCare In just 15 days, I faced 5 days of downtime on Jio Fiber. Why should I pay for service I didn’t get? Extend my validity by 5 days immediately. #CustomerRights

    @JioCare dear sir internet connection very very slow mostly evening time from 5pm to 11pm . In this time web page not open due internet slow.. this condition in 4G network...and 5G network not connecting properly....but customer paying recharge for 5G network.

    @JioCare @jiocare Your response didn’t resolve my issue. I’m not comfortable continuing with a service where customer interactions feel rude and include threats of suspension. Please address this properly.
