@JioCare the worst customer service experience. Had me wait for 10 mins after navigating the IVR maze and then disconnect the call as soon as it starts to connect to a CC exec. This happened 3 times. @reliancejio

@reliancejio is evil, whenever internet pack's validity is about to expire the network is gone too much lag in the internet it's so frustrating. I mean I still have 4-5 days validity left what is this! Plz fix this issue. @JioCare @JioMart_Support #CustomerExperience #complain
