    @reliancejio Dear Jio Team, ​I am facing persistent internet connectivity issues with my network. This month alone, I have experienced network downtime 10 times. ​If I cannot get a stable and reliable connection, there is no value in paying my monthly bill. Please investigate.

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this

    @JioCare I have complaint on dt 12.05.2026 to till date no any progress on my register complaint. Already I have given you complaint no with screenshot...and day to day update screenshot of internet speed...last 3 days- Shradha

    @JioCare Again yesterday called thrice but no engineer visited and again got same reply Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request number we have rescheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 28-May26 between 10:00:00 - 11:00:00. But no response till yet
