@reliancejio I never find more than 20kbps speed which is slower than 2g speed and you are claiming to hat your are 4g provider? I want return of my recharge Money b/z of slow internet speed every time And every location. I am wasting my money with jio. I hate jio with such experience.

@reliancejio have opted for JIO for getting best network. Based on my experience of last 6 months would like to say it’s all myth as it’s worst network have witnessed. @reliancegroup

@reliancejio absolutely horrible customer service. The live chat and whatsapp features on the app refuse to resolve my simple query of router not working and when I call the call centre, they keep me on hold for 15 mins. My simple complaint has still not been registered!!
