The issue is with the tower/router installed, which still hasn’t been resolved. Am I going to get a refund for the service I paid for but couldn’t even properly utilize?

I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged.
