  @JioCare Thanks Unfortunately, I have been receiving the same assurance repeatedly, but my refund has still not been credited. This continuous delay is completely unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, causing unnecessary mental harassment.

  @JioCare Your technicians are doing there analysis via call, last 3 days service for scheduled no response and now you are telling me for the 3rd time that I need to wait for another day, I won't be rescheduling anything from my end, please first give me the reason of the delay.

  Hi Team , Facing an issue with internet and ETA time is keep postponing to resolve the issue in JP nagar 6th phase. This issue is effecting my productivity and hotspot also not working to connect through phone. Pls make changes of my connection from fiber to airfiber. @JioCare
