    @reliancejio @JioCare Purchased STB on Dec 27, 2020 and wanted installation on 29th. But today (Jan 06, 2021) no sigh of installation or any follow up from Jio Care. Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers? Even the executive is confused about installation...

    @JioCare that was not proper invoice that was just a paid amount got in the registered email. One thing monthly basis does not recharge. Purchased one year plan that is one time invoice generation. Still waiting for same. Last three months my issue is not resolved.
