Paid over 15k for the **** IR in last 4-5 months. I demand a full 100% refund of the **** IR. You can check all my WhatsApp chat history with IR customer care as proof. I’d rather take a local sim every time, would have saved me over 12k. Or switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

@JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working for the last 24 hours. Despite waiting for a resolution, the issue is still not fixed. This is causing significant inconvenience and affecting my work. Kindly look into this urgently and restore the service at the earliest.

Writing @JioCare We have 5 Jio mobile connections in our family, but the network coverage in our society is very poor. We are facing weak signal, frequent call drops, and slow internet. #Jio #NetworkIssue @JioCare
