    @JioCare @KarkiTarun @JioCare I also complained that I am not getting a single bar of network in my house. A member came regarding complain. He admitted that there is problem. But no resolution is provided yet. Plz do somthing. #jiodown #jio_network_down

    @AJIOLife @RelianceDigital @reliancejio I have ordered items worth 5 lacs from AJIO, I have already refused delivery of orders b4 7 days yet till date I haven't received refund also in app it is still showing as item arriving & not cancelled. Pls help me.

    @reliancejio we are switching back to 4G. You better enhance things in 4G instead 5G, bcz calls in 5G are never connecting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it been more than a week now , I got duped by you sales associates in Guwahati and still connection is not yet setup at my home. They are very casually harrasing me by saying everyday that our person will come today etc. @DoT_India please help

    @JioCare i recharged today on my jio number from phone pay , amount debited from my bank account but the recharge is unsuccessful. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible

    @JioCare facing terrible mobile network issues & call drops from past 7 days at several locations across Bengaluru. You maybe upgrading your network to support 5G, you should not drop quality of current services. Kindly look into the issue.
