    @JioCare awaiting security refund for Jio Fiber since 2+ months now. Oder No. NO0000EYGCP2, Phone No. 1203563171. The customer care team seems clueless and responds with the same reply every time.

    @JioCare Hi Varun, Thanks for your promt response. The thing is they took Cash, and said that they would be installing the connection. Today there is no response. Moreover when my friend tried to reach the agent on this number 60093 07901 he was extremely rude

    @reliancejio I've surrendered your device within the trial period, and called many times your customer care as I was given the device,with wrong info, numerous times I called,yet why I'm ineligible for full refund?? Is this way you'll are fooling around people??

    @JioCare Really jio fiber hs 2 make strategies to gulp customer's money?Your salesperson sold jio fiber by giving misinformation,& evn after surrendering it within 28 days, I'm ineligible for full cashback.. how cheap tactics.I have all messages & all call details..plz give me a solution
