Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

@JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

@JioCare @TRAI No, the coverage in my phone is soo poor. And the reason you are giving for Internet issue since from I buyed jio sim the same, If you know that you can't & also not willing to provide the services to so called many user then why you distribute so much sim 1/2

@JioCare man can your internet get any slower than this. I can't even raise the issue in the my jio app says everything is fine but I can't even send a freaking message in whatsapp for last couple of days. Rectify this ASAP.

@PMOIndia , @JioCare @rsprasad This company Jio is cheating customers. They assured trouble-free service but I have to walk one km to make a call. Now they ask me to suffer silently because they have influence in PMO and nobody would take any action against them.

Really disappointed with Jio network. The speed is getting worse day by day. When you are increasing the charges, try to increase the quality as well. @JioCare @reliancejio
