    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio is the company which used to promise false and fraud promise to customer. At the time of connection they will give false and Fraud temptation to customer to take it's service and when you need jio for help they will tell at this time we are not providing this service

    @JioCare Forget 24 hours, it's been over 42 hours, I have no network nor resolution nor an engineer attending to problem as specified by ur customer service. SR000015B5LV is my service request. Facing the same problem 3rd time this month. Pathetic! #jio #fail #mumbai

    @JioCare @JioCare You guys harrassed us for long now. Now again you are not providing a resolution on the matter or any proper update on the matter, yet holding our paid booking amount. If the money is not refunded within this week, we are going to file a consumer forum complaint.

    @Mr_Saachin Their services have become worst. Port to @reliancejio it's the best option. Using it and still haven't faced any issue yet.

    @JioCare Our Jio service engineer is scheduled to visit your premises on 27-04-2021 : 12:30:00 for UNINSTALLATION of your JioFiber connection. Your Order number is CO0000BMMR9V. You will receive an OTP from Jio after Installation, see where is my mistake
