Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare It's been 3 days still waiting for the issue to be resolved. U install a connection in 24 hours but when it comes to surrendering a connection it takes your whole life. Paisa refund nahi karna to bol dijiye madam soch lenge kisi Garib ko dan Kar dia.

@priyannka9khana @alekhpatel96 @JioCare Tell me about it. I have been requesting for relocation of the fiber net service provided by them since a week. Even got a confirmation of the visit but no one turned up. When reaching out to the customer care they just give me different dates over and over now been a week.

@JioCare I faced this problem last 8 days. Every time i call in jio care 4 time in a day. But still not solved my issue. Every time engineer cancel my visit with any issue. First solved problem. I also 1 suggestion. Plz add OTP system ,when engineers visit.

@alekhpatel96 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare pathetic international roaming service in Bali Indonesia just wont connect to local network. Do not take international roaming from jio better to take local sim
