The speed is so tragic I can’t even hold a basic Google Meet or Zoom call without it freezing. Whenever I call 198, the automated voice says: "We understand you are facing slow internet speed, this is a temporary issue..." I’ve been hearing this exact "temporary" slogan for 2-3 years now. I did raised the complain week back with Service Request number SR0000371ALF. This got closed without our concern and customer support is terrible. Worst!!!! Looting money!
