Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

8 km away from sumerpur , I am facing network issu deu to jio tower is off from midnight of 5 August... Tower not started yet and not working.. I am facing call, internet and all typ off issu Help please soon.. @reliancejio @JioCare

Extremely disappointed with the MNP service. Ported from Vi to Jio on 13-03-26. Payment &KYC process completed via MyJio app, but still no physical SIM delivery. Multiple calls to support haven't helped. Complaint raised but untraceable. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Jio customer care service. It has been nearly 15 days since I requested a technician to pick up my STB and Jio Modem after disconnection, but the service has been unresponsive.

@JioCare Hi Prakash tweet deleted as advised. All details including floor number and called numbers have already been shared in DM multiple times.The network issue remains unchanged with constant call drops and weak signal.Please stop asking for repeated details and escalate .

@JioCare It's been 10 days now, has to be the worst service ever provided! Just to try I showed interest for a new connection yesterday and got a call today but the relocation request is pending since 10 days! Just pathetic @jagograhakjago
