    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    @JioCare Right now the data is being used correctly in my phone, after resetting the APN in my phone, the network in my phone is also coming up properly and I am also able to use the data, so thank you for saying that my phone has some problem in APN.

    @JioCare One week of daily internet outages and still no resolution. Internet works for a couple of hours in the morning and then disappears. Multiple engineer visits, no fix, no accountability, and no support. Is this the level of service customers should expect?

    Guys if you want the worst internet service Pls go with jio air fiber, they are not even able to install it for the last 15 days. @JioCare

    I'm having a very poor experience.I recharged with the ₹349 unlimited 5G pack, but 5G still isn't working and it keeps showing LTE. It's impossible to talk to a customer care representative whenever I call. Now I'm going to port my number to Airtel.bye Jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @rutu609 @JioCare As more high rises start coming up, mobile networks are going to get affected. There are shops here inside a building, i dont get network there and its hardly 10 mtrs from road.

    @rutu609 @JioCare Am also switching in one week... So much of the network issue there is no network.. It shows a signal but the browser or anything is not opening... Worst ever I have been facing for the last 2 months 7 days left am leaving 🙏🙏
