    Everything is going well but suddenly Jio network is now getting on and off. Last 2 years at this location Jio network is not providing better services. I have complained against Jio. But our problems is not solved. @JioCare @trai @Mukeshambani_1

    Jio customer care does not know what they suppose to do while asking for help. I am facing one issue with Jiofi, so I do couple of troubleshooting myself, basic stuff like reset, checking sim in other mobile, setting other sim in jiofi etc. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Whenever I talk to your customer care, they say only one thing, many users are using jionet at the same time, so this problem is happening but I have this problem all the time. and your customer care always says only one thing, 4G is like 2G

    @JioCare when you launched your 4G service, we were getting good internet speed, now it became miserable. Are you recovering your money which was used to give free internet ?. Please be focus to improve your service instead degrade. Please check internet speed.
