    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (6/8)The diagnosis itself has been surface-level throughout. Signal strength at the ONT? Fine. Nobody has traced the connection end-to-end — origin, splice joints, ONT, power, cabling. Just the one easy metric, checked and closed, visit after visit.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I believe your network is currently the worst one out there. Your service is so poor that words cannot describe it. When I call customer care, they promise it will be fixed, but it never happens; they offer assurances they fail to keep. #Jio #Network
