@JioCare i visited your store located at National Avenue, Akurli Road, Kandivali-East, Mumbai-400101. The behaviour of the staff present was most evasive. On my insistence they attended and replaced the damaged SIM Card but they charged me Rs 25/- for the service. Is this ok?

@reliancejio @JioCare Is this the way you guys work..? I've applied for a JioFiber Connection on 3rd Dec, your executive came on 4th Dec, filled my application form and Took Fee, and told me that Your Connection will be installed in 2 days max. Now it's 7 days..? WTF 😡😡
