@JioCare @reliancejio Hy Jio care team ,I already twitted regards about this ,In my location no network range is their. very poor signal strength and speed, more than 50people planning to move other networks,please take this case and try to increase single strength and speed

When u think to take a plan frm them they litterly calls messages u again n again even they send their agent to ur home without ur approval n when u finally installed their plan the service provider even didn't bother to pick your call n reply your messages.@reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio pathetic service by your customer care advisor. Advisor Name: Tahaseen Full name: Refused to say Employee ID: refused to say Complaint: I had tried one month jio fiber free trial. Started on 20th March. Cancelled on 16th April. Well within 30 days.

@jio_fiber Your customer service is next to 0. Almost pathetic. My mother has been trying to return a router and set top box for over 2 weeks, calling daily, changing her schedule to fit yours. Your technicians never come. CC @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare
