    @JioCare Best customer experience comes from genuine services provided It’s been 3 months and why do customers need to chase like this. There is no proper response on customer care/mails since it is one on one. You guys started responding here coz it is open to all other individuals.

    @JioCare I've raised sim port request from jioapp but delivery executive fooled me on call they asked me OTP then i was given to him they asked me farward feedback sms to his number according to me this is cheating with customer I've never ordered again from app @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi guys, enough of this hide and seek, I have asked to terminate my jio fiber last month, and I keep getting mails saying that as they could not take back the equipment they are going to forfeit my deposit. None connected so far to come and take. Send your person and take it.
