    My service id: +91-2613546710 Request id: SR00003CTR3N The interent has stopped working and the hardware/LAN is pending. No technician has visited yet. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Nobody can answer proper of customer care so please help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @LGIndia Update: LG's technician visited & confirmed same issue- AC's WiFi module isn't compatible with 5GHz frequency of my Jio AirFiber. @JioCare kindly confirm if AirFiber supports 2.4GHz too? @LGIndia kindly manufacture devices compatible with India's largest broadband network.

    It's highly fraud of @JioCare @reliancejio of your fibre jaipur team that fakes the complaint appointment and keep that rescheduling without resolving it for days. It's this really a jio owned service or a road side fraud service agency?? Would you escalate this SR00002N2S64.

    Worst service by @JioCare @reliancejio. I booked a JioFiber connection yesterday, completed the payment and KYC, and was assured that installation would be done the same day. Now the representative isn't responding to my messages or answering my calls. Very disappointing. #fraud

    @JioCare Issue:No Internet Connection My Wi-Fi is connected, but there is no internet access. The router's internet light is blinking. I have already contacted JioFiber customer support, and they advised me to raise a service ticket. Kindly check the issue and resolve. ASAP

    @reliancejio Service Number SR00003CQUJJ was raised on 31st July for Jio Fiber not working but till date this is not resolved however this was raised 1 day after the issue created. @_MukeshAmbani #Ahmedabad
