@JioCare Kindly resolve the issue or Disconnect the service. The reason told to my wife is not at all acceptable and beyond imagination. This has to be escalated and known to everyone. Customer care says to cut the call after informing the reason. Great service.

The quality of Internet in India is as cheap as the rates. How unstable the speed is! No matter whichever Network Provider you choose, all of them have terrible problems! @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare .And I don’t even want to mention BSNL here. All of them, TERRIBLE!
