    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Jio internet services is down almost since last 24hrs in our area due fiber cut..while still it's not been restored. Is it really takes 24hrs to restore the fiber.??? This is really not acceptable from Jio. Kindly check. Service ID *2035901351*

    @JioCare @JioFibre @reliancejio - it's so sad and disgusting that since last 3 days am trying to reach customer care to speak about my surrender of old equipment but I can't get to them.. it simply says "thankyou for calling jio care etc..." And disconnects..8 times i have tried.

    For the more than last 6 months, the network of my area is fluctuating, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it shows no service. I have complained so many times, still can't fix it. Call drop persist with no internet. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI #JioNetwokFails

    @JioCare JUST I AM LOOSING MY MONEY WHICH I RECHARGED FOR A MONTH AS WITHOUT CONNECTION NOW FOR ALMOST 10 DAYS. YOU CAN CONNECT TO UR CUSTOMER CARE CHECK HOW MANY CALLS I MADE..
