    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare @reliancegroup I just had a word with your jio care executive and after a 5 minute hold when i asked the status that person replies “Jab tere pas time ho tab call krlena”. How can that person speak to a customer like this. I need a reply over this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked a new JioFiber connection and an installation appointment was scheduled with an engineer allotted, but nobody turned up. When I tweeted earlier, you asked me to share my contact number in DM stating you would call, but there has been zero resolution

    This is how “Airtel Cares”? No response, no accountability, no action—just complete silence when a customer complains, but calls are made promptly to ask for payment. What a way to “care” about customers. At this point, better to have Jio than Airtel. @JioCare

    @JioCare my wifi is not working (red light blinking) Myjio app diagnostic says everything is fine, i am not able to fix it through app There is no way to raise a ticket as well, what a pain in ***! Need an immediate solution!

    @JioCare @JioCare Once in a while is fine. You are cutting off the service 2-3 days every month. Who is accountable for this? On top of it why is ETA keeps on changing as soon your one ETA reaches.@TRAI

    @IncomeTaxIndia Thank you. I immediately received a call from the Income Tax team. The portal is working fine after switching to Airtel mobile hotspot. Not sure why the Income Tax login has not been working on JioFiber Wi-Fi since this morning.@JioCare
