    @JioCare @reliancejio if one needs to recharge then it's a problem as jio site opens on expired plan but the payment site not.. Ideally you should allow the payment site when diverted via your site..

    @reliancejio - what is wrong with you guys, I have recharged 10Rs but I am not able to make calls or send sms. You want me to recharge 149Rs to send 1 message. It is over smartness from #jio . Please give my portal code, I will switch to Airtel which is customer friendly network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Haven't heard back from Jio team, Patna. I have been chasing the same general response since last 3 months. I want a proper timeline, how much more time will it take. This is worst customer issue resolution. After KYC & Payment, getting all these excuses and delay.
