    Hey!! @JioCare,@reliancejio , yesterday i was trying to recharge my jio number with 888 plan. The amount got debited and it's still in processing stage. Payment made through Gpay. As my plan will get expired today. Can you please help me with an update and resolution on this? TIA

    @JioCare It's been around 45 days & i haven't received my Jio Fiber Refund. Talked to the Customer Care. It says : "Refund under process" But till when I'll get my refund ?

    @JioCare has hired only idiots at their customer care. Has to only refund me rs 199 or activate my hotstar vip. @reliancejio i will go into consumers forum as it is ur advisor's fault not mine. I have the call recording with me.
