    @reliancejio I have tried a new connection at my home for 2 months but there is no one to respond to my call. Every time I get a mobile number, this person's behaviour is very bad. I request the bhubaneswar jio team please give the best services for new connections.

    @reliancejio I've recharged my fiber connection twice which is not reflecting and my services are down since yesterday. Raised a couple of tickets with your customer support, tickets have been closed without any resolution. What am I supposed to do to get the services back up?

    @JioCare Internet is not a working. Also not able to raise a request. Additionally this is happening very frequently now. It doesn't make sense that I pay for the full year in advance and then there is frequently disconnection. Till now cumulatively lost 15 days of service.

Kindly DM us the exact internet issue (speed issue, buffering, taking time to download, webpage loading, connection is offline, error appearing as you are offline, etc.) along with your Jio number and an alternate number to assist (1/2)
