  @JioCare 20+ days and my JioFiber landline still not receiving incoming calls. BSNL, VI and even Jio calls fail. Stop sending generic replies and fix this. How long does it take to resolve a basic issue? Escalate this now and provide a clear timeline.@BSNLCorporate

  @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber If people disconnect because of a customer delay of 1 day or have technical problems for the last 3 days, your worst automated customer care system won't be able to provide solutions.

  @JioCare My router is not powering on, and although an engineer visit was scheduled for today, no one has arrived and there has been no update. This prolonged service disruption is affecting my work and productivity. Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly escalate this issue
