@reliancejio @JioCare to reach jio customer care is hell of a job,finally when you reach its good for nothing service .They hardly help you . Moral is never go for jio or forget about assistance after you have installed jio fiber line.

@reliancejio there is no escalation matrix shared with the customer for jio Fibre. I want some direct email. As email sent on at jiofirecare give vague replies.this is just to confuse a customer and make him feel attended but the root cause of the problem remains. Why this JIO

This is a request to everyone not to go for Jio Fiber connection, as their speed might be good. But Customer Care service is hopeless. The person who had collected my Fiber made mistake in my bank details and now I am the one suffering since 3 months. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
