@JioCare @jiocare the engineers visit is again rescheduled after 2 day...even if I assume that the glitch is rectified on that day it will complete 6 days without service even after registering complaint ...frustrating? Please rectify the error today itself on urgent basis.

@reliancejio This is just ridiculous from team jio. A person using basic phone is forced to recharge with a smartphone plan. He is paying almost double the amount. Very poor from jio please help him fix the issue.
