@JioCare Dear Kaif, You have no idea about the case nor interested to ask even,again manual reply.I am already your jio fiber subscriber & don't have internet and thus booked a complaint,you allocated an engineer to visit but till now nobody visited nor called up or informed about delay.

On top of all these things my mobile internet connection is so so poor (thanks to jio @JioCare) that they couldn't see my face and they barely heared anything it seems. And you know what there was no power cut for last 2 days until my scheduled interview time😑 3/5

@JioCare I had complained on customer care on 20/4/2022, n regustered my complaint bearing complaint no SR00001AJK3K, i received a call from engineer named prabhat singh from number 9555348378, he told me that he’ll visit in morning next day

@JioCare What an irony it is, Jio is providing network in remotest villages of Ladakh on other hand Jio engineer informed me they cannot resume my jio fibre services due to construction of neaby building for almost 8-10 months. Ticket numberSR00001AJCBK.

@TRAI You have made Doing Business in Telecom far too easy already! @reliancejio is selling 30 Mbps Fiber connections and charging money for the same! On customer locations, the data speed received is fluctuating between 0 to 18 Mbps download and 0 to 6 Mbps upload! TRAI is spineless!
