    @JioCare How many days do you need to do your job? I have paid money already and you guys are purposefully stalling me. If I don't get my issue resolved under 7pm, I want fully disconnection and discontinuation of my jio fibre and fully refund of my existing and new plan

    @reliancejio #jio Paid 1200 for JioFiber relocation with 6 days’ notice. Despite multiple promises, installation wasn’t done at new location. Today I found only the uninstallation ticket was created—no installation ticket! Now I’m without service.

    Finally, I have decided to switch to another company. Thank you so much for providing the worst service. Yes, I will take many other people with me and will recommend others not to switch to the @JioCare @reliancejio network.

    @JioCare At-least the engineer needs to come at the agreed time when someone is available at home. He just calls at random time and puts the request on HOLD. Called him 5 times, never received the call. Can this be ESCALATED?

    @JioCare Kindly provide a detailed report of what is internal wiring issue for which the customer had to call for an electrician.
