@JioCare Did a recharge on 9th of October, a month ago. The recharge doesn't reflect in the account for 8770225704. Followed up on email no resolution yet. Could you please speed up.

@reliancejio Pathetic Jio Fiber services and connectivity at Dehradun region. Jio fiber team needs 24 Hrs time to visit the site and rectify the defect. Such a long response time by Jio Fiber, never had such bad experience with Airtel or any other Internet service provider.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am experiencing useless internet speed since 7 hours on my #jio sim. Chat support was just as useless as speed just told me some copy pasted lines and asked what else they could help with. Please address my issue or I will have to move to another network.

@reliancejio @JioCare Did a recharge on 9th of October for Rs555, a month ago. The recharge doesn't reflect in the account for 8770225704. Followed up on email, no resolution yet. Could you please speed up? The amount has not been reversed not has the plan been active.
