    Jio fibre not working in Trivandrum, Kerala. Have seen people raising same issue all over India. The installation guy advised they have some updates ongoing. Shouldn't you inform this prior? People working from home are struggling. @JioCare

    @JioCare Every month I'm facing internet connectivity issues. Why? Did everything again, rebooted the router, checked the lines, but no internet again. Despite the green light on, I've no connectivity? Again my work is being impacted, I need a resolution to this ongoing issue.

    I sent a mail to @JioCare regarding the tangled wires on Society Terrace on 5/06/2026 & highlighted 10/06/2026. Got a call that on 17th June that within 24 Hours JIO Team will response and now it's 48 hours & on. Issue number -SR000038OE9R Unprofessional and ignorant attitude.
