@somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Facing the same problem. I think they are just focussing on new connections and not giving proper sevice. Its been almost 3 days without internet for me and they are not sending anyone from Jio Fiber for my broke wire.

@JioCare I have done the recharge by google pay app amount deduct from account but recharge still showing processing. Jio support said its issue from google pay. We have not received the amount Please look into this matter on priority.

@JioCare So I know what the scenario is. @reliancejio is just making money and no one gives a damn about the existing customers as I am without internet from more than 60 hours. Unable to take lectures or do anything.

@JioCare It Seems jio is running out of Field technician support .My Jio Fiber broke today at morning at 8 AM and still not recovered .Engineer visit is scheduled for tomorrow .Why customer has to wait for 24 hours for resolution and Jio won’t compensate for the downtime.
