@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani I went to Jio store today.But the staff there was very wrong. And talked to me very rudely. I request you to keep a good person at the store who listens to the customer. The customer goes with his problem, no one goes to listen.

@JioCare I'm not asking for deactivation of notification service. I'm just saying that there should be a limit for reminders. 1 reminder is enough for me to know that my recharge is due. After this tweet of mine, I've received a call about the recharge. It's so irritating.

@reliancejio @JioCare This whole process was very bad and I wasted my half day for same. JioStore person and customer care are not aligned. JioStore/Customer care persons are denying colored aadhaar prinout. JioStore person is denying votorID card for eKYC.
