@JioCare I hence request you to kindly reinstate the recharge and reimburse the fees as the SIM was deactivated without any notice and/or acknowledgement. No issue was reported upon inquiring with the Jio Service either. Thankyou

Pathetic service provided by jio fiber. My router keeps on getting red light even after many complaints engineers at jio refused change or upgrade my router. I have not lost faith in jio thought please help @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Absolutely pathetic,no concern for customer's privacy, Jio mobile number 9827392685 notification being sent to others email IDs. Only assurance is given and no corrective action taken.
