    @JioCare You are sorting it since previous year. I am fed up of Jio coverage and #Jio services in my locality. Jio representatives never replied to my mails or calls. Please provide me a permanent solution or just tell me to port out of Jio. @TRAI

    @JioCare my current plan as per jio expires on 27-03-2019, but am not able to use it saying service disconnected due to no recharge done. Another novel way of looting customers.

    ... misleading the customer for own benefit. And, go through above thread for more information about my issue. @reliancejio is far better than you. Clean & Simple plans with no mislead. Going to switch it once my plan ends.

    @JioCare is so bad that i am nit able make a call since 2 hr properly. Each time i made a call, either it is disconnected in between or disturbance....time to switch...

    @JioCare while recharging last digit got wrongly typed and seems to have been recharged do not understand why jio cannot help in reversing the same.

    All the pepls having problem with Jio 4G speeds/network should know that they are filtering the speed on their own coz I don't see other reason where 7-8 Mbps just turns into 2 kbps in just 1 second. Business going great. It's Shameful. @JioCare #jio #internet

    @reliancejio @JioCare fiber net is down from past 12 hours in Sector 46, noida. Nothing has been done so far. I complained of a dns issue with a website and now nothing works. It shows red light blinking continuously.

    @reliancejio I've been complaining about my slow internet speed since yesterday. There has been no action taken from jio. When I contact jio care they say that its due to large no of users. My mother is also a jio user and it's working fine!! Quit giving excuses @JioCare !!

    @JioCare it's been 2 weeks now since i got Jio fiber. I have issue with VPN that i already reported right after the connection. My internet stops working while connected to VPN. This problem is not with other networks. Even my friends who got Jio fiber recently facing same issue.
