    @JioCare It's almost 4 months.... You take complaint.. Making Priority note.. Promising problem resolved soon.. Too much time to have Pession.. It's almost 2 months on twitter and still on same page.... No solution of my money... Now what should we do??

    @reliancejio @JioCare Agent nonsense talk. I recvd a call from Jio agent to port (i app. for postpd port online). Since i am not at home i asked him to call tommw mrg. This small thing he didn't understand and forcing to provide him OTP and rude talks. Pls chk Agent 9694867881

    @JioCare hello peoples jio is very farzi and bakvaas compny they cheated innocent client if you peoples take jio trial offer they need 1500 rs but after trial they pick box but not refund your 1000 rs they always send you msg just wait just then you tired they never return 1000rs

    Today upon calling the @JioCare customer care again for the same issue they said it will take 3-4 days more for the engineer to visit to which i told them that if the visit is not made in 3-4 days i will move to the consumer court. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @JioCare , I want to log a request for disconnection of Fiber. Fibre connection is down for more than five days without resolution. When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.

    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.
