Dear,@reliancejio i thought it will be a good idea to shift to #Jio from @airtelindia but guess what i was wrong. It’s been a month since i have registered for the fiber & everyday i get the same msg that our service engineer has been scheduled for Installation but dont show up.

@JioCare @reliancejio fake promise about the internet speed. Now days Speed is only 10kb. Even I go to terrace max speed is 150kb. Our whole area is facing this issue. Called CX care 100 of times but they always had one answer. Many people using data together, so it is slow. 😡😤

@reliancejio @RelianceDigital thanks for pathetic service. Firstly installation was delayed. Later there was no internet connectivity. Suffered from last five days by complaining. No resolution. Daily new service request is raised by team. Lastly I applied for cancellation.

@JioCare , Such a pathetic network that i have ever experienced - Whitefield Area, Bangalore. Its very disgusting !!! My Jio personal hotspot is cribbing to cope up with data. Internet test speed is shown below 0.5 KBPS (Upload and download) and very frequent signal drop (5 sec)
