@B_A_Change @JioCare I m also fed with the kind of Service of Jio,Unfortunately I ported my all Connections, around five in number ,from Airtel To Jio,But I regret my decision because very poor network,voice quality poor,I m complaining almost about two year now but no one cares

@airtelindia feeling sorry that I recharge with 199 my airtel no instead of jio. these 35 days frustates me everytime when I surfing internet or use hotspot in my laptop. next time I will never make this mistake. airtel @Airtel_Presence waste of money. jio is best.@JioCare

I haven't seen such a worst Management @reliancejio @JioCare 😡 waiting for Security refund from jan.'21 onwards for mobile 77xx77xx72, So many SR made & gone, Just assurance of Credit in 7-10Days but no Credit (Last one SR000015NKBR) now even not replying to mails. #JioCheating

@JioCare I do have trouble with JIO 4g network while travelling from train on daily basis. The problem persists within Naihati to Sealdah area(West Bengal). This problem has been since the start of jio service, please take care of this issue otherwise I'll port to other service.

@reliancejio Today I took connection of JioFiber connection NO0000GEA18Q, they took payment in morning, even rigorous follow ups for 10 hours, no one came for the installtion. Sales person not picking up. Such Pathetic Customer service on the first day..
