@GuptaShradha29 @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber I too am facing the same issue in Jaipur, even after arranging a call from a friend who is registered fiber customer the customer care was no help instead they cut the call in middle.

@JioCare I had paid Rs 8072 for Jio Fiber on 6th August 2020. Today even after installing half-incomplete, internet and jio tv still not started. can you help? Is this the way to welcome your new customers? This is all very sad.

@reliancejio I am getting only 3 mbps of speed at my location and only 1 signal bar. Airtel has better network over here. I can't use mobile internet properly. I'll switch to airtel plan if this is not fixed. Your customer service is just bots. Nobody actually looks into it

@JioCare @reliancejio We're experiencing worst internet speed. 4g is running like 2g. All time customer care say : abhi ek sath bahut saare user use kar rahe hai isliye speed nahi aa rahi hai, will see. Please dont use this excuse and improve internet speed.

4. ****** customer service, with no empathy towards subscribers. #Jio @JioCare hav nothing to offer to Netflix except ruining its reputation. I learnt this hard way after losing whole months subscription for no fault of mine. Bottomline - Netflix thru #jiofibre is a PAIN IN ***!
