    @reliancejio Right now ur not building any new signal towers even in many parts of Bangalore there’s no point in keeping faith in ur network ur customer themselves @JioCare admitted there’s no tower nearby in central Bangalore city and jio will go down soon for its slow network speeds

    @amazonIN @amazonpay I was recharging my phone no. With Amazon pay , the amount was deducted but the myjio @reliancejio interface displayed recharge failed and amount was not returned neither Amazon is displaying failed transaction. Help me out ASAP

    @JioCare My device is Redmi Note 10 Pro which is fully compatible. I have checked in list via link which you have provided hare and it is also there in list. Previously it was working but not now. Also it is working using mobile hotspot of other mobile den why not working using home wifi?

    @JioCare Had to send an sms to activate bank app, recharged for 119 later realised it doesn't have sms, called customer care they said they can't do anything about it, really unfair that I have to recharge with 149 again to just send a single sms.
