    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

    Worst network service regarding call whenever I tried to call always getting disconnected instantly i am not able to make a call I tried to fox this issue network refresh flight mode and everything but i am facing the issue everywhere in Bangalor 7703074494 @JioCare @RelianceJio

    Since 29th Dec we are struggling to get our connectivity issue resolved by you but none of your request engineer is visiting and everytime whenever we are contacting customer support they are asking us to wait. Service number-SR00001GGWBA We want refund . @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @JioCare no 4g network in many areas in bangalore..useless service..cant give proper 4g services..raised complaint 1.5 months back..as soon as i raised porting out request i got a call saying..we will resolve the issue very soon as we are porting to 5g..non sense

    @rishabg04 @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Sir, I also have been facing the same problem and from last 3 to 4 days these cheats are just trying to delay things on purpose. I have already complained on consumer affairs portal would suggest you the same and keep your tweet open with updates.
