    Worst experience with Jio Fibre complained and assigned a technical guy to visit by 7 pm. He didnot and managed to delink the tracking link. Contacting again it is scheduled next day. Wait now is 24 hours. Not even an apology. Should I seek a rival service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio it’s been a terrible experience using jio. I’m not getting my 5g invitation for the past 5 days and you have been saying that you will send me the invitation as early as possible but I haven’t received anything and this is not what I was expected from jio

    @JioCare if your trial plan has limitations, you should be transparent and say so! None of your people had a clue what to fix when I couldn’t dial out any toll free numbers. Never experienced this level of poor customer service at airtel or Vodafone ever! Truly disgusting!

    @JioCare I have done both the things and still have not received any invite even though my phone hardware and software both supports 5G and my area is enabled for 5G as well. Please help

    @JioCare I raised request for Postpaid Porting thrice, expecting sim delivery at doorstep(big big ads u got for this). Sadly, no one cares. Trying my luck here. TLDR: Pls help me port to jio without me going out, sadly all Jio Store are very far.

    @reliancejio my active number to which Friend and family call says “number does not exist” well one of the worst .. also every time I am On a call network strength goes from worst to dust “0” calls fails.. is this what u mean by revolution?? Dead jio

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare This is the standard answer that you give, you never tried reaching out to me , as I have proof of no contact. 3 separate days of internet not being available how do you justify it? 25th 31st and 6th. How can you call it as resolution, ticket raised on 6th took 24hrs +

    @JioCare Still no call, assistance, or service restoration from @JioCare, yet my support ticket was closed without my confirmation. I depend entirely on this network for my work. How can a ticket be closed when the issue isn't fixed? Please look into this. Needs resolution ASAP

    @JioCare Hello Team, spoke to your customer care. I paid 1200 before relocating. At current loc there is no fiber but airfiber is there which i cant use but your team says that cannot be refunded.Why should i pay if I cant use your services. @jagograhakjago @nch1915

    @AdhikariSa74921 @JioCare Same here..happening for 3 weeks. Collected 5400 and nobody turns because nobody assigned. When every other service provider can honour the commitment I suspect jio is just playing 'catch me if you can'
