@airtelindia That’s for sure the kind of service i get in my phone and the hot spot . I must say my other @reliancejio is far far better . In terms of network connectivity . @airtelindia U guys are looting money by giving 2g speed . Login a complaint is waste .

@reliancejio @JioCare May I know what is the use of taking 4G connection and doing data booster recharge when it is taking 3 hours to just download a 2GB file. Network provider are not able to provide good speed in Bangalore city only. @TRAI @aajtak @indiatvnews

1 month back: We again faced the same problem. Being unable to connect with the customer care, we contacted the field agent who told us that the equipment installed is old now and Jio has recently launched new modems etc. which will solve our problem.@JioCare

He advised us that he will cancel the old connection and will install a new one. We told the agent that we have recently paid for the recharge which is valid for a month. He promised us that he will extend the new connection after the 30 days trial on the new one.@JioCare
