    @RelianceMobile my wife was not able to port her old number during shut down of reliance n took a new sim @reliancejio @JioCare n today she is facing issues in changing number with PF account etc. Could u pls help if thr is a way to reactivate this number with some other operator

    @JioCare before I could start using jio my experience with the jio store from where I got the sim is pathetic. Secondly sim is not activated and it’s already been more than 24 hrs. Hope you can increase your customer service level.

    @JioCare Have been receiving calls from Jio Fiber for the last 5 months and I have been telling them that I have moved out of that location so dont call me again. If I receive one more call, I have numbers of each and every agents that called me and I'll raise a police complaint.

    @pkhammu2005 @JioCare @ACTFibernet Don't go with JIO.... They are worst service provider ever. There network always disconnect or network slowness. Broadcast not for them where no proper support.

    @JioCare My handset is all set. I've used vi sim in this and it's quite well with network, there is no call drop issue. This is only with jio and not only for me it's all the users of jio in this area. Plz arrange a visit of your network team member to this area i texted you in dm.

    From few days my internet was running very slow, I tried to talk to customer care also but to no avail. @JioCare @reliancejio Net is not working for last 8 days so 1.5 gb net is going to waste per day and 8 days are less who will give me the money
