    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor customer service, they don't have remote technical team to resolve customer issues. Technical knowledge of service advisors who visit the premises also very low, since two not able to use the #JioFiber

    @JioCare Hi I have been calling customer care people for increase the feasibility for the location which I stay but they respond we are not responsible for that . I and my family and friends are using same Jio network.they say that we don't have feasibility.

    @JioCare All the below steps are done 1. Jio SIM is inserted in SIM slot 1 2. airplane mode is off 3. Network mode is LTE/CDMA/GSM 4. data and voice is routed through Jio SIM & data roaming is on Error: no specific error it shows, suddenly signal strength goes down to one point or zero

    @JioCare Dear jio Team, I am facing poor network coverage issue issue at my location. I also complaint for this problem but jio and its employees not taking it seriously. The internet speed is very poor at the moment. So look into this matter. And solve the issue as soon as possible.

    I'm facing problems with jio in my area continuously from 6 months i thought it's my device problem but all devices are giving same speed of 50kbps after calling 198 my speed increases. Jio taking our money and scamming us, in hindi (Haram ka kha raha hai madarchod). @JioCare
