Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

@JioCare Our WIFI connection is not active since 1 pm yesterday (10th Feb). The Service Request Number is SR000018S1JR for JioFiber connection (JioFixedVoice Number +918079684311). I haven't received any notification from your concerned department. It has been 30 hours!!!!

@reliancejio ported my two sim in monday to your network. Once I put in sim after porting one of the sim is not working. There is no PoC to get my sim working. Jio person at @RelianceDigital, Gaur city mall informed me to get new sim by paying INR25. 1/2

@JioCare For the last two days there is intermittent outage to Network coverage in western side of Bangalore, volte doesn't show despite of correct settings on the phone, it's not just me but majority of the people in our locality are facing this problem. Pls dm.

@JioCare I have purchased new Apple Mac Mini computer in which location services can't be determined on the Jiofiber Network, i checked it with Service Center WiFi and it's working fine in them. In jiofiber there seems to a issue in the WiFi Access Points so the location is gone
