    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @reliancejio regret to say jio customer service is v poor & un satisfy. Instead of solving the problem they prefer to change the plan by giving some free benefits but ultimately it is costly. It is also v difficult to get refund as promise on un satisfaction of srrvice
