    I lost my phone just now I tried to contact 198 for my @reliancejio sim deactivation And guess what, I cald 198 and the call gets automatically cut. After 9 unsuccessful attempts myCall was cut when I pressed 9 for talking to a customer executive. @JioCare you lost a customer

    @JioCare how can I get my Jio fiber invoice for period April to July 2020 .. this being >180 days I am unable to download the same from the app and your customer care is also not helping

    @pradhanpp @JioCare @AmardeepMulge We are not using the free network and we have to raise our concern.If you doesn't have any issues then very good but if someone facing issue then you can't say ignore them.
