    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare My airfiber No.+913263578457 it's too poor service in my area.Once electricity cut then your jio network not work , this is daily base issue might be this area jio tower Contractor sell tower petrol that is reason this issue is face @JioCare @reliancejio

    Even customer care disconnected my call without any resolution. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. My work is getting affected badly due to this negligence. Fix this immediately or I will escalate this to the consumer forum @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare and @jio_fiber, my Jio Fiber has been down for two days! 😠 I keep getting empty promises that it'll be fixed soon, but nothing happens. Customer care is no help either; calls cut off before I can even speak to anyone. So frustrating! 😤😡 #JioFiber
