Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

The company is unable to catch up with two giants @airtelindia and @reliancejio and is losing behind subscriber rate as well as service offerings. In 2020, Reliance Jio added 38.76 million subscribers followed by 11.41 million by Bharti Airtel and 590,000 by BSNL.

@JioCare I was told by your customer care executive that there is no way I can uninstall Netflix from my set up box, kudos to you development team for this technical excellence. Let's assume if the Netflix account is hacked and the user has created max no of profiles, there 1/2

@JioCare I request you to initiate the refund on priority and investigate why this is happening with the customer. Why customer has to wait for whole day as per scheduled appointment and at last they give new date and timing, why these is no courtesy call of they are planning 2 change 1/2

@JioCare It has bee rescheduled more than 7 times without any reason. Even today my family waited for visit but at last moment they scheduled for tomorrow. This is happening from past one week but your customer care team is sleeping. Finally I asked for refund
