    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Internet didn't work for 5 days so I raised a RENT REBATE request on 17/Mar/26 Expected resolution date was 26/Mar/26. Today is 12/May/26- still no resolution, no rebate. Called customer support today: 1st agent- mere paas show ni ho raha, call transfer kar raha hu

    @JioCare @JioCare If no engineer visits and resolves the issue by 13 May, I will disconnect this Jio connection and switch to Airtel. Waiting for more than 2 days without internet is not acceptable.

    @JioCare I have been trying to lodge a complaint for the last three days. Each time, I was told the team was working on it, but those were false assurances. Finally, a complaint was registered today under No.SR000035Q183.The current service is pathetic and incredibly stressful.
