What kind of #5Glaunch in #Mumbai and other parts of country has been done by @reliancejio?? No one seems to have access to it!! Request @AshwiniVaishnaw ji to kindly look into it. Apparently only lip service is happening and nothing concrete on ground. Cc @PMOIndia

Is there @JioCare busy to attend the call, I have called 198/199 and they forward the call to customer support and it rings and ended. This is how @reliancejio works? Or tell me how to talk with customer care?

The service engineers keep on changing the scheduled time and eventually never turns up. At last they close your request as per their wish. High time that customers complaints are paid attention. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Reference number ES000000FV5G for cancellation of JioFiber connection. It has been 6 days since I am requesting refund from Jio. I would not recommend anyone to go with (Jio Fiber Business) The Service Is Very Poor As Compared To Jio Residential (Jio Fiber Connections)

The worst service and network is that of jio. I am complaining for network since 2017 but now 2022 is also going to end but till now jio network does not come properly in my village. @reliancejio @JioCare #WorstJioService #BadServiceFromJio
