    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. 2 months and still unresolved. No one visits yet false updates claim “premises not accessible.” Just lies to close complaints. Learn from Airtel how to handle customers. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Your service and installation team are harassing us for extra money to repair or install AirFiber in Doddaballapur region of Bangalore Rural. I have disconnected and my father paid for new order. The issue is same. They do not respond to calls or neither install.

    @JioCare My fiber is down since 6:39 AM on JioFixedVoice No. 3767965225. Promised fix by 10:39 AM, then 6:39 PM. No technician showed up. No internet. Just SMS after SMS with deadlines you can't keep. #JioFiber
