Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

Hello @reliancejio , I took a trial of JIOFiber then on the 25th Aug I canceled it. but till no one came for that request. till I did many calls on customer care but I didn't get a good response and my payment is stuck @JioCare @JioFiberVoice please do something.

And to further that nobody has contacted me from your organization regarding my issue. All I here is "sorry for your inconvenience or due to unavoidable circumstances" from your customer support or @JioCare handle. I regret opting for @reliancejio services .

@JioCare If you cannot satisfy service level to provide 99% service of jio. You must refund. It's totally unfair if u cannot refund not provide service
