    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Today all your tower running but internet speed very low where is your 4g network in moga district ? Now I m changed my location but internet speed not good

    @TRAI_OHD @reliancejio From last one month i am applying for port sms. But I haven't received the porting SMS yet. This arbitrariness of mobile service provider is highly condemnable. Even after talking to customer care several times, the problem could not be resolved.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio When I want to shift my jiofibre to my new flat. Customer care are saying connection is not available at that site. But one of my connection is near that site. I know many connections of jiofibres are available there. Who will shift??????

    @reliancejio there’s very weak signal strength of Jio in OU colony, Shaikpet Hyderabad. Can you please help in improving it since it causes lot of voice break in between calls. I can see only one bar which isn’t sufficient for mobile Internet as well.

    In last 2 Thursdays out of 3, suddenly my jio fiber connection went dead.. And thankfully my backup wifi saved me.. In my area there is over connection in jio pole box.. And looks, they are managing it by rotation policy. Service is getting worse.. Local currption @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have requested for a connection shifting and Jio scheduled a visit for connection shifting and the engineer now saying that my area is out of FSA and I can see the Jio FAT box very near to my house. JioFiber service ID 299366280075. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team, Internet getting disconnected frequently (red light blinking). Issue happened on 30th Nov, 3rd Dec and again today. Request ref no. SR000017Q367. Kindly help resolving issue on priority as it is affecting work.
