    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Yes you are right, @JioCare. Issue is resolved after 4+ days and requesting service engineer. I paid 300₹ to your service engineer and he refused to provide me bill. Thanks @reliancejio Please provide refund of 300₹ or give me bill. Also extend plan validity for 4 days.

    @reliancejio @jio I am still facing same issue in all my jio number,with an active plan ,we are not able to make and receive calls then why are we paying them when are not availing services ,worst exp, apart complaining no response I got from jiocare ,this is giving us reason to switch to Airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Team Escalation is,Network of my Jio Mob No is is being unavailable for 5 to 10 minutes and this is third time If plan is getting expired,services are being barred,agreed for it but will you exceed the plan expiry time only bcoz it this is not my fault?

    @JioCare Does not matter where eve we are. Your network bandwidth should be available across every where. Else No meaning of digital or global network.

    @MSRAZVI92 @JioCare @reliancejio You right, executive of jio store also rude and not responsible, i try to migrate from jio prepaid to postpaid from last 3 days but they always say comes after 1 hour or wait for 30 minutes. Now decided to port to airtel postpaid and also airtel has arranged employee at my door.
