    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare Jio team once the schedule slot is fixed our jio internet connection was suspended for 2 days but no engineer came to visit our house.very bad and poor service by Jio

    Hello @JioCare your international roaming service is terrible. I paid for a premium data pack for international travel and it’s not working despite paying almost 2k for 10 days. Your customer service sucks. REFUND my money!

    @JioCare Besides speaking such sweet but empty words, do you guys do anything? It's been THREE (3) days since I've been facing this issue. But no resolution yet. I hope you understand 1,2,3.. Very pathetic &disgusting customer experience for me. And plz don't sent templatised responses

    @JioCare “Please upgrade your plan.”I have called multiple times, explained the issue in detail, and each time I’m told I’ll be connected to a senior—but the call gets disconnected every single time. This has happened 4–5 times over the last 2 days

    @JioCare Unacceptable service. Complaint closed without resolution and still no fix. “Wait 15 days” is not a solution. n78 (3500 MHz) not available since 21 April near tower (300m). Need immediate action and proper timeline.

    @JioCare iam experienced worst fiber services from jio air fiber no one reached to solve the issue frequently internet speed reduced particular evening times Really worst experience try to reach customer care but unble to connect worst service Really better to switch airtelfiber

    @JioCare is it worthy at all to be a postpaid customer of a ****** company like you. Waiting since last 15 days to get things resolved. Porting out ASAP i am done with you guys. Waiting for 90 days to finish. Never turning back to you guys again
