    Not satisfied with the internet service provided by @airtelindia since last couple of months. Being a premium plan, postpaid customer, this is never acceptable. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio . @airtelindia either work on the internet or lose a loyal customer.

    @JioCare I was on hold for more than 1 hours to speak with manager and call disconnected. MR000034DSVL is Ref for managers call. No follow-ups, no updates, no resolution. Reason for reschedule is also not known. SR000013R4U5 and SR000013R2MB are the service ticket s. Please update me

    @TheRaviPanwar @JioCare Jio have given me massage on complaint no. SR000013RLGM. Jio can't give you date when issue will resolve. Then jio must refund the money. If it goes on then all india will start #PortOutJio movement like farmer dose in delhi.Request to @PMOIndia kind request reduce this monopoly

    @1797ankitBihani @JioCare Jio team i am also facing call drop and voice breaking issue .. need to port out my jio . When I complaint they said we can't give you date up to when it will resolve .. means recharge is money gone and jio keep doing fraud with people. #PortOutJio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare there is no signal in Helapuri College, Eluru. I have complained u 45 days back no improvement till now. There r hundreds of customers in the college kindly understand and do the needful if not we may port to other networks which signals r high here @Airtel_Presence #Vi
