    @JioCare It still needs an expansion in service. I Paid for Fiber in Feb and it wasn’t installed by the due date, Later they refused to provide connection due to some technical error and refunded my money in around 50 days (due date was a week).Till today there’s no service in my area

    @JioCare you have the most irrelevant chat support. First of all, your plans are all fuckall and confusing. And then when I ask chat support about the plan, they’re asking for my pin code. WTF!!

    @JioCare why should I pay unnecessarily when there's no internet for 6 days. Guys pls don't subscribe to jio fiber. I have spent on mobile internet so much as it is work from home and wifi is not working and these guys are not even bothered to fix it

    @JioCare he said your issue will be solved by my support team, even support team not doing anything . He just reboot wifi or reset device. this is only he know to resolve the issue. no one getting into the issue.
