@JioCare Order number NO0000FNW8R0 for jio fiber is pending for installation since last five days. No body in customer care is helping. Didn't expect this poor service fro jio. Payment has been done but installation is not done.

@JioCare @reliancejio Now its been heights of unethical behaviour of @JioCare cc, it's almost 15 days I m unable 2 use internet n jus now a bill of 472 been generated n i m havin a data bal of 69gb of da last month, enough is enough, rectify the issue asap #jiosucks #JioSlowestInternet

@JioCare jio cheat customers with their fiber plan. I hv taken plan with netflix but the app is not available on set top box. I raised issue 3 times in last 2.5 months, but it's never resolved. Also complaints are getting closed without resolution. My 3 months money is stolen.

@reliancejio did 1big mistake chossing jiofiber over airtel..... Issue was not resolved from last 5 days.... Already raised service request 5 times ..m getting the response that we are working from 5 days.... @JioCare agar issue resolv nh kar skte toh tell directly customers...
