    (1) Dear @JioCare, This is beyond frustrating. I can’t use either my JioFiber Wi-Fi or my Jio mobile data—both are down. I’ve called customer care 4 times today. My call was answered only once, and I was told I’d receive a callback from the Jio assistance team in my town.

    @JioCare The service request is on hold so how exactly is the technician going to be assigned when the resolution status is on hold? And what is your eta for the technician visiting? How can you not have any timeline? Who is gonna provide the compensation for all these days of no internet

    @JioCare @JioCare What criteria you require there was no internet connection for 9days straight in the month of April. Why can’t you adjust the bill? Is that the customer need to take care of repairing the connection issues? The request which I have raised closed without any resolution

    @JioCare In case it will not be resolved in next one hour will file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for Deficiency of Service and False Commits. Looking forward to hear from you @JioCare
