    @JioCare @LawShub So earlier I had to pay Rs. 300 to upgrade from Netflix basic to Premium. Now that Netflix has reduced the price of basic plan I'll have to shell out Rs.450 for the same upgrade!! Don't you want to fix this??

    Complaint after complaint & every single day the same issue persists!! Internet never works at night! In day their useless "engineers" call & directly asks for OTP. Why **** have I stuck into! @jiofiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare It has been 9 days since I complained to jio customer care about slow internet issue in my area, and I was told that yes there are some issues with the internet and it will be resolved ASAP But here I am writing again about the same, as nothing has improved yet.
