@JioCare So now it has been passed 24 hrs also. No hear anything from u, sales executive and his manager Ashish not picking up call from 7 days. Feeling helpless, tomorrow will be Sunday and don't expect ur call. I can get it fitted tomorrow only if possible. Or u can cancel it. Poor....

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio gigafibre is not working since yesterday in Gurgaon phase 2. It was working till 12 am and after that the internet has stopped working. Please look into it. Jio fiber is constantly getting down in my area

Jio Fiber Net Gone Down. Created A service request for that but the engineer didn't visited the spot and now he is telling to give him extra money so he will come tomorrow (Sunday) and will fix that thing or I've to wait till Monday. @JioCare

@JioCare So, i called your jio fiber service center on 31/5/21 and booked a service for my jio fiber. first of all i don't know why it took 30 minutes to convince your customer care that my fiber's speed is slow. after he got convinced he booked a service for me. 1/n
