    Hello @JioCare @jio_fiber what pathetic service you provide I have booked for Jio fiber services on Aug 20 and I was given Aug 21 2:00 PM for engineer visit for installation. Didn't receive any call and without any intimation they rescheduled it for tomorrow.

    @reliancejio He says - "We need to re-imagine, not transform" Current systems are not built for the realities of today, and there's an opportunity to reimagine everything. Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, Mobility - What if we use the "Buddha mindset" to solve for these problems?

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Its been a month and again facing unstable interest on my airfiber as well as mobile. Same is happening with my other society members. If it cannot be fixed. Please remove all the airfiber in my area. Will ask them to raise a bulk cancellation request.

    @JioCare Irresponsible service. I haven't got any reply till now. Wasting customer money and . Don't go for jio airfiber. They give options for the customers and they respond properly. Even customer care people not trained.

    Hi I am 4 month postpartum currently living alone in Mumbai and can’t travel to jio Centre @JioCare I need to verify my sim card and customer care is saying no way they can do it online or home visit (I can pay extra) since I can’t leave my home as I am recovering. pls guide

    @JioCare I booked JioFiber twice. My first booking issue, so the installation was cancelled by the technician. Then made a second booking, but refund for my FIRST booking has still not received. Please check this and process my refund immediately. This is extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare @JioCare please respond you have all the information. I need an answer. Why it was rescheduled without any intimation. No Engineer called for follow up. Your sales reps are not responding of my cal. Customer service is already out of reach.
