@JioCare its been 3weeks the JioFibre connection not working.Your guys closed the call without it resolved and saying they can't solve it.Just take back the box & return my money paid for 3 months.I will take Airtel box with better service.Didnt expected this from @reliancejio

India's biggest company @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't bother to resolve customer issues. A very pathetic service. ticket ID - SR00001ESUCE. More annoying 3 days follow-up @reliancejio team emailed like, "Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises" a 100% lie :( 😡

@JioCare Almost half the day has passed but my Wi-Fi hasn’t been restored nor any service engineer has turned up to look into my problem. I have decided to terminate my jio fibre subscription from next month. Switching to Airtel then.
