Please help me activate my upcoming wfh plans @JioCare @reliancejio. There's no way to reach the customer care representative this is the only way. With dire need of data, if this isn't solved I might have to shift to other services

@JioCare Don't try to spread lies and try to get complacency. The service of any customer in my village is not working properly. So many customers porting other Cellular Service please check last 3 month data. Tower location in my village so it's maximum far 50 meter Avery user.

Not to forget they do not assign any technician to check this issue. How can whole area face a issue and their reply can be to reboot router of one house? Atleast assign someone. @reliancejio
