@JioCare @reliancejio i have ported my number to jio but the calling quality was very poor Everytime whenever someone call me gets an error message that my number is switched off call connectivity is also very poor

@JioCare @MukeshAmbanima Respected Sir, how you are doing jio fiber business and this kind of service to the customer. I have called customer care whenever my recharge is done asked about relocation they told do the recharge and relocation will taken place but after that no response.

@JioCare jiofiber down at Evershine embassy since 2 days, have been complaining continuosly and same pre-recorded response. No staff to visit and see the issue. Such pathetic and horrible service. Taking customers for granted as they have already paid the money.

@JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

@JioCare your team needs training weekly - stop miss selling products - don't commit 2 set top boxes and deliver one leaves a bad taste - I was with the other provider for a decade was looking for an integrated solution at a price point - got taken I guess but for how long 3 months??

@JioCare Ironically Internet speed is 2X but trust factor is minus 10X - after collecting payment the guy coolly says they will provide only one set top box rendering the 2nd TV unusable for aged parents - lucky did not disconnect the other service - will probably have to go back to it

@JioCare There is issue in the recent MyJio app in iOS platform through which the network name and password is not getting saved. I had to do it through myjio site. Please test the application properly and then release it in app store so that end user donot face these issues going ahead.

@JioCare not sure what kind of approval required to get the power supply in the new pole and when my connectivity will be restored. 4 connection in my flat is having issue. I know no resolution will be provided by your team. I will get standard reply, we are looking into it

@JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio All your agents are useless like your social media support. You yourself don't know how to handle customer queries. I need Escalation matrix. You don't have managers to take escalation calls. Very stupid service.

@JioCare On 22nd august, the engineer visited and solve the issue, on 24th the internet not working again, complaint number SR00001D9MWR dated 24.08.2022, no engineer visit in 10 days.. let me know what to do
