    @JioCare @reliancejio We are suffering without Jio Fiber net connection which has not functioning since Wednesday till date.They are unable to fix the problem. I understand even my neighbour to whom I recommended Jio is also suffering without the jio internet connection.

    @rahilbundela @JioCare I don't understand why you folks are using jio though we have airtel fiber.i have been using it since one year.i didn't face any issues at once in a whole year.

    @reliancejio Mr Anuj Jain ..highly disappointed with the Jio FIBER services. My jio fiber is not working since yesterday & I have registered My complaint yesterday only but not resolved yet. Pathetic service. The issue is UNRESOLVED.Request No. SR000034TCEZ @jiocare help !!

    Stuck in an endless customer service loop between @JioCare and @AmazonHelp. A system glitch allowed my 2-year JioFiber Prime Lite consumer offer to link to an Amazon BUSINESS account. Frontline support refuses to escalate to tech to revoke the API link. Someone please fix this!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet not working properly from last 2 days. Tried doing online complaint using your app but the chatbot replies there is no slot available. No one answers your toll free and too much waiting time.
