    @jio_fiber @JioCare An engineer was suppose to visit us to complete the uninstallation but the engineer never arrived, I've been calling Jio since last three days and every-time I get a new appointment but engineer never arrive.

    @JioCare I have been waiting for 30 days, and despite of multiple follow-ups, my problem is not been resolved yet. and stop sending the same text, the standard process of refund takes 14 days. now it's 30 days, kindly work on the resolution. #disappointingservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have recently ported from Airtel to Jio,I live in Kandivali Lokhandwala,experiencing pathetic network in my area missing all imp calls- only works near balcony -Case :SR00001B69FV raised followed up multiple times, pls let me port out if unable to fix

    I think again we r returning in a different way to cable tv connection, same problem arise in jio fibre connection too and i m suffering by taking this, my Dish TV was good n planing to return there, NO JIO FIBRE NOT GOOD FOR ME @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice
