    @JioCare I am still seeing an old, inactive fiber connection linked to my account on the MyJio app despite multiple attempts to resolve via customer care. The support experience has been extremely disappointing. Please look into this and remove the old connection immediately.

    Shoutout to @reliancejio @reliancejio for 2 weeks of zero AirFibre service. Love how your support line disconnects, emails go into a black hole, and your local team is playing the blame game with your internal team over a down tower. Is this the service we pay for?

    Even being having unlimited 5G plans, @reliancejio was working like a 3G network today. I don't know why this is happening. Can't watch anything on YouTube or any OTT platform. Keep buffering and buffering. @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, It’s been 4–5 days and my JioFiber internet is completely down. I have already raised complaints on X, shared screenshots, contacted your service engineer, and even tried reporting it through the app.
