    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio number is linked with the wrong Aadhaar due to a retailer’s mistake. I don’t know that person, so transfer isn’t possible. Please fix this urgently or allow fresh KYC with my Aadhaar.

    @JioCare @reliancejio (Fixed Voice:+91-5223632499).My connection is down due to a wire break, but your team is refusing to fix it and asked me to disconnect. My complaint was closed without informing me. My recharge got wasted & bill is wrong.or I will approach consumer court.

    @JioCare Jio network not working since last few weeks -no calls, no internet. Installed WiFi/set-top box to fix it, but that’s also not working (no signal/channels not loading). Very disappointing.Please arrange a technician visit or replacement ASAP @reliancejio @sancharsathi

    @JioCare My router got replaced but the field engineer charged for the adapter. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this @JioCare ??

    @JioCare My internet is not working since yesterday. And no one is ready to take any action. On app the time for resolution keeps on increasing from morning to afternoon and now to evening. Can someone call me back or look into this.
