    @JioCare I didn't receive any information about 28 days policy while doing recharge. Kindly refund additional amount as I am not getting services which I paid. Hoping for customer resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised queries so many time regarding network issue for different locations but no one help to resolve, close ticket without resolution. Getting worst service to postpaid user. Will port to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani 1/2 I changd my internet provider from Airtel to JioFiber & thought eof better service bt I regret by opting jioFiber due to below points: 1.Within 1 month service disrupted 4 times. 2. No proper customer support is available.

    @JioCare No, the issue is not resolved rather it has postponed for tomorrow. A relocation has been processed let’s see whether it works tomorrow or not. Will let you know about it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why don't you ask your customer representative who visited, promised to change device the next day and disappeared ? Has @JioCare given their reps free hand at closing tickets without resolutions ? How long do i have to keep reaching out for the same issue
