Engineer first said router replacement was required, then informed it was a fiber line issue. Earlier also, a false "Customer Not Available" update was given

Samir (@viziks) reported@JioCare @jio_fiber Your services have become pathetic and your engineers have gamed the system by reporting premises closed. My Air Fibre connection which is about 1.5 years old has become extremely unreliable with at least one outage daily.
