    @reliancejio Every time I call, the IVR just says "order is on hold" with zero explanation. Customer care is unreachable, and I’m stuck in limbo because you have my money. Is this standard customer service now? Please look into this immediately.

    Extremely frustrating network issue with @JioCare @reliancejio! From the last 6-7 days, the network completely drops every 5-10 mins for about 10-20 secs. Facing this on ALL Jio connections. If this isn't resolved, we are porting out all. Location: Datta Nagar, Ghansoli - 400701

    @JioCare For a normal broadband/fiber service issue, 15 days is generally far longer than customers would expect. Many providers aim to restore service within 24–72 hours, depending on the nature of the fault and local conditions.@JioCare @jio_fiber

    Super the worst service in India. I am using prepaid no of jio but now I am going to port to another telecom. I am using jio but the speed is like 2G. Disgusting services. Neither their customer care response nor their local Jio office employees. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Totally unable to concentrate on work . Every 5 minutes the network gone . I dont pay for such a disgusting network . Improve the network or take away ur dabba . And I called the customer support and waited for more than 6 minutes each time but no response .
