@JioCare From last 15 days very bad network in my area between 6-10pm.. When u charge a certain amount of fee for your service then why you don't provide us the service continuosly.. Do something about this otherwise i shall stop using jio.

Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

@JioCare Already using @reliancejio as a backup SIM. At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Improve your coverage at my location & 100 of people surely port out.

@reliancejio The cost of additional setup box (₹5499) is very very high. This is totally like grabbing a customer's pocket with a full hand. This cost is very high. Very very dissatisfactory service by jio. You must slice the cost by at least 50%.

@JioCare Tata Sky always debit the service charge from recharge amount or same reflects on screen / or in text messages and accordingly one can pay. I think some foolproof and transparent system of recovering services charge if any should also be implemented in Jio. Thanks 2/2
