Still there is network issue.only showing one bar in the mobile sometime that also not showing. Sent that location to your network team and try to fix as earliest.

He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely?
