At my location Jio indoor coverage is a bit poor hence calling could be an issue while @airtelindia provide 2G coverage that’s why can’t port my primary SIM. Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.

Its laps of duty to check if service is completed or not. I need a proper explanation for for this why the ticket was closed.
