    @JioCare i am facing serious network issues at my native and I am unable to use you network most of the time network is not available. Kindly send your network team here and get it resolved . People who is leaving here is very upset and thinking to switch to other network.

    @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare @vodafonein1 I'm having Vodafone sim and I'm very much upset of the service, the only thing bound me is one year recharge what I did last year. So now I'm thinking to port my number into others. Is there any way port into another in same plan.

    @JioCare Home internet is out. Complaint raised but unattended for three days. I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.

    @JioCare recharged with the ₹899 plan on 16 May, which included a JioHotstar subscription. However, it is now asking me to subscribe again. I have been contacting customer care for the last five days and have also emailed them as instructed. i used same 899 pack from last nov

    @JioCare I raised a service request on Friday to resolve my internet issue, but no one has visited yet. The ticket was put on hold with the remark that my house was locked, even though I have been at home the entire time until posting this tweet. This is very disappointing.

    @JioCare As I dont see any action from here. I call jio customer care. I have tried to explain the issue but the customer service disconnected the call and and just received a call back and no voice. Again im trying to reach customer care waiting in lobby for more than 10 min. Pathetic
