@JioCare My experience is not at all important to you. I have been given 5 pm slot since the morning your executives are saying to wait till 5 not its 5:30 still no resolution. And you don’t even bothered to reply. Learn from others to value your customers. Definitely moving to Airtel.

@JioCare i had recharged for 12 GB extra data on 12/01/22 but today my daily limit exhausted and i was shocked to see that 12 GB Plan did not activated. had to recharge with 15 again. customer number not working. where to go??????
