@JioCare It has been acknowledged by Jio Service engineer that there was load issue on 19/4 and 20/4 due to which there was a problem in wifi connection at my home. I would want my current wifi 30 days plan to be extended by 2 days due to non availability of wifi

@JioCare I am fade up with you guys. My daily internet quota is being ended in in no time. This is really not done.Fix this issue within today or else I am gonna port my sim to @airtelindia or some other network. @reliancejio is the worst network I have ever used.

@Airtel_Presence airtel doesn’t care. If they would have, multiple complains and calls would have solved my issue. Call yourself the network that cares. Might as well switch to @reliancejio.
