    @JioCare I have raised uninstallation request for jio fibre 4 times and no one came to visit till now. What kind of service is this? U guys are so eager to install new connection but when it comes to uninstallation, there's no response from u guys. Pathetic..

    And the customer service is terrible for both @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare No one is better, both are worse... But sticking with the one that offers one/two good things over others seems rationale decision as of now...

    @JioCare i request for Jio net cancellation on 08th-jan'22 but still know your agent is not come to peek up the router I tried to reach you customer care but there not given proper response plz take your router and give my money back..,My service request number is SR000018FUBN.

    @JioCare None of the jio member is bothered to response. Even after many followup, no response so I would like to disconnect and move on to another fiber service provider. Very disappointing and useless service
