    Hi @Uppolice @lkopolice my service provider @JioCare is not able to provide services since 15 Feb & after several round of follow up still issue is not resolved. I have paid them advance payment, they are neither returning amount nor providing service since100 days. Please Help

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio Absolutely unacceptable service. My Jio Fiber hasn’t been working for 3 days, and all I get is a meaningless status update on the app with zero resolution or accountability. This is a complete failure of customer support. I’ll have no choice but to switch.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing continuous outage with Jio AirFiber in Rauta, Amour, Purnea (854315). Internet is extremely slow (~4 Mbps) and service is almost unusable for days. No proper resolution yet. Please fix this urgently or provide a clear timeline.
