Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare You guys are *******. Using a 3rd grade JIO wifi device. My jio device LED’s are working fine but this wifi device range is pathetic and it’s packets keep dropping. Huawei on the other hand never had any problem. But you ******** wanted to save money.
