    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @maduraistartups U r cheats. Why have u not commented on complaint repeat of sending the 666.00 to my account which it was not. 0n to my account . To save U ,? from consumer's court? Courts are no exp.!

    @JioCare @reliancejio why do your customer care executives only speak Hindi even after I chose English in the first menu. Horrible service for someone who doesn't speak Hindi.

    @JioCare Sir. I live in Roop Nagar Tanki Road Badarpur New Delhi and we have also put Jio fiber line here 5 months ago. But the service is not working yet. Due to which is not able to get new connection of jio fiber And if I go to Jio office to inquire then no one helps.

    @Airtel_Presence past 3days my broadband is not working , spoken with multiple tele executive and manager … with assurance will be rectified today … seems for airtel it’s end of story @reliancejio could be saviour

    @JioCare Since yesterday my jio internet not working raised request SR00001CBYOL which showed issue resolved whereas it wasn't and request closed . Now new service request and then again the delay
