Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear Jio Your network is weak in our area so we are unable to work from home ADD: Bisalwaskhurd NEEMUCH 458441 MP We consider it many times to jio representative but not response from there side It's our last hope please help us @_DigitalIndia @JioCare @anmol_ambani @AmbaniTina

@JioCare 3 days since registration for jiofiber. Paid the full amount of Ra2,500 while registration and still the installation is not done. No customer service at all. Already regretting my decision to install jiofiber.

@JioCare me on hold. They have the powers to treat customer badly. The installation team, the CC team, every executive. Now even if I disconnect this useless connection they will make me struggle for deposit money. Don't ever go for Jio Giga Fibre. Local broadband slow but is 1000x better

@JioCare tomorrow I port my number in Airtel because jio service and and jio network is Very bad in my area.and also Airtel broadband is available in few days ago in my area but jio fiber is not available yet

This is worst service I have never experienced by @reliancejio I paid for reliance Jio fibre net 3 days back and no is contacted me yet for installation process more ever people who came while registration is not picking my call now this is seriously pathetic service @reliancejio

@JioCare Guys don't ever go for this ****** internet service. Their router is of worst quality, not getting any range, whereas my old TP Link without any antenna had a good range. Additionally the CC executives wasted my 45 minutes on different calls and disconnected after keeping...contd
