Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Ha ha ha, you make me laugh. I subscribed my connection on 8th sept. By saying first come first served, do you mean that no connection has been installed in my area since this date. Anyways I am not interested now. Please cancel my subscription and refund the amount paid by me.

@JioCare (T3...) When I open web page on internet it asks me for recharge. Have you seen how many plans I have recharged on this number which are not working at all? Do not fool the company as well as customers. Accept if you are not doing your job properly. Take responsibility.
