Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare He visited after 24 hours, to fix a problem if fixed myself early morning, because its insane to make someone wait 24 hours to connect a cable in the DP box!! The fix took me 5 seconds and 24 hours for JIo to respond.

Did you hear me @Airtel_Presence? My broadband is working My mobile data isn't working either (I'm just seeing two bars of signal) Using my secondary phone which has a @JioCare sim for the Hotspot.. Meanwhile your customer care asked me use Airtel thanks app with this outage

@reliancejio @JioCare Since I enabled 5G welcome offer on my phone, call drops have increased significantly! My number tends to be either not reachable or switched off. All I get is a sms later that goes like "Dear Customer, You have a missed call from..." What is going on???
