    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare not getting any solution from your side... Jio recharge = waste of money #lackofservice No proper response from senior/junior costumer care executive. No one is ready to register my complaint

    @JioCare Since a last few days, have been facing cross connection issues a LOT. Today I had atleast 10 cross connections! This was never the case before. Assist me on this ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Multiple time disconnection not able to use the service earlier it was disconnected for 5 days.. now it is disconnected from last 2 days engineer ritesh give fake hopes of resuming connection. fed up of all this.. worst fiber connection ever.

    @JioCare Have already raised a complaint before its of no use , unsupportive customer support. Very bad experience.

    In night @reliancejio network face speed related issue in my location.I faced this this issue every time when I do office work.I complain many times in @JioCare but they said your problem has been sent higher management but till date this problem is not solved.Frustrated @JioCare
