Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@aayu596 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had taken a postpaid plan and now when I want to disconnect customer representative is taking 7 days to suspend and I am being billed for 7 extra days without fault. Poor service from Jio. #JioNocareforcustomer
