    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    I had raised a service request to get my WiFi fixed on 16th April. The technician was supposed to come at 11 am today. he rescheduled the appointment to 6 pm. Then rescheduled it again to the next day. Highly unprofessional work from the jio team. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I continuosuly facing a low internet speed .(network problem always every within 10-15minutes is so slow) these problem facing many user in this areas . Jio network worse. Please grow up speed and solve the network issue in my area.
