Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare This is the 2nd time service person/technician visited my premises and was unable to resolve the issue. Clearly he has no clue. As per him "it is an issue at the backend and nothing he can do". Will it ever get resolved???

@JioCare I have been waiting for resolution of my query regarding Jio Fiber installation -Order nbr -NO0000LW96YR since yesterday. There is neither any resolution nor any hearing of my plea in Jio. You have kept me stranded. At least have the courtesy to inform the customer about status.
