Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare hi In my jio app there are showing few mobile numbers to link as new numbers issued on my name which I was not purchased. Emailed on jio , written in jiocare personal message, called several times on jio customer care, visited many times to jio store also. Kindly help
