    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare not getting any solution from your side... Jio recharge = waste of money #lackofservice No proper response from senior/junior costumer care executive. No one is ready to register my complaint

    @reliancejio Don't go for international roaming.This is fraud by jio ( My credit limit for my account is 1578.00 Rs and and Jio sent bill amount of 3800 Rs )They are not ready to listen customer 3rd class service by @reliancejio 20-25 min put your call on hold.Use Airtel or VI

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice my internet has not been working for 6 days. There has been no resolution, the technician is not visiting, customer care is not escalating. Worst service !! #Jio5G
