    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare not getting any solution from your side... Jio recharge = waste of money #lackofservice No proper response from senior/junior costumer care executive. No one is ready to register my complaint

    @JioCare Very annoying information, through jio app, text message and before call as well, never like it and have complained several times about; but unfortunately not resolved; because you don't have solution.

    @JioCare Afreen, @reliancejio This is not a definite answer when you say the Engineer will visit soon.There has to be a definite date atleast. Everyone’s time is important and not just Jio’s.The service is already due by 1 day .Pls commit to complete it today being so giant company.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate sir it's quite disappointing that there is a place called 'chaten' where airtel and Bsnl work even vodafoneidea also works but jio network is not available here . Thnks to airtel BSNL and idea who had connected people in such areas also.
