    Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare not getting any solution from your side... Jio recharge = waste of money #lackofservice No proper response from senior/junior costumer care executive. No one is ready to register my complaint

    @reliancejio @JioCare I purchased Jio phone 1 at launced Now condition of my phone is worst So now I want to purchased new jio phone 1 or either repaired Ur service person asking 2500 And store telling u can't use your old jio SIM in New jio phone Now what I I do ?

    @JioCare my mobile internet connection works very slow. Please don't ask my address. Mera address wahi hai. Bas aap apna network thik kar lijiye.😓😤 Thoda to improve karo. Hot star par 10sec video chalta hai aur 20sec buffer hota hai.

    @JioCare It’s been more than month, more than 4-5 SRs and still problem is not resolved. With solving my issue SRs status is changed to Solved. #badservice
