Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

Pathetic service seriously @reliancejio @JioCare , my internet is down since 4 days. I have been trying to call your service number but they always say soon technician will reach out to you today but nothing is happening. I haven’t had this bad experience with any other network.
