Terrible service by JIO ,giving ad on pack but not activating the pack.On calling care denying the activation saying the pack was for another mobile,but i am still confused i haven't used any other mobile for more than year. No proper justification given @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Why Jio service is getting ****** day by day. Complete unstable data speed , ping , often most of the time can't even browse. Last night I have to be on call to get internet speed so I can browse and it's the story of almost all night after 8 or 9 pm.
