@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

I am facing internet issue in Note 9 pro My jio sim works on all other phones but in note 9 pro max it stops for every 10- 15 sec of interval, then i have to airplane mode or data on of then it works for 10 sec and this continues Whoose concern is this @MiIndiaSupport @JioCare

@JioCare I had raised this concern in Chennai and Ahmedabad and Surat from last 2 months but no resolution provided I.had 3 connection all have same problem, I had purchased new Airtel connection and soon do mnp of.otber no to Voda and Airtel
