Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

This incident has left a bad impression on Reliance Jio service. We as customers do not deserve to be treated badly. Reliance has always stood for best customer service. Hope Jiocare team takes a prompt action.

@SherawatPriya @JioCare I was previously using jio only and their service never used to work on my phone because I had purchased the phone from abroad and I contacted customer care and they said nothing can be done after that only I changed to AIRTEL which is again like jio Not working properly
