    Service Request Number SR0000185VPW for JioFiber connection, appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 08-01-2022 : 13:30:00. Is this a joke? Will @JioCare refund me for 1 week of service? Absolutely disgusting and pathetic!!!

    @JioCare Never expected such pathetic service from Jio. My Fiber connection hasn't been working since the past 4 days. Tried raising booking a service request on the app but the technician fails to turn up. Should simply switch to #Airtel, their customer service is miles ahead.
