Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare jio fiber has internet issues in my new installation. Customer care asked to raise service request. After raising, technician closes request immediately many times and never visited. Sales person not picking up the call. So just raised cancellation. Pathetic jio service

@TRAI Just now I called @JioCare for complaint, IVR took 10min to reach the point to connect with advisor then call got disconnected...this happened 3 times consecutively. I am not able to make a call to a phone near to me with network available in both device with #jio sim.

@reliancejio Launching 5G in 100 cities and giving access to it to 100 customers doesn't mean you should brag about it. Your Twitter support, customer care, and some stores everyone has given me unsatisfactory answers for months. It's a shame that you can't solve these little issues.
