    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Even this week, Jio internet has gone down 4–5 times, often for 5–6 hours. I am self employed and depend entirely on the internet. I have delayed client deliveries, received warnings and lost productive working hours because of this. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I requested the ₹2222 (30 Mbps, 4 months) JioAirFiber plan, but the installer activated the ₹2122 (100 Mbps, 3 months) plan instead. I reported it immediately, but the local office refused to help, saying the plan is already activated. Please review and help.

    @JioCare I raised a service request in the morning and was assured that someone would visit. However, when I called customer care again, the IVR now says the issue will be resolved only by 4th August—almost 4 days later. @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS GIVING A TYPED REPLY,TRY TO READ, STUDY AND UNDERSTAND MY ISSUE AND THEN REPLY ACCORDINGLY. I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR INFORMATION OF MY CURRENT PLAN. ASKING A DEBIT OF RS 3599 ON 17/09/2025 AS SHOWN IN MY CREDIT CARD STATMENT BUT NOT FINDING IN RECHARGE MY DEVICES
