Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare Finally STB replaced at last. Pls note that it was done after vigorous follow up only. So u hv done nothing new or extra ordinary. I was about to cancel my jio connection. Next time please don't take ur customers for granted.
