@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare I am constantly replying you over DM but still we are running in loop. Issue is my money got deducted and I received no Order reference number as reliance server was down. All screenshots are attached. Try n reach the executive who did this and refund my money asap.

@geekyranjit @reliancejio @JioCare Never ever go for jio fiber The agent who came to install it , informed us that 1500 rs which we will be paying as a security amount will be refunded when we will discontinue the services He did not mentioned that this 1500 rs will be refunded only if you (1/2)
