    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @reliancejio we've made 20 odd calls to your customer care about relocation of our JioFibre. We've had 6+ postponements for the same, the latest one being scheduled at 7pm today. We want this resolved by today. This is terrible service and has been an unnecessary nuisance.

    @reliancejio Hopeless Pathetic. Never expected from Jio. Even after taking fresh connection after 2 weeks the issue of feeding GSTINNo has not been resolved. What type of timelines do you take to resolve issues. Never never take new Jio Connection. You will be highly disappointed

    @JioCare There is severe delinquency in providing the requisite service and committed service by your Jio Fiber team at Delhi Pitampura, its been 10 days or more of not providing service or attention at your twitter handle as well.
