@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare @Micromax__India THANK YOU. JIO person visited today. Seems my problem is unique. I am going to micromax service center to get it checked. JIO frequency is not supported as of now my in 2b device.
