    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber benefits issue reported on July 3 is STILL unresolved. I accidentally selected the wrong benefit and requested a reset to โ€œFull Value Back Vouchers.โ€ It has now been 60+ days with no resolution despite repeated assurances.

    .@reliancejio I received this SMS saying an eSIM upgrade request for my Jio number could not be initiated because my email ID isnโ€™t registered. The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: โ€œYour eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.โ€

    How low your service has gone over the years, i have submitted the old router, 1200โ‚น relocation charge and still not a single communication from the engineer or any tracking number to track the update.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by โ€œnext few daysโ€
