    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare My Jio fiber has been suspended. I got an email that there has been a request to stop the jio fiber. I never placed any request. Now your customer executive says someone will pick up the device and i will have to apply for a new device. What kind of harassment is this?

    @reliancejio @JioCare - I am struggling with jio fibre for last two weeks. Spoke to your customer care and logged service request. I was told technician will visit and resolve the problem. Today I noticed that service request was closed saying issue resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I port out my sim from vi to jio but after it am regretting bcoz net is too slow even i am unable to use my 50 %data of daily limit.If i google somthing it shows please check your network connection.And now i can't port out again till 3 month
