    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Dear @JioCare/@reliancejio : Are you saying that after over two weeks of back-and-forth with countless exchanges, you still donโ€™t have access to something as elementary as the customerโ€™s mobile number? What ridiculousness is this? All youโ€™ve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. Itโ€™s frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has now been 4 days, and the technical engineer has still not visited to resolve the issue. This delay is causing significant inconvenience. Please arrange technician to visit and resolve the issue at the earliest.

    31st August is here and @JioCare has gone completely ghost. No calls, no relocation, and you let my advance-paid connection expire without 15+ days of service. Absolute looting of customers. Cancel this connection and process my full REFUND immediately! @reliancejio @TRAI
