@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@JioCare That's a reply, but give me a time by which the services would be restored. The children have online classes tomorrow, and tests in those classes. I will have to arrange for another internet connection if jio remains down. Please provide some timeframe for the rectification.
