  @JioCare Really frustrated with your service. Been over a week since I placed an STB request. Apparently the service request was opened and due to a backend issue the work order was not created. A senior advisor promised immediate resolution but so far nothing has happened.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Last night before posting this I had a call with 1 of your excutive to raise a complaint, had a full long connect to explain my issues and raise a service request for the isaue I have been facing sine plan upgrade but yet I havent recieved any service request number.
