    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare Kindly install multiple C6 devices in our area and rectify this network issue permanently. Otherwise, please convert my Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fixed Line Fiber connection, which will be more useful and stable for me. I prefer to continue with Jio service, (3/4)

    I raised the complaint yesterday. If your customer support team had taken it seriously, this would have been resolved by now. Who is responsible? I had to recharge a mobile data pack yesterday,how will you reimburse the money? @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare I have recharged with โ‚น899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps

    Dear @JioCare , I raised an SR 3 days ago but no one has visited yet. Customer support is also not helping with any proper update. Is this the kind of service customers should expect? Do I need to disconnect the connection now?

    Hi @JioCare I want to cancel my subscription of Jio AirFiber, pls let me know how can o cancel as all of your communication channels are non functional and operating on automated chats and calls. this is too frustrating for me after paying bills and unable to use services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @Pluxee_india My jio app says 0 convenience fees but charged 821.16 for a 799 plan. Why should I even use a network and telecommunication card if I have to pay extra amount every time.

    @JioCare Itโ€™s been 4 days since I completed selfโ€‘KYC and opted for SIM delivery. Now the delivery agent says he canโ€™t deliver just because I did selfโ€‘KYC. This is unacceptable. Chat support isnโ€™t helping either.

    It's Been 3 Years , Listening same thing from @reliancejio That they are working in my Area and Network will be Fix without 2 month. Because of Heavy rains and storm the Network connection lost completely in my Area , Baishakhwa , 845307. Fix it Asap @JioCare
