    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid โ‚น2824.92 for JioFiber (Order NO0001CYUA3W), no installation done, cancelled on 20 April. Multiple SRs (SR000034M6EP, SR000033W031), still no refund. Your team promised 24-hour resolution but nothing happened. Extremely poor service. Resolve immediately

    @JioCare Engineers have already visited multiple times fyi. But they are unable to find one proper fix. They keep saying that the internet is working after some random fixes but it is back to normal after sometime. They are only putting focus on closing tickets
