Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare @JioCare Since for the past 1 year I am reaching out to the Jio agent to get service at my location. But at the time when I call they rly to me that there are going to raise the ticket on my concern. but for the past 1 yr there is no type of solution from @reliancejio end.
