    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @JioCare We have already talked to the technician, but they say that your box has the problem and they are handled bya diff team. But we're yet to have the solution from past 3 days.

    Jio Fiber has the worst customer support. Wifi is down for 3 days. Engineer won't answer his phone. And customer care won't connect to agent. @JioCare sucks too.
