The local team handling complaints is extrely inefficient and unresponsive. Please review ad replace the staff responsible for this area if necessary.

Yash (@Yash16111993) reported@JioCare You only schedule these no one shows up, in past 3 days i have received such useless scheduling done Atleast 4 times. Excused made by you people - wasn’t allowed to enter, only handles jiofiber and not airfiber, tower is down, so home visit is useless .
