    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India Still no resolution. Yesterday night engg came and fixed issue but after some time again broadband is not working.customer care again raised new SR SR00001CKFTY and they scheduled appointment after 3 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio at the time of new jiofibre connection it was promised to fix any issue in 4 hours. I complained twice around 8.30pm and in both cases the time was scheduled at afternoon around 4pm. Why do u guys false promise? Am I paying for this **** customer service
