    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare Hi Neha, 2 urgent issues: 1. JioHome (91253796177): Double paid (โ‚น4,240). Refund extra โ‚น2,120 immediately. 2. AirFiber (LR000019LFNR): Shows 'Activated' but NO installation done. Plus, you took extra โ‚น1,200 for zero work!

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am facing a huge network issue. The network signal is available, but whenever someone tries to call me, my number shows โ€œnot reachable.โ€ After some time, I receive only the missed call SMS notification. This problem is happening repeatedly and
