Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

@reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

@JioCare There is no action whatsoever on requestSR000017BYA7. TAT is almost over. @AnantAmbani1 Sir product is awesome but customer service bus still way behind. I have faced issues earlier as well
