    Very very poor internet speed on @reliancejio network in rampura (deodar) village and very bad response from customer car executives. 2G internet is better than reliance 4g.

    @reliancejio Do something about this Jio customer service rings in @JioCare for an hour. There is also some time to put on hold. If you have to delay so much to talk to the care, then there is doubt about how the service will be provided? If u really want to solve are problems ?

    @JioCare @rahulyadav_5 I've never experienced poorer customer service. All they will do is give a copy and paste response, ask you to go to the DM and then go into silent and no response mode. Strangely their app allows everything but you cannot raise a complaint ticket.

    I have complaint so many time on jio customer care for very poor network at my home . My all 10 family member using jio network. If this time jio couldn't solve network problem we will switch to other network. @JioCare @reliancejio Facing problem about last 6 months

    @JioCare I have a jio fiber connection and is down from many days even after contacting your jio care there is no response . while i connected a local person working for jio fiber he was so angry he said it might take more than 10 days. is this your so called service ???

    @JioCare @AshwaniPaliwal9 Its waste of time for you. Jio network has become worst now a days. Better we switch to others. I also fed up with jio. Raised many complaints on network issues. But no action has been taken till now. #JioWorstService

    We have 3 small cells installed in our premises. Even then there is ZERO network coverage. Multiple calls to the nearest JC have been ignored. I am available at 9873921451 @JioCare @reliancejio
