    @reliancejio @JioMart @RelianceDigital I ordered one car charger but that is not working and have shared the asked documents images and video as well but still my order was not picked up and did not get a refund. I have been following up since a week but still not resolution.

    What's the problem with you @reliancejio ? Have I done any crime accepting jio!!? Every time there is a "SERVICE INTERRUPTION" with JioFiber! This is not at all accepted during the start of the week and that too for the whole day and this happens every 15 days of a month.

    @JioCare @reliancejio started internet serv wth big promises but aren't able to deliver. Jio fiber not working for last 4 days, no one cares. Time to explore @airtelindia. Multiple calls to CC, visits by Serv Er. Paid in advance, no refund, no care #dumpjio

    @reliancejio @JioCare 25+ mins of call on hold still no one answered the customer care call on 199.. and to top that the waiting music is absolutely jarring to the ears. terrible customer service.
