    @JioCare In my home 3 4g handset, we all are facing slow internet speed. From last 2 year complaint against slow internet speed, still not resolved my issue. I'll port out my all jio sim. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare One of my Service request number is SR000013bd18 CO000097TV1R The device was picked from my house on 3rd Dec and I started following up after 10 days as I did not hear back from you, since then I have been continuously following up and everytime a new service request is raised

    @JioCare Jiofiber is the worst sp. Alll r enjoying wfh leaving customer in pain. Has to do multiple follow ups and nobody will call u back to provide any resolution. They close the service request to fulfill their SLA by writing absurd comments and there is no review process established
