    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Almost a year and not even a 1 % improvement in the network of Jio, In last one year multiple complains and in return only false promises nothing else

    @JioCare Your help n service requires an update, get this settled. If you r working I want positive results n a commitment with time frame. Not always same we r working. It seems mining ⛏ for diamond in coal mine.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing calling issue for past 15 days, every now and then call disconnects in between the conversation also sometimes as soon as other person picked up the call it got disconnected, please help to resolve on priority @TRAI please look into it.

    @JioCare My dear friend @JioCare yet again you're just copy pasting template answers. I've been getting rescheduling emails and calls almost every damn day. Again I've got an email for tomorrow 10am. So is it the final time and you're guaranteeing that it will be done tomorrow at 10am?

    @JioCare Please cancel the Jio fiber request NO0000J1PZ63 and refund 2825 rs. Your engineer were unable to install at my home and due to your pathetic service during installation I want to cancel the request and want my money back. Already sent DM.

    @JioCare @reliancejio fiber - 2.4hz not working since 3 days, fedup of complaining, the executive who visited says cant change router, dont have permission! Are we idiots paying you in advance for 3 months ? No wifi !!
