Facing internet issue with jio fiber since Tuesday, raised the complaints but closed without solving it. Got the call from service guy, saying coming in half an hour which never come, when tried to reach , neither pick the call nor giving the callback. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I had informed twice on calls to #JioCustomerCare that I got multiple sms about opting for emergency data loan, when I didn't opt. But no action was taken. Today I had to pay for 5 data loans which I didn't even take. Give me an explanation and my money back
