    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I am using jio fibre for last 2 years. 2 months ago a jio team visited my house and asked to get postpaid jio fibre installed with 6 months plan I told them I will be relocating to another city.they said no problem.

    @JioCare Dear Neelam@jiocare, does any deadlines or tat is followed at your customer care ? it is more 10 days now ,even i contacted Chintamani Joshi head sales of my area 5 days back,but no solution given. it is completely cheating with us .it's shameful and very phatetc.

    @JioCare Your UPI transaction of Rs. 376.66 with reference number 223824572281 done on 26 Aug 2022 is not reflecting in the account. Tried customer care also on 198. No help provided. kindly look into it

    @TRAI i m sending msg from my @reliancejio nmbr, rply frm 1900 is "UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured.Please contact your service provider." try to connect @JioCare they don't knw about it.wondring now in india jio is everything as they wnt they can do

    @reliancejio @JioCare SR00001DLXGH WIFI Router range is very low and technical person Mr Hitesh and Meet (senior technical person) also confirmed but no resolution provided. They want me to purchase extension. Could not believe that router range not cover small area.

    @JioCare Hi Priyanka, this is testing patience of your customer. @reliancejio can’t manage a simple set top box pickup in bloody 4mnths. This is absolutely ridiculous. What the hell your local executive do over here. Unfortunately I have to take legal action if you do not get it picked up
