@reliancejio When will the new network tower get installed in my location co-ordinates provided to u for these Service Request Number active from the year 2018 SR000011NE4L, SR000011YGXC, SR000013QACK, SR0000134ULL, SR000013Q0YD and SR000013T4R8 Problem and work going on since 2018?

@JioCare Order number NO0000GZ7DEI. @reliancejio fibre Installation still incomplete.Your engineer told sir there is problem with pole itself someone will come tommorw.That tommorw is now 3 days no one turned up. Money you took,3 days of my validity also counted. Amazing service.

@JioCare I'm having the worst possible 4g internet speed. Most of the time I get the speed less than 50kbps. And I'm getting full signal strength as done troubleshoot on Myjio app. Please Help if possible

@JioCare It's a false statement because if it was working fine then I would have not got an option to raise such service request numbers since 2018 to 2021, 4 years, im making this complaint using a different service providers 3g internet which is better than @reliancejio in my area .

@JioCare @reliancejio What nonsense is this? Ported in to jio from airtel. Network of both providers gone. Not yet completely ported but airtel network gone. @JioCare very poor.
