    @JioCare From the date of the successful installation in your system we are unable to use the services. Technical hasn't informed us as well. 2 days have been lost already without the usage of service. I need my date of activation on service resume date

    @JioCare @JioCare I’ve already shared details multiple times. Issue: poor indoor coverage, slow 4G, unstable 5G at (24.824081, 88.025814). Calls break often. Raised multiple SRs but no fix yet. Please check history & resolve instead of asking same details again.

    @JioCare There is no temporary issues , its a permanent issue. Replace drop cable . And dont send the same person . Still from 3 days there is no internet.

    @JioCare @JioCare i have already lost trust in Jio customer service. It’s been a year of struggling and calling, but my issue is still not resolve Request ID: LR00000GR73FOrder ID: NO0001441JTA This has caused me trauma and frustration. I am switching to another network. @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    Disappointed with Jio. Applied for port-in from Airtel on 18 April, completed KYC online, paid ₹349 recharge, but SIM still not delivered. Delivery guys number is fake/unreachable. UPC is valid till 22 April. Please resolve urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio horrible experience.
