    I am using Vivo x60 pro 5g but iam unable to use jio 5g on my smartphone, I have selected the preferred network to 5g and all settings are ok but still I can't use 5g in my phone , i have also a t1 pro 5g which is working 5g but x60 pro no 5g @Vivo_India @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio all of a sudden I can't access lot of websites on my Jio fiber including yahoomail, etc. Looks like they are getting blocked by jio network. Can you please ask someone to urgently support this.

    @JioCare Worst service ever. BSNL was better I think - At least you can make ISD calls. Tried to call 10 times to your Customer Care, no resolution. Not able to make ISD calls even after additional plan. I think it’s time to port out.

    @JioCare JioFiber never disappoints in making me feel what living under surveillance would feel like :) Why do they keep having these issues where access to a number is websites is instantly dropped off for some time. Can't connect to internet over laptop but can with phone.
