    @jio_fiber @JioCare getting frequent low internet speed issues, being addressed at backend then runs fine for a month or so and again same issue! This time i couldn’t even get a SR logged! The customer care just hungup my call! I would have to look for alternative then😡

    @JioCare All requested details have been shared via DM. Kindly investigate the interaction with Advisor Ishant and provide either the promised 2 month validity or a refund. Looking forward to an early resolution.

    @JioCare If the refund is not credited and the issue is not resolved within the next 2 days, I will file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and consumer grievance forums, along with all supporting evidence. Kindly treat this matter seriously and provide a final resolution.

    Does anyone ever say, "Our team is unaware & not working to restore services"? The point is, your team only knows what’s on the MyJio app! Such useless staff should be fired. They don't even have the basic decency to address customers as 'Sir' or with respect! @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio This is unacceptable. I paid ₹1,200 for a RELOCATION and after the request my phone went dead — no calls, no texts, zero service. No engineer, no updates, nothing. You’ve taken my money and given me silence.

    The persistent network issues of @JioCare in thuroo continue to inconvenience residents. Despite repeated requests & years of suffering due to poor connectivity,the problem remains unresolved. If immediate steps are not taken, many users are prepared to port out of the network.

    @JioCare Worst network service. Not even getting stable 2G-level connectivity in my area. Every time I complain, your team asks me to DM details, but nobody replies there either. Please resolve the issue instead of sending automated responses. #jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare That does not help. It says my booking has been rescheduled to a later date. why was I charged earlier then if you could not provide with the connection?
