    @JioCare Despite raising multiple complaints regarding poor network issue in my area, there is no positive response from you. There is no way the service can be further used when the network strength is just 1 bar since the last 2 days. Earlier network remain shut for around 4hrs

    Dear @JioCare, I am not all happy with the STB remote control. It is unresponsive at times, and a battery guzzler. Besides there are other app related issues with the STB itself, which I’ve DMed you yesterday.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what is this? I lost my sim card 1 week back and from that day to till today I am struggling to activate my sim card. I visited more than 10 jio store but not getting resolution only excusses. I tried to contact customer support also they have no answer.
