    @TanaysinghT Was using @JioCare 5G , but it’s pathetic in terms of calling. Call drops, missed calls are very often. Being my primary number I went back in settings and started using LTE only. These network providers need to work on this. Only speed doesn’t reflects in satisfaction.

    @Ravisutanjani No doubt, @reliancejio have upper hand in terms of technology adoption and implementation, but what about customer support? I raises my issue in all possible ways(Call, Email, DM and Tweet) and got only bot replies from @JioCare

    @JioCare Don't you think there is something wrong with your service quality itself compared to your pear company. If your focus is just to take the money and then keep delaying to provide the service, then in the long run, you will not be in the game, especially with Indian consumers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio care for showing only on media that they care for customer will tweet and after they will never address the problem faced by them... I have sent the details they asked 5 hrs ago but there is no one to see and do something about it.
