    @JioCare Village - sohrai , mohhidinpur , rahika, nr by pandaul, madhubani, bihar. Pincode - 847234. This is the 100th time complaint since last 5 year's. But no solution.

    Please rest of the companies do something to get us out of this trouble plzzz. Till then my only request to @reliancejio is at least you can try to expedite my issue I will face losses and if that happens you @reliancejio will be solely responsible for it .

    i am facing issue from last one week @JioCare is not resolved my issue till know . What we understand , you neglect customer comfort in any follwing steps for resolveing the issue. its not correct. @ImAtulKansal sir , in your mangement ,customer care is not working ?pls Focus?

    @JioCare , I had chosen a Prepaid fiber connection, and now it has been automatically converted to Postpaid, and now I am not being allowed to convert it to Prepaid again. Please help ASAP
