    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

    @JioCare It's 5 days now. No wifi connection. Jio is supposed to be the largest in this field and it's getting trouble from local cable operators and still can't restore it's lines? This is surprising.

After weeks of grievances and follow-ups, what exactly is the issue now? This repeated uncertainty and false assurances are mentally exhausting. I need a clear installation status TODAY

    @JioCare Still awaiting action. No one has reached out for support yet. I've sent a 48 hours notice to get this done or I'll be forced to raise a chargeback on my credit card. I've tried everything that was possible to get support.

    @blazikenaravind That's nothing new. They always have service issues. I got fed up with it a long time ago when I was in UK so I switched to @JioCare Since then, the network has been flawless on IR

    @JioCare While I've had to report several issues with my internet service recently, I want to give credit where it's due: when it is working, the connection is absolutely amazing.
