@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

@JioCare one of the worst services provider. I paid for 6 month advance rental for Jio fibre upto 21 march then also these people generated billing from Feb to march. On raising the issue through DM and Jio care email id- no proper response, now stopped the connection. Worst

@JioCare @I_Sushanth16 When you buy healthcare or mediclaim policy, claim settlement ratio is key performance indicator and we check that. Similar to it, before buying broadband and connectivity service, check post installation services, customer support and most important, ethics of company. Jio 👎👎

@JioCare You don't have ethics, neither you have capacity to understand customer requirements. Your software systems and customer management systems are of no use. I was lucky to use your services juse under trail period, and got experience, you stole security deposit.
