    @JioCare yesterday engineer visited, internet was working fine. Again in the morning same issue facing, someone removes the main connection from the box which engineer told me.. why m paying then to @reliancejio if you don't have box to fix it.. refund the amount #jiofiber

    @airtelindia I had activated 2 mnths of IR for 2.5k per month and the bill now is more than 20k. I am planning to migrate from postpaid to prepaid but these store, cx care guys have no idea and can't help me. Hope @reliancejio ll take over airtel who is good at daylight robbery.

    @JioCare I just want a deadline which is respected and your customer support to take some responsibility here. We all are working from and you have to understand that an outage of 16 hour is not acceptable.

    @JioCare I did not receive any resolution on the service request raised. Now the TAT by which resolution is to be provided is also over. Kindly do the needful ASAP.
