    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Frustrated with JioFiber @300MBPS. Engineers keep rescheduling visits without our consent, and later just close the call as if the issue is resolved. Speedtest shows 300 Mbps, but in reality it’s buffering nonstop with poor reception. #JioFiber #TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Why did you guys remove human from the customer care when all the chat bots are useless? I have been facing no internet issue in my air fibre , tried to contact customer care but no one actually understands the problem and chat bot kep sending draft

    @JioCare SR000034JV8B pending for 2 days. Jio fiber not working Called support 10+ times today—same response: “no engineer available, no confirmed visit.” Status shows “home visit scheduled” but no one assigned. This is unacceptable, pathetic service @reliancejio @reliancegroup
