    No resolution even after 3 months! Standard reply in DM every week that have patience team is looking into the issue. No TAT for customer issue resolution @reliancejio @JioCare

    One side i did repair out of my pocket as it was blocking the front of my neighbour's house. What a pathetic service. Didn't expect this from @reliancejio Also recommended one friend to get JioFiber and he was promised connection active one month ago. Jio team has laid wires
