    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

    @JioCare For small installation it takes 25 days and u wanna me to believe u guys again? I need the connection by 30th if not cancel the request and pay me back my money with compensation.I have offers from your competitors and they will do with in one day comparing to you

    @JioCare I've been struggling with this worst network for a quite a while, more like years. numerous calls, numerous complaints but not a single improvement. Terrible network coverage, terrible network stability. Even after countless tries, they are proving to be the worst.

    @airtelindia I am talking about broadband I ha e been told that the Fibre connection is not working due to no network and tower issue. Which is quite absurd I mean its South delhi & an area like CR park @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I lost my phone along with my Jio SIM 2 months ago. I have visited the Service Center in Nagpur multiple times to get a replacement SIM, but the staff has failed to resolve my issue and activate it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please help!

    @reliancejio @JioCare support responsiveness. How long are customers supposed to tolerate this negligence? If you can charge on time, then provide proper service too. This is not customer support, this is harassment of paying users. Fix this immediately. #JioFiber #WorstService
