@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

@JioCare Raised a issue on 11th Nov Forwarded to appellate authority as well as grievance officer also. All are saying that issue is escalated to higher team. Can anyone solve this problem? You guys are a very good example of bad service.

@JioCare Applied for new fiber connection NO0000FR77AU, on 27th Nov 2020, keep getting mails about installation visit but no one comes. Have also called support number twice and got two service nos SR0000135V6H, SR00001392S4 still nothing. Will I get the connection, YES or NO.

@JioCare I have slow internet speed problem and sometimes if someone calls me it shows them phone number invalid or sometimes it do not ring at all even I am having full tower . If I replace my Jio sim from store will the problem be resolved?
