    @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber Account Number 2235583087. There is always outage of services twice every week for long hours. Not sure what is the issue. We havent paid so much to face such frequent outages. If this continues, we will have to discontinue JioFiber really..

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to make voice calls. Has complained several times but issue still persists. Customer care is proving very disappointing and useless. I am feeling cheated. I will go to consumer court if issue not resolved in three days.

    In my previous society I had @reliancejio broadband, it was far simpler and would get all ott without unnecessary complications. here even the dedicated customer service guy for this society doesn’t show up if u need help.

    @JioCare I have placed jion fiber connection on 3rd March 2023 and it was cancelled by jio representative due to technical issues. I paid 4240rs and still I didn’t get my refund. Please help to get my refund.

    My number was disabled due to Re-verification beacuse i update my adhar and this number are very important for me! Jio helpline and jio care are saying that your number will never start again! So tell me @JioCare @reliancejio this is fair for user?
