    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network speed seems pathetic in my location, already logged complaint in your app 8-9 days ago but still nobody called me or resolved my complaint, thinking of switching to @reliancejio after this lockdown gets over.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Team,We are facing a serious network issue in Sisaiyan village, District Budaun, U.P Here, the network is only available when there is electricity. As soon as the power goes off, the network and calls completely stop. Pincode 243725

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.

    Why is Jio network so slow these days? Full signal but internet speed feels like 2G. Fix the network issues instead of just increasing recharge prices. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no action and I get reminders to pay the bill for a service which I havent used for past one month. Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

    Jio fiber is worst @JioCare @reliancejio they're not resolving the issue. 4days no internet worst customer support. Customer care number also not responding just IVR only announcing totally crap SR000036LX39. Moving to @airtelindia fiber next month. Worst customer service

    @JioCare . My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t . your team think its mobile network problem but its air fibre

    @JioCare received confirmation message & a call from technician. he asked for OTP without visiting my place for closure of call. told him to visit first & address the fault, but he was only interested in OTP. similar incident faced in past too. poor on ground implementation.

    When is the resolution planned? Or else plz disconnect will take other supplier airtel which is much more reliable than you guys @reliancejio @JioCare
