    @JioCare Same repeat of messages since last 5 days. What request have you taken, who did what action on that request. What's the use of this twitter handle if you just keep repeating same things. If this is the best you are doing, your best is way below the worst of other ISPs. Horrible.

    @JioCare All the issues you have mentioned below We wouldn't want to see you part ways with us. Please DM your Jio number, alternate number and the exact issue you are facing with internet (buffering issue, speed issues, webpage not found, connection timed out, etc.)

    @JioCare Thanks for quick response, but i got a call on this Service request that we are not sure how long it will take for OTB, it is under construction, please let me know the ETA, and speak to the Agent to resolve this, he is not even picking the phone, i am feeling like cheated.
