Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare @reliancejio Our internet connection is lost due to a wire damage. I called to customer support and they said it can be done on tomorrow as everyone left for the day. I can totally understand as it's a holiday but isn't there any provision for an exceptional situation?
