    Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

    I rarely take to Twitter for this, but @reliancejio leaves you no option. If you are going for a @JioCare wifi connection at your home, pls walk into it with open eyes. It has NON-EXISTENT after-sale services. Been waiting for 3 days since the first complaint but in vain.

    @airtelindia Have to say, this is the worst customer experience I have received. The broadband service is so poor. I’ve logged my 15th complaint in 8 months. These people resolve the complaints on their own with no solution. The only option for me now is to shift to @reliancejio
