Not sure why @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is charging for Its Services as there is actually no Coverage (0 Network bars) from past two weeks over here. I think it's the right time to port out accounts accross family, friends and society to @JioCare @reliancejio or @VodafoneIN

@JioCare why i am unable to access hotstar premium subscription in 999 prepaid fiber plan, till yesterday i was able to see premium content. Hotstar is showing plan expired on 28th where as my existing fiber plan is active till 30th. Need help on this !!!

Switched from @airtelindia dsl, landline and dth servicestoo @reliancejio services. You guys took a long time loyal customer for granted. I made a request to convert my existing services to @Airtel black but your sales and support messed up, took more than three days to fail.

@JioCare @TRAI No resolution provided SR No. SR00001IPCDV. Simply the request was closed without resolution. What kind of pathetic service is this? It has been more than a month since when I raised this issue. Don't give me lame excuse of technical glitches. Open this ticket & resolve my issue
