    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fibre had some wire cut issues now whenever jio's engineer visit they give me same excuse that connection with the wire is more than 80meters and they wont be able to fix my wire of the connection. Please help me! I am from Dehradun.

    @JioCare You are rescheduling it everyday. These days twice a day. Now I don't trust @reliancegroup. Kindly pick up today on priority basis. Doesn't company with 1 trillion networth has 1 engineer. Pick it up today on emergency.

    @JioCare How technical is the reason that it cannot be made transparent to customers who have paid you for the service? Am not boasting, i am technical enough to understand. Please lay it out and provide a confirmed timeframe by when the issue will be fixed. It's been 48hrs + already.
