  @JioCare @JioCare I already shared proof all previous bills were paid on time. If any dues existed, they should have appeared in the next bill as outstanding in previous statement as well. But this is not the case. Please escalate my complaint with the SR/reference immediately.

  @mahadikrahul @JioCare @GoogleIndia Yeah, that loop is annoying. Try clearing your Play Store cache and then redeeming again through the Jio app. If that fails, Google One chat support can reset it manually. Good luck!

  The internet connection is extremely poor and unacceptable. Despite calling customer support multiple times,there has been no proper response. This same issue keeps recurring every 10–15 days, and it's very frustrating.Pls resolve it permanently @JioCare @JioFinance1 @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @JioCare Why should I choose you and pay for recharge if service is not delivered?Even after numerous complaints there is no significant improvement in the network and internet. 5G is a myth, it's working like 2G! No permanent and quick solutions and frustrating AI!

  @JioCare Being one of the largest network provider of Internet connectivity you are unable to provide timely resolution. Thats same on @reliancejio . You can’t recruit enough personnel to get my issue resolved. Its very much disheartening for Make In India Campaign @PMOIndia
