    Thank you @reliancejio @JioCare for harassing customers by not addressing issues. After fighting with you from past 3 years decided to reach consumer forum Your Grievance has been successfully lodged and your docket number 9800193 To know the status of Grievance.

    @JioCare Seriously? How many more details do you need? I've already shared everything you've asked for. Stop asking for new details one by one and start fixing the actual problem. We've been suffering from poor network for the last 5 years. Enough of the delaysprovide a permanent solution

    @JioCare How many years will you take to resolve this issue? 2 days have passed, there is no internet and your technician assigned says he is out of station. Your area manager Surya says lies. Doesnot pick up calls. Such a irresponsible and horrible support

    From last 7 days internet stop working at night time (7 pm - 11 am) and now it's been 3 days my net is not working completely engineer's come n go but not able to resolve the problem only they say main line power problem another team will come to handle it. Service 0/10 @JioCare
