    @reliancejio Don't you have money to run the generator? Whereas they also take money from the customers. As soon as the power goes off, your network gets destroyed. Bad performance.

    @JioCare It has been 4 days and still no resolution. I already shared my details via DM as requested, but there has been no proper response or update. This delay is unacceptable. Either fix this issue immediately or take your WiFi back from here.

    Worst network coverage of @reliancejio even after switching from 4G to 5G. But seems like "नहीं जी". These companies are just extorting money; Call quality worst, Network coverage worst, Internet coverage worst. Overall pathetic. Just looting us.

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet speed is very slow, and our LG TV is not connecting to WiFi. This issue has happened before and was temporarily fixed after a router replacement. It keeps repeating every 6–7 months. Please arrange a technician visit and resolve this permanently.

    @JioCare Why am I facing this problem every day because it is called a temporary issue? Why am I facing this problem at a particular time? Kindly send a proper engineer from Jalpaiguri. Please make arrangements, otherwise I will be forced to reach far away.

    @JioCare I made a recharge of ₹3599 on 18 April 2026 via Jio Wallet, but the recharge is not reflected on my Airtel number. Payment is successful but recharge not done yet. Transaction ID: 801321491140 Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
