@airtelindia why are you fraud to your customer? I have purchased 499 postpaid plan in may 2023 whixh have amazon prime and hotstar but its limited time offer but executive said this is for lifetime, why i pay this amount? Where @reliancejio give 240/month for same calls n net

Have you laid off all your customer care employees @reliancejio ?@JioCare dont make the call process so automated that people start abstaining from availing your services . Your custoner care services were already ineffective , now they have become drastically poor !
