    @JioCare @jio_fiber Very disappointing service from @JioCare. Multiple engineer visits got rescheduled, promised resolution date (18th May) has already passed, and the issue is still unresolved on 19th May. Constant follow-ups, tweets, and complaints -but no actual resolution.

    @JioCare Sorry. It was pure harassment from your customer care and the local team. I switched over to Airtel who installed the connection within 24 hours. Already raised JioFiber cancellation request.

    @reliancejio @JioCare To top this inconveniences, I have received an automated message from Jio stating that I want to cancel the order. If I wanted to cancel, I would not have used this platform for my grievance. I receive daily message stating it will be delivered but nothing

    7th day with no resolution. I again called field engineer today, he transferred the call to his senior. He said our team is coming in an hour. Guess what!!! No body turned up.. @JioCare @reliancejio you guys are a big joke!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio representative GIRI HARIVANSH has taken jio broadband order on 18th May 11:50 AM and committed to install between 12 noon to 6 PM on 18th May. Till time no install is done. He is not taking calls from yesterday. Very disappointed with this service

    @JioCare Hello Akshay, I have JioAirFiber connection which comes with Hotstar Subscription. But still hotstar is not coming in my mobile. I don't know whether my english is stupid or you guys are stupid.

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 20 days since my JioFiber relocation request was raised, yet there is still no resolution. Extremely disappointing service and repeated delays. Please process a full refund of two payments made along with compensation charges for the inconvenience caused.
