    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare I want to say this very clearly I don't know what the issue is and if you keep saying everything is fine in the backend it is not here in person. You will need to send someone who can physically check the router adaptor and modem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare STB Installation was Due at 10 AM on 10Aug but the same has been rescheduled by local service centre on its own. More than 10 complaints made on customer care but no solution now it has been rescheduled for 12Aug. Do u want to install or not kindly respond?

    @JioCare @reliancejio, we are experiencing network issues in Thane. There are no calls, no internet, and even when a network is available, voice quality is poor and internet speeds are slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am really not happy with your service why technician saying company not telling beyond 50 meter cable connection not fix. If you are not capable to provide service then refund my 4 month amount then I will drop my connection. #waste #customerservicefail
