    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare I had booked an order for Jio Fiber Installation in Patna, Bihar (Pincode: 800 016) on 27 February 2021. No installation has been done till now. Payment was also done on 27 February itself. Order I'd is NO0000GM8UB1. Please revert otherwise I will have to cancel the order.

    @JioCare 4th day, no resolution, 4 executives 4 questions, no resolution yet Connection and money collections happens at fingertips like, not thr transfers surrender and refund? Customers are forced to go round and round with IVR, digital mail, with all door closed for cancellation?

    @JioCare Don't thank people just provide them proper services. Users have to wait till mid night so that they can use internet coz during whole day internet is just for name. Even lowest quality videos are buffering. So if jio really want to thank people then it has to improve its service
