    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare My complaint number is SR00001ER2KJ. It has been 4 days now and it is open. I have made multiple failed attempts to connect with customer care. Everytime I get the same response of getting back to you and rescheduling of the engineer. I am really disappointed

    @JioCare got a new Jio fiber connection yesterday and the service engineer asked me to pay 1100 to him personally and I denied paying him. so he has cut the internet connection. I called customer care Multiple times since yesterday, but still no response. How terrible is this…

    @JioCare i am tired of paying my fibre bill on time. Whole month net doesn't works. Have complained but same problem comes every time. I have paid more and used less of net because of no internet. Should I close my service? My mobile data is used more then jio fibre.

    @JioCare Why should I recharge with Jio when I am not able to use internet the whole month. Why don't I get a refund when I am not able to do so just because of your problem. When I contact jio support they say internet connection in my area is good, but too many users are active

    @reliancejio How can one celebrate when jio subsidiaries such as jiomart and ajio are unable to deleiver the products to customer at the right time and instead staeted cancelling them very bad and worst services
