    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio People are doing fraudulent by using the name of Jio. My Mom in Bihar received a call by an unknown Number and she was being offered Hero Scooty, Hero Glamour bike n a Smart TV only because she is a customer of #Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I booked the Jio Fiber on 25th May till then my 3 slots of engineer visit got lapsed as no engineer visited I raised service request no even which is not resolved within 24 hrs . Now I am forced to cancel the connection request. If not done within today

    @JioCare I have been complaining for last 15 hours in jio care as I am internet is down and red light is blinking on my jio fibre router for last 15 hours. Every representative is telling me to wait for another 2 hours. I am disappointed. Please help 🙏

    @JioCare i already applied for termination of fiber trail offer via watsapp ( only response that our ex will connect you no call received) / and via email but no response only received a sms via cc still it is unable to track. Pls help and take back and refund my money

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hello team, I am facing the issue on my jio no from yesterday.. Data got deducted instantly. I am doing WFH and using my jio no on Jiofi device. Issue: 1.5 GB deducted instantly, then I have recharged 21 plan which contains 2 GB that also gone in 5 mins.

    @JioCare From 27th May 2021 till date, Jio fiber internet is not running. Customer assures the call center to start in the last three days in two hours, but the internet has not been started yet. It should be started soon otherwise I have to go to consumer court Will have
