@JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

@BSNLCorporate Thank you! Yes, My number is working perfectly now with @reliancejio , not with bsnl. Ported successfully and finally seeing mobile network coverage & able to use mobile data after 95 days of no network era with BSNL.

@JioCare What a pity guys, tried DM as said above. Same or even worst issue there, automated msgs asking me to purchase amazon prime. they dont even know that I have valid regular connection already. #JioScam #NoCustomerCare @TRAI I need to file a RTI in TRAI now if this is not resolved
