    @JioCare You are giving New offer for customers if you recharge 4g offer you will get only less than 2g network or no network coverage please check the network issue in kollegal we are facing poor Jio network nowadays it's some time less than 2g or no network coverage kollegal.

    @JioCare There are 500 people living in my dormitory and new people come every month, here Jio's network does not come, because of this everyone gets SIM ported. If you think this is all a lie then you can look at my location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare We are facing dns resolution issue when connected with jio. This has been teated in Chennai , pume & mumbai. Tried reaching cust care they are dropping call while using dns resolution is bot happening. Can someone help me to fix the issue.

    @reliancejio You started your service by saying the numbers are life time free incoming and deactivated my number without intimation. Now also not reactivating it, I have bank sms that are dependent on the number, what should I do??

    @reliancejio my phone stolen yesterday we are struggling to get the sim replacement . The store behaviour is too rude .they are arrogant they told us to stand outside of store .In kota we visited 2 store first they don't have replacement sim secon don't have manpower .#1

    @reliancejio Its very strange that Reliance Jio cannot give a customer invoice which is more than 6 months old. I had renewed my annual subscription for the 999 Jio Fiber plan in May '21. Now they say that invoice cannot be sent to you. @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio can you help?

    @JioCare There is no change in their attitude & ur response. Ur engineers are on their way for past 3 days & they will take another 3 months to reach my location. Whenever they reach my location, I will raise new request. For now Cancel the installation request & start with refund process
