    @JioCare how to talk to customer care without waiting for 10 minutes and at the end of robotic call there is no option to talk to real customer care you ppl don’t reply to any tweets don’t you value your postpaid customer also 🤔🤔

    @airtelindia Choosing Airtel was one of the biggest mistake I have done.. Ported from Jio since 3 months and experience worst internet and call drop.. I will suggest people to Port airtel to @reliancejio and Iam porting back to Jio again.

    @reliancejio @JioCare dear Jio team. Few months back I opted for your eSim and since then banking has been a nightmare for me. Leading banks don’t recognise an eSim and bcuz of SimBinding my apps don’t work. How can I switch back to a physical sim? Please help!

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Day 3 also over. Now it seems like it would be a great deal if this issue is resolved within this week. One thing is sure that commitments made by your representatives hold no ground from Day 1.
