    @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio Heartily Congratulations! Let's talk about serious issues. Now a days jio in my network area is not working properly. There is lot of trouble with contacting people as well as for using internet also. Hope so will be a quick solution for this @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare In the last some seven days i have experienced the time & date change of #Jio server automatically more than twice. Is it know to you or no one reported so far?? It is serious concern and Jio should treat this as emergency. This may lead to any fraud or scam.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare We booked new jio fiber connection. After booking, the service people are no were to be found. When called, there is no proper answer. Really bad service. Bought new jio prepare and thought of fiber as well. Highly disappointed.

    @JioCare The issue is they are not accepting Official Valid Documents other than AADHAR!!! Kindly confirm the same that only AADHAR is valid for replacement of SIM!!! I have visited store at pin code 845401

    @JioCare Team, you have been understanding my concern for wks now. Cud you pls me with a refund instead. Dont have much hopes and trust left in Jio . I cud see social media full of such messages from unsatisfied customers. Pls help with the refund of 6 mths that I have already paid for.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio I am a retailer of Jio, who reaches the customer of Jio's services, my Jio pos plus number and email id. It was changed without me getting replaced, in which some of my money was in the wallet, that was also taken out and I am not able to work now, you are requested
