    In Shirur, @JioCare network is worse. If the power is cut off, Jio's network is also automatically cut off... @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is very bad service from your end. I am having Jio Fibre at my home and facing dis-connectivity issues almost every week. After multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been received. I complained 3 days back but no call or response was received. SR00001CA00L

    @JioCare @reliancejio My internet isn’t working since 1 AM 18th, complaint SR00001CAHYP registered around 10 AM on 18th. It’s more then 30 hours but no one turned up or called me. May I know when can I get service to restore internet???
