    In Shirur, @JioCare network is worse. If the power is cut off, Jio's network is also automatically cut off... @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have booked additional set top box, one month before and paid money but there is botheration , no call , no service. Jio care is useless

    @JioCare This is happening since a month, if 4G is working then it is your mistake to correct it, why should the customer pay for 5G and use 4G? Even if you are running it, it is your responsibility to give unlimited dada.

    @JioCare Why am I continuously receiving wrong feedback updates from Jio Customer Care and the technician team? Before updating the service request status, you should verify with the customer whether any technician has actually visited the location or not. (2/3)

    Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio

    peaceful saturday. good food, good company, and a newly built temple visit. Worked on my yt video (expect it tomorrow evening) just @airtelindia ruined my mood today. Its still not resolved my issue. So tomorrow morning first thing I will do is port to @reliancejio. Life is *****ng good.
