@JioCare i recently started using jio fibernet and it's worst, network is worst, takes 4 minutes to connect and it's so slow that even WhatsApp calls don't get connected, customer care is pathetic

@JioCare Nothing has changed!!!!!!!! What a pathetic and mismanaged organisation!!!! Can not manage its staff??? No technician visits and I get a message that technician has visited and issue resolved!!!! No system of tracking or verification if ur employees are actually working???????

@JioCare whats wrong with your 4g internet speed in Surat, crawls like 2g network at night. Facing this from last 1 month. Ignored initially thinking it some temporary issue, but now this is too much. FIX IT QUICKLY. @TRAI
