    @JioCare have you suddenly stopped Auto pay from Credit cards ? My existing Smart pay is not paid this month due to non receipt of bill to bank? Such uninformed abrupt changes cause serious issues to customers and May face disconnection from your side.Not happy with such actions.

    @JioCare even after doing a payment for 8 months for jio fiber the connection is been stopped stating no plans active??? Need a resolution on this asap

    @JioCare You ask same details again and again and suggest same workaround like a bot. Fact is there no coverage in our area in fact hardly anywhere in any area. And whatever limited coverage you have can't handle existing customer volume.

    Hello @JioCare I have complained many times before and no action yet. Now your calls also not connecting and there are frequent call drops. @TRAI please help. I believe there are penalties against call drops.

    @JioCare @reliancejio calling CC from 3 days evertime saying like inter and service will be working after 6hr, after 7r now its 3rd day still very poor network and poor speed like Edge (2g) with 4g signal. So its Fake 4g network #jio #worstservicejio

    @Airtel_Presence Paid advance for broadband connection on 10th feb, sales person demanded 5-6 days for installation, now it has been 14 days and no updates yet. Now sales person is not answering my calls and customer care is pathetic. Better opt for @reliancejio fibre broadband.
