@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

Hi @JioCare, This problem related to the account that is discontinued the services of this account 120350*****. After that there is a process when the deposit amount need to refund from Jio’s end that I haven’t received from last 8months. Very poor service from @JioCare, @TRAI
