@reliancejio Becoming worse day by day in terms of internet speed. In the same location internet runs properly for hardly 3 days a week. I am glad I didnt port from vodafone. Infact considering the uncertainty of the network ai would rather not recharge the next time.

@yashisrivastav5 @JioCare Yes, now @reliancejio @JioCare is having enough customers, that's why they are behaving like this. I have planned for a few alternatives as well. Once the number of customers will be downsized then Jio Team will understand the ethics of business and customer satisfaction.

@Romana9191 @JioCare @JioFiberVoice If the account number you typed is valid then recharge is done & refund isnt possible. If the number you entered does not exist then jio can issue you a refund. Recharge once sent to other's cant be claimed back. That's why its recommended to double check everytime.

@reliancejio @JioCare All these years I've recharges with thousands of rupess. When u raise complaint your customer care team treated loyal customer with utmost disrespect. When I complain about service maybe they forgot that money for recharge comes out of my pocket not theirs or yours.
