    Dear @JioCare, My JioFiber connection has been completely offline for nearly 3 days, despite repeated complaints. This level of service is unacceptable. I depend on this connection for my daily work, and your poor customer support has only added to the frustration.

    @JioCare what do u mean eligible ? Nothing is installed you dont have service . You cannot refuse you have to pay refund. Dont ask for customer patience.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber payment liya 09/07/2026 (₹2121.64) but 14+ din se installation nahi hua. No response from technician/customer care despite email escalation. Relationship ID: 6291146897 Service ID: 033 31507979 Request immediate resolution.
