If at all anyone planning to take @ACTFibernet Internet service.. I suggest not to go with that. It gives trouble like anything. as per my experience @reliancejio is far better.

@DoT_India Thanks for your prompt response. Jio 4G because internet speed in my area is low and signal level keeps on fluctuating. I have complained to @JioCare but they say that there is network congestion and that they cannot say when the issue will be resolved. This is not acceptable.

@JioCare Your customer care service is so pathetic. I want to upgrade my existing recharge plan but your customer care executive has asked me to again buy a new plan. Not expected from Jio. So disappointed. Please look into it.
