    @JioCare I paid my Jio Postpaid dues through Auto Pay. It still shows due! Your customer care puts me on hold for 20 minutes and could not provide any solution!! This is excellent! Now I have to pay my same due - twice! Hell of a autopay service I must say!

    @JioCare Is there a problem at pin code 110019? I am seeing very less signals and the usual 4g+ isn't coming. Internet speeds are very slow. All was well 2 days back. Have been forced to use VoWifi to attend calls. Please advise.

    @ViCustomerCare im trying to call my @KotakBankLtd customer care number.(18602662666) And it keeps saying "this is not a valid number." Same i tried calling with my @reliancejio sim call gets connected. And when i called customer care they say this problem is not from our side.

    @JioCare Trying from month.I want to reallocate my connection but no one to connect.and one of your executive calling me and saying transfer new connection deposit in his private account..and when I refuse he said pls talk with jio care and m sure they can't help you.whats going on????

    Jio 4g internet service is getting worst day by day. Even after you call customer service they say that this is because of a "high number of users in your area". Jio is just looting people with their increased prices and pathetic service. Trust lost. @reliancejio @jiocare

    @JioCare Many times I'm just like Choudhury. You have no speed increase but nothing jio your network is in our district but somewhere the network is not working properly so I am going to Airtel do not take jio sim this post will be posted on social media @JioCare

    @MukeshAmbanima @reliancejio @TRAI Dear sir, We have many time complaining about jio signal strength in our area via jio customer care executive and via email. Except false assurance we getting nothing else. TRAI should look into the matter seriously.
