Never expected that after a long hiatus, my first tweet would be about poor internet service of @reliancejio . I am convinced beyond doubt that 4g data speeds are elusive on @reliancejio 's network ! Highly dissatisfied.

@JioCare @reliancejio why do your customer care executives only speak Hindi even after I chose English in the first menu. Horrible service for someone who doesn't speak Hindi.
