@reliancejio @JioCare It's very disappointing to know that customer care is not able to resolve the queries due to technical issues. List of channels is not available with customer care. We are paying huge amount expecting better facilities.

@JioCare Jio set top box gets hang and need to restart it. It will stop several times even after restarting the set top box. Issue is repeatedly happening. Informd customer care several times but they instruct to clear data, cache and then restart. Kindly give permanent solution

@JioCare Your customer care executive says that there is no process in the backend to upgrade an existing Jiofibre plan. I have an active plan of 699 valid till Aug 2022 & I wish to upgrade to 999 because you guys have suddenly moved ColoursTV to Voot that comes with 999 plan.

@JioCare @JioCare this is an altogether different SMS from other header/source. Register a fresh complaint against this without further delay. Also make a correction. Above SMS was received on 1st Feb 2022 and not 2nd Feb 2022.
