@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

@JioCare Team again the appointment has been automatically rescheduled and this has been happening everyday, can't you guys clearly mention if you are not going to fix the connection, why are we wasting time. It has been 3 weeks since 16 Dec the connection is down.

@JioCare Sorry i cannot give you much time.If you really need that i would be your customer then please solve this issue by today or else I also use jio number in which you provide unlimited internet service till issue is not solve in jiofiber.Coz my work is totally depend upon internet.

@JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.

@JioCare When can I expect a response from you? I am aware that paper base KYC is there in the procedure, that's why I am raising this issue. The main problem is My Jio store executive are illiterate to read complete procedure, they r denying for the same. @JioCare

@AKumar17886567 @reliancejio @AKumar17886567 the only thing is, jab new connection ke liye request kro to immediately reply krte hai connection k liye but relocation ke liye hume khud hi follow ups lene pad rhe hai. This is the terminology of "Customer Care" for them
