    @JioCare U guys not even understand the problem Ur service engineer called me and he unable to visit due to wrong address u guys updated wrong Sec no in my address that is why he unable to come from last 2 months m saying same thing but u guys denied that address cannot be change

    @reliancejio Again your app is full of error i can't simply download my e bill I have tried everything and your customer care is useless Please send me a pdf copy of my e bill i get everything for my mobile but not this I think i have to tweet every month to get it 🙄 @JioCare

    .@reliancejio @JioCare if you can't provide best customer support then please dont claim as best network. Frustrated to the core for almost 2 weeks with no solution from customer support, simply just making a service request & claiming it as resolved when the issue is not (1/4)
