    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

    @JioCare I have been receiving unsolicited international calls for 4-5 days. Though I didn't pick up any call. I called at 1963 but they told me to contact the telecom operator and when I contacted Jio customer service, they told me they can't do anything

    @JioCare I have tried contacting this WhatsApp number the 700057005 as well as the 1800-896-9999 there is no way to connect with a real person to resolve this issue just update and forget which is hopeless bad experience in nagpur, nagpur team is unprofessional and अडाणी

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have taken new jio fiber connection and noticied that IPSEC Vpn doesnt work on jio network. when tried the same on other service provider , IPSEC is working fine . please tell me how to get this solved or else i need to close my connection.

    @JioCare No you just use this word for your customers to make them phool nothing else I viste store I registered complain many many time even I dont remember but result is zero, I dont want to tell more on this social media platform about JIO, and other network

    @JioCare Calls not going through to my Jio number. Also SMS doesn't reach immediately. Inspite of network showing 4 bars, I get a message that its out of network coverage area.
