    @JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

    @JioCare @JioCare Keeping in view Jio’s inefficiency and poor service, I am considering surrendering my JioFiber and switching to Airtel Fiber. Even after 3 days, services remain disrupted in South Delhi. Jio executives should be ashamed of such inefficiency. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Facing an unresolved upload speed issue on my Jio AirFiber connection since 31 May 2025. SR00003761RB was closed without resolution, and SR000037LA2T is still pending. Upload speed consistently remains below 1 Mbps (0.18–0.35 Mbps).

    @JioCare @JioCare This is unacceptable. Your diagnosis page said the issue would be fixed by 11:56 AM, but the internet is still down. My Jio AirFiber has not been working since 10 June 2026 despite an active recharge. would not recommend Jio AirFiber to anyone. When the service (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare With the next available appointment only on 13 June, leaving me without internet for multiple days. What is even more frustrating is that customer care calls never reach a human agent and simply repeat that the SR is on hold and needs to be rescheduled.

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has been reopened as the issue remains unresolved. Service is still down, LOS light remains red, and SR00002LP1IY is still OPEN. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with a DoT complaint.
