    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved and this pathetic response from jio , i have not experienced such services from any known brand .kindly confirm if this can'nt be resolved will switch to other brand,and if this can'nt be resolved plz change name #JioDontCare.

    Airtel is a pathetic network. All that they blabber about customer care is humbug. It’s been 3 days since I raised a request. There has been no communication in return. Really thinking to port my number. I already have Vodafone. Is @JioCare any good in TN and AP?@Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmba Very poor voice quality and throughput in my village. Raised this concern earlier but got solution only from stats not on real group. Coverage gap at highway.

    @JioCare I hvae been repeatedly trying to reach your customer care team to send the engineer's number. Last time, when I booked a service request, the guy did nit show up and had no idea that a service was booked. I had to talk to you via Twitter.
