@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio i'm jiomart digital partner i'v ordered iphone 14 pro 256gb from jio mart on 06/12/22 it was auto returned i was supposed to get refund in 7 days but its not done, i have raised complain several time with local team but no support yet

@JioCare @reliancejio I strongly suggest not to opt for jiofiber broadband. Low speed is not getting resolved from past 4 days. The technician doesn't bother to visit us to resolve the issue. The customer care is pathetic. Extremely disappointed. I am quitting jio. #quittingjio

@JioCare Hello Dominic it's not green neither amber...... It's blinking red and continuously from Dec-16th. Technical Engineer who visited confirmed there is an internal issue with Jio & team from mumbai is working. But why should I have to suffer? Out of 30 days hardly 10days it works

@JioCare, it’s been days since snowfall in Srinagar, after calling multiple times we were told that help shall arrive today, we haven’t received any help to fix our Jio fiber connection yet !!! This isn’t how it should be . Disappointed!
