My JioAirFiber has been non-operational since Saturday, 23rd May, and despite multiple complaints, calls, and reschedules, the issue still remains unresolved. What’s worse? Jio keeps assigning the SAME engineer who openly says he no longer works for Jio. Yet the company continues to assign him repeatedly instead of actually fixing the issue. This level of incompetence, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customers is pathetic. Customers pay for reliable service, not endless excuses and fake service assignments.
