    @JioCare @Mukeshambani_1 This is in continuation to previous complaint regarding internet speed at the university campus 6 months back,no improvement is observed in the service.Almost 25000 students are present at the campus,but no upgradation has been done to improvise situation

    @airtelindia There is a very bad network of airtel. I reside in the metropolitan city even then, I face poor calling and bad internet. I decided to port my airtel no. 98761-61828 to @JioCare. You disappointed me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My no. . 6284308490 getting very poor service. no speed. Despite repeated complaints. At every place it's speed is poorer than 2g.

    @JioCare I live in Lovely Professional University,phagwara,punjab.From last one week jio internet is terrible in my locality even single WhatsApp message took 3-5 mins to deliver.customer care is also not responding.Pls improve this else i need to port out.

    I am very disappointed with Jio. Despite paying huge bills i am getting my internet speed below 100KB/s on phone . I have talked to customer care many times but no improvement in service . @JioCare I want to port asap or please resolve my problem . Pls help 🙏. @reliancejio

    @JioCare stop fooling people. Bloody worst network nowadays of JIO. Fooling people by sloganeering patriotic terms and looting them by such a sluggish network. Above all not owning it but saying that it is due to congestion! Pakistani came or what that it got congested in 5 days?

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation I am sharing my personal experience.. Don't Buy jio connection with jio phone, the phone quality extremely poor they have common issue of keypad, if u are Lucky it works for 6 months at the most then when u go to service centre they ask u to replace device & pay₹250

    @JioCare I'm facing network issue with no calling and 0 kbps speed. It ONLY occur when there is power cut in my area. I'm Complaining for about year now. No response and situation persists. Why there is no data no calling during power cut? You don't have fuel to operate tower?

    This is outrageous on @reliancejio @JioCare as I cannot access hotstar premium that I have.. I cannot sign out from this jio hotstar account! wtf! No one will stick around with you jio if this is how you want retention!

    Looks like @reliancejio doesn't consider right to information that important. A BBC news article that speaks about Central Vista couldn't be opened while on jio network. We know you support BJP but this is a step too far don't you think? #BANNED

    From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare
