After submitting my own, scrolled through others and found the same kind of experience faced by the others. Staff is arrogant and careless towards user’s problems. Contacted customer care twice but no solution coming forth. Either take action & set it right quickly else we will change the service provider. Ofcourse that does not matter to you , we know.
