  @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I am a jio fibre preview customer and opted for gold plan on your site, your customer care number does not work and no communication from any of your support staff so far, I wish to get my security deposit back (4500) which I paid earlier.

  Samsung S20 FE 5G users are angry since Jio identifies the phone as S20 FE (LTE variant) & doesn't send 5G invites. But a SIM activated for Jio 5G using another phone works well. Neither @SamsungIndia nor @JioCare is sorting out the issue & users don't know whom to blame! #Jio5G

  @JioCare @Dileep3194 Very poor quality network speed. JIO was born about 6 years ago but till now good network speed has not increased but the speed of recharge prices has increased very fast. I have been complaining for the last 3-4 years but no Madarchod has done any hearing, everyone tells to DM
