    @Airtel_Presence Jio says that you people have not confirmed the payment @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know who is lying here but i am not able to use my network or mobile because of you 2 service providers, seriously poor service from you both!

    Cold calls is a problem that has to be dealt with without hampering marketing! It's irritating to get cold calls when u don't want them! Networks or phone should have an option to turn them On & Off! Few apps have this! But how hard can it be to make it easy? @reliancejio

    @aliranalvi @JioCare Yes very true. I live in Pristine prolife 3 and Jio network is very very poor at my home. Not even able to talk normally. Lots of call drop.

    @DoT_India @JioCare I was supposed to get a call within 24 hours from your executive regarding my issue as per conversation with your customer care associate Deepa. That was 6 days ago. Is this the kind of service @reliancejio provides??

    @JioCare I am from gomti nagar lucknow UP east. Not occasionally it is daily problem There is very slow speed of internet also in my balcony on first floor of individual house. signals are full but internet speed is like 2G .I have three jio sim in three moblies all having same issue
