    @youbroadband Pathetic service from last one week, support team is not picking my calls, support team numbers are +91 8830418310 , +91 91726 37368 . 200 Mbps speed plan is now working on 1Mbps. I stongly recommend users to shift to #jiofiber @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare They are rude and are telling that this is how it will be. And the sales person is not only rude but telling lies on lies. He told 70 Mbps on WiFi later retracted to 40-60 but getting just 30mbps.

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio My Jio number is 9881234549, swapnalok , papde wasti tukai darshan hadapsar Pune 412308,since jan2020 I am raising concern over weak signal and N/speed but no positive response yet.Being a sr.citizen feeling very bad.

    @JioCare still no improvement in network issue.I seems in Jio nobody to bother complaint from senior citizen.kalepadal road , papde wasti , hadapsar ,near new saswad road rly stn Pune 412308..

    @Airtel_Presence, @Idea, @reliancejio and all mobile phone service operators.. Could you please stop playing audio message about how to save from #coronavirus. It's really annoying and spoil too much time. Please try yourself calling a person again and again when he/she is busy.

    @airtelindia and @VodafoneIN I'm using your service since 2013 and if you have not increase the speed of Internet then you will loose one more user and @reliancejio soon you have new user for sure.. Let's see in next 5 days..

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is too much of network problem in Maharashtra Pune:-Narhe 411041 The Jio Net doesn't work even W App msg also we are unable to send so kindly pls put some importance in our area... Pls try to increase the network speed in our area

    @JioCare We are in struggling from speed of Internet connection from starting. I am using Jio sim and internet speed of jio is very poor at my home location. Please @JioCare improve this so we have good internet speed.

    @reliancejio I am a big fan of Jio,and also waiting for your 5G,but still my area has no 4G+ (Carrier Agreegation) in my area, even there is very bad network coverage in my area.Already complaint about it many time,but no solution till now,waiting from 2 years.

    @JioCare Moves from prepaid to postpaid. Tele-verification completed. SIM did not get activates for 4 hours, went to the Jio Service Center, got SIM card replaced, still no network. SIM in slot 1 of the phone & restarted the phone multiple times, tried selecting network manually.
