Customer executive says they will look into the matter and after 15 days no solution but more problems. It takes 16 minutes to open live chat.Pathetic

Electronic goods is a technology heavy, ip and entry barrier market. Private labeling and recent RnD can possibly put Jio ahead of Vu and Mi but not close to likes of Samsung.
