@JioCare @reliancejio still no resolution to my problem. I did not expect any better from you. I'm now told that there's a limit of 3 months before I can port my number again, but I'll make sure I don't stay one more day once this grace period is over!

@JioCare My family's jio connection no 9137278388. Recharged on 09/11/20 with 555/-. 3000 mins call to non jio nos. From 10/11/20 itself facility stopped and customer care advising to recharge again. No resolution despite repeated call. Very pathetic condition.

@JioCare I am unable to get Jio5G signal in my mobile. Selected Auto 5G & marked 5G standalone. I am a post paid customer using IPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.3. in Delhi NCR region. Customer care confirmed the 5G signal available in our area( 122003). What else required to get Jio true5G
