@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio my Jio +91-2079611502 and jio devise is getting disconnected frequently. The red light is blinking since 4 in eve.. 5 time I have rebooted. your AI on jio chat and whatsapp is pathetic. And does not solve my problem.

worst internet Ever. Waiting for my validity to end so that i can port my sim card elsewhere. NO ONE CARES at all. Struggling to get 0.79mbps Speed. Thats 4g Now They Are Launched 5g Horrible. P.S. - There is no option at customer care number to call to agent. @JioCare #Jio #5G

@reliancejio @JioCare advisor just hung up the call without giving me any resolution, i thought it was may be due to some technical issue, but i got surprise when i tried again several times, some one picked the call and disconnected it without saying anything.

@JioCare JIO fiber is making fool of customer. I got the jio fiber connection with 3 months plan. On 3rd month itself its asking for payment. Then customer rep said its advance payment. Now by asking him only I changed my plan on 5th Sep and paid advance but still its asking bill
