@JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

@JioCare Please do not write rubbish old stuffs in response over DM, the person didn't even bother to read my lodged complaint and responded with some old stuff to teach me that issue can be with cellphone. I am repeating again it's the issue with network in that particular location

Again upon reaching out Jio care I have been told same that there is an issue in that area and it will take 120 days. Come on Jiocare stop fooling and start working, it's (Wakad) a prime area how come you are not able to act quickly.

@reliancejio I am from Fatima Nagar Pune 411013 Using 200+ Jio SIM card in my company. from last 3 months we are facing Network Problem. There is no Help from your help center. Try to solve our issue ASAP otherwise I have to Switch Jio.

@DoT_India kindly help me to get the proper speed in @JioCare and @VodafoneIN . In both network im getting 500 kbps speed and both have the network issue in pune dhanori 411015 location. Both operator saying since 2 year to provide the network soon but still the same issue.

@yashisrivastav5 @JioCare Yes, now @reliancejio @JioCare is having enough customers, that's why they are behaving like this. I have planned for a few alternatives as well. Once the number of customers will be downsized then Jio Team will understand the ethics of business and customer satisfaction.

@reliancejio Becoming worse day by day in terms of internet speed. In the same location internet runs properly for hardly 3 days a week. I am glad I didnt port from vodafone. Infact considering the uncertainty of the network ai would rather not recharge the next time.

@JioCare You are simply pointing out a technical fault without taking any responsibility. Actually you should send your team to check all the transmitters, even if they are correct as far as you know, that's your job right? Shouldn't you give service? If we paid to buy a service
