    There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

    For slow mobile internet i wanted to raise service request for @reliancejio So went on myjio app. It asked me to login and directed me to jio website. (Surprising that jio app does not have login details) on website it suggested to go for live chat.

    @JioCare again for the 5th or 6th time in 2 weeks internet down, goes down around 8am and your team says will be back by 11. They keep apologizing but cannot diagnose issue, always saying its a data centre and says no refund possible.

    @JioCare @KumarNavin82 No network since yesterday evening jio fiber ,no TV , no mobile, no online classes, why we took panga with jio it was better earlier Airtel/ cable.

    @reliancejio the network in this area is so weak . We have been complaining about this for the past 2/3 years . But u always assure that it will get better and nothing good happened. Here @airtelindia and vi gets very good coverage.
