There is some serious issues in @reliancejio @JioCare speed in muvattupuzha and kothamangalam. I am getting only average (blue) ntwrk in my home and getting good (green) ntwrk in office. But the speed is same. Most of the time the ntwrk breaks and I need restart 1-2 times

Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

@JioCare @reliancejio There’s no internet service at my place. Trying to reach people through the app is next to impossible and nobody picks up the chat or the call. I am regretting my decision to switch to JIO every minute.
