    @MukeshAmbanima,@reliancejio,@reliancegroup, Due to wrong marketing surrendered Jio Fibre in Aug'21. Refund of advance money not yet received though on follow up only answer is under process and to be paid within 3/4 days. I am a retd. sr citizen. How to get back my money? Help.

    @JioCare hell I can't even tweet using your network..slow net speed is consistent from last 25 days...I have lodged numerous complaint but al goes to vain..and the worst part is that I once again trusted @reliancejio and recharged my number yesterday and once again the net of jio

    @JioCare Absolute robbery by Jio team. My net was slow and the engineer asked us to take a new connection to improve speed, promising refund on old one in a week. it has been over a month and there has been no refund. called jio and they don't even know what city delhi is..
