It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also.   @JioCare Enough of the corporate jargon. What does "shortly" actually mean? Mention a specific timeline for cancellation and refund, and make sure you adhere to it. Customers need resolution, not vague assurances and endless delays.

  Totally fraud by Jio. Paid ₹200 for 28 days plan (15 OTT apps + 1000+ channels) but NOTHING works. Prime login also failed. 2 days wasted, no resolution after complaint. Ref: BROOODM91R7M Fix it or extend validity immediately. @JioCare @airtelindia @BSNLCorporate
