  @JioCare It’s been 3 days and I’ve absolutely zero internet. Every time, it’s says "network issue in my area." I don't even know what the actual issue is with your AirFiber, and I don't care anymore. Just refund my money and cancel this useless, trash service of yours. I am done.

  @JioCare my area is well within the city of Pune and it’s a prominent township yet we face call dropping and very poor network. It’s impossible to make calls if WIFI isn’t used .location pin is 412101. No heeds paid to my previous complaint. I am subscribed to 5 G and get LTE

  @JioCare - Your Customer care executive doesn't respond.. emails remain unresponsive for more than 48 hours.. Jio Home connection disabled since one month inspite of clearing all dues.. please tell me how to resolve this issue.. or else I will go to consumer court
