It's simple & old tactic, kill the opponent wt money power & enjoy the monopoly I am glad that @airtelindia & Sunil Mittal didnt buckle. I was never a @reliancejio customer & Big No in future also. AirTel has responsible ethics

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @reliancejio Just a simple question. Is it possible to switch my existing Jio AirFiber connection to Jio Fiber connection? If yes, then please help, because I cannot pay 700+ for a 30mbps plan. CC: @TRAI

    @jio_fiber - there is no internet connection. Due to my previous complaints am unable to talk to tech support team. Unplanned downtime put the official work in jeopardy. Can someone attend and resolve at the earliest? @reliancejio @JioCare #broadbandissue #nointernet
