  @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months frequent getting Jio Airfiber connections error don't know what kind of services are provided by Jio .don't know why they are charging payment if they can't provide service Jio fiber No 2035407667.and jiocare not responding properly??

  @reliancejio Jio fiber. State escalation request ID : SR00003EQ94H, expected resoultion 8.49pm. Service request raised yesterday morning and expected resolution is today by 8.49PM, nearly 36 hrs. What a service. You people need awards for customer care.

  @JioCare Whenever I lodge a complaint, I am told it is a temporary issue and the team is working on it. However, I want to clarify that the JioAirFiber field engineer has connected my line from a different location, which is causing the problem.

  I emailed JioCare on 13-Aug at 10:42 PM. Since then, no response, complaint number, or resolution. I've also tried the customer-care numbers, but the IVR says the order is under installation and disconnects.
