    @JioCare My broadband connection has been out of service for 10 days. There’s no ETA from Jio on when the service will be restored. Please provide the timeline to fix or disconnect my connection with compensation. @reliancejio

    @JioCare #jio #jiofiber it's over 24 hours but there is no resolution of my fiber now the engineer which assign yesterday is telling me that he doesn't have any complain. Can you plz tell me who will be provided me compantaion for this as I am not able to work from home last 24 hrs

    @JioCare 1/2 This is exactly the problem. I have been facing this issue since 10 August, and I already raised a complaint on 12 August (SR00003DUUX5). Yet, Jio marked it as “Resolved” without actually resolving anything. Now you are again saying there is “limited network connectivity”

    @reliancejio 5G network is not working at all in my area Govind Vihar Delhi 94,My 5G plan expires on the 19th,If the issue is not resolved before then, I will port it to Airtel.I have already called your customer care several times but the problem is not getting resolved. @TRAI

    Highly disappointed with @JioCare . I have zero network coverage inside my home—it only works on the terrace! Even 5G speeds have degraded significantly compared to before. Every time I raise a complaint, your support team gives pathetic excuses about 'daily data usage' instead of fixing the actual connectivity issue. I’m paying for service, not for excuses! Please fix this immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Mobile number 9950676701 I am not getting 5G internet speed. It works inside the house, but not in the bedroom. I have even lodged a complaint about this, but there has been no solution.
