    @JioCare Repeated complaints. Zero improvement.Poor signal, frequent call drops & extremely slow internet every day. It feels like Jio is more interested in collecting bills than fixing network issues. How long are customers expected to tolerate this?Immediate action is needed.

    FYI, this issue is not fixed. Even technicians don’t have a clue what’s wrong and now network outage has been there for an entire area for 4 days now!! @JioCare I guess mass disconnection of Jio services for entire apartment is required

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fibre not working since 23 May 2026. Service request id SR000036ITCJ. No response, no engineer visit, No help from Jio customer care. Pathetic service !!!

    @JioCare today visited jio store to switch from Jio Prepaid to Postpaid. I was suprise to learn that my balance and talktime, all will lapse and I won't get credit for the same on pro rate bases. How do you expect customer to port to postpaid with such policy in place. #jio

    @JioCare I am existing mobile customer and have some issues regarding payment . Inhave tried calling you from my airtel number , but your system is asking me for my dob in certain format , which is difficult to type.

    @JioCare @Satya0296 Satya, don't go ahead with this as there is no customer care exist here. Nobody responds on call emails etc. Once you area a customer. Life will be HELL... Going through the same to get my refund back...
