@reliancejio If you won't recharge your number, you keep getting calls from Customer service asking why its not recharged. I got a call today, again, for the 5th time. Please stop forcing your poor representatives to call everyday and get yelled by customers.

@reliancejio when i called on 18008893999 i.e. Appellate Authority, IVR gives 2 option one is for mobility & another for gigafiber. When i choose mobility my call transfer to 198 customer care executive instade of appellate! Plz don't make ppl phool? Where is appellate officer?
