    @reliancejio I recharge my number by using jiomart cashback but it was successful but cashback was dedicated. It was not refund. I call many time to 199 198 1991 but not find any option to talk with your representative. Please help. Improve your service

    Worst condition @reliancejio Fiber Request raise amount paid but more than 2 days are passed & still fiber not installed.2 times engg come & 1 said your distance is 140 mtr 2nd says box is full right now. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Why you not checked before giving me connection.

    @reliancejio Network is not working for two days for my Jio Fibre connection. No technician visited my place to check the issue and technician misbehavioured at me over the call. Still no action taken from the Jio side for my complaint, its been 15 days long. @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare so as i tweeted earlier somehow i got connected to #customercare. When u ask the representative they mute the call and tell name such a way that customer cant understand & then tell customer you are responsible for payments u made. Customer is wrong

    After payment jio fiber agent, he switched off his phone... This is really disappointed @reliancejio. Never expected this kind of pathetic service from @JioCare

    @reliancejio Recently purchased 1999 plan with Jiophone - feature phone. Very disappointed with its performance. It takes a few seconds to load messages and contacts. Font size in messages needs magnifying glass. Why do you offer such cheap poor quality phone? Bad for your rep.
