Jio needs to understand that one or two reminders are enough to inform people that their recharge is going to expire in 2-3 days. Playing the same thing again and again that too in three different languages sucks!! @JioCare

@JioCare Really Pathetic from @JioCare service, no help at all even after multiple followups/reachouts. I really think its time to give @airtelindia a try as I hear they are quite prompt on adressing customers issue.

@reliancejio #fraud @JioCare didn't understood the problem of user, I face 6 month network problem and finally I moved from jio to @airtelindia But jio team didn't resolved network problem or nither give me refund of my recharge which I buy for a year. #
