@JioCare It has been 20 days now i didn't receive my sim nor i did get any resolution, your customer care executive repeated ask the same details, how many times do i have to share it, near 3 times I had already shared the details, pathetic customer service @JioCare . I want a call back.

@JioCare Where have you been sleeping for so many days your users have gone out except Jio SIM, you still do not understand, have you still not taken care of increasing your network, then such a day will come that all the people troubled by your network will say goodbye to Jio like that

@JioCare Facing worst experience @reliancejio. Fibre network down for 5 days but no action. Same problem 5 days back. WFH, JioTV, everything useless. Service Centre call all long 10 min, but no resolution. Help
