    @JioCare Absolutely NOT resolved. Stop relying on your flawed system metrics. Look at the status bar of the screenshot I posted—it clearly shows 4G+, NOT 5G indoors. I have already sent a strong rejoinder via email. Reopen SR000036P8TT and fix the actual indoor infrastructure. @TRAI

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional since the 2nd day of activation despite multiple complaints. I’ve paid for a 4-month plan but cannot use the service affecting my office work. No technician visit has been arranged so far. Pls escalate and resolve urgently.

    @JioCare I have been experiencing network and internet issues at my location for the past several months. Despite calling customer care multiple times, my complaints have gone unaddressed. For the last few months, my 5G service stops working whenever there is a power outage;

    Accidentally recharged my second Jio SIM instead of the main one. No refund or recharge transfer option even after contacting support. At least there should be a 24-hour correction window or partial refund for genuine mistakes. @JioCare @reliancejio
