    @JioCare it's pathetic that audio issue on jio fiber is still pending even after so many direct messages...calls...tweets...official complaint....its been almost 4 days. Jio services are worst.

    @JioCare If you are not able to solve issue give correct date when you can provide resolution.. by telling within 24 hours don't creat frustration in customers.. tell correct resolution date otherwise these things will happen.. still shamelessly telling serviece is good..

    @JioCare And I requested for cancellation. But jio care is not ready and asking for a final chance to fix the issue.. it happens 3 times in last 4 days.. but no use.. so solve the issue or cancel the account and pay my hard earned money 4500 rupees..

    Jio fiber is worst. We changed the box & without our permission they fitted postpaid box. Now after payment also it is showing 3,4 hours to start it. Where as in prepaid u just need to recharge & u can use ur subscription. @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Worst service.
