    Its regarding the pathetic service of jiofiber. Jiofiber was down my house in Motera Ahmedabad from 1800 hrs. of 19.04.2026. Nobody has reported as on 20th even their app had assigned the work to some S Dodia. I think I should look for some other net provider. @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have ported my mobile number from Reliance Jio to Airtel. My Jio SIM has been deactivated, but my Airtel SIM is still not activated even after more than 48 hours.Due to this issue, I am unable to make calls or receive OTPs, causing serious inconvenience MobileNumber:6301180552

    @JioCare what a third rate wifi service provider you people are running.Its been more than 3 weeks now for me to put in my re-installation request but none of your agent executive/technician has come or called up to reinstall the wifi.

    @JioCare Final notice. JioFiber was never installed due to no port availability (confirmed by your engineer). Service was never activated. This is a service failure from your side, not a customer disconnection. Your policy does not apply. (1/2)

    Hey @JioCare, really disappointed. 5G+ shows but the network is weak, keeps switching to unusable 4G, and sometimes goes down for hours, facing this issue almost daily. Complaints raised but no fix. As a video editor, this is affecting my work badly. Please resolve ASAP.
