DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I know Jio did not, but as I require static ip,there are many also bound with Airtel and been harassed,So just a suggestion if some how this will be improved and policy can be changed.people will have option and definitely it will help in generating revenue.

@JioCare @Sathish21099 Iam staying in Chembur 400071 few days back your sales executive came with 5 g offer i accepted and he had given me new sim and charged me Rs. 338/- which i paid him. But for your information i did not get 5g service. as promised. Please do not sale empty envelopes.

Such a disappointing service from jio end, since last 5 days I’m struggling to get my sim and requesting the same to change my father name (which mistake done by your jio retailer) still you people not able resolve my issue after wasting so many time (<120 hours). @JioCare

@JioCare In Vikas Nagar, Kiwale, Dehu Road, Pune 412101, recently the signal quality has gone down and causing lot of call drops and bad internet service. Work-From-Home for members our family is becoming a problem. Please it is a sincere request to look into the problem.
