    @JioCare @reliancejio uninstallation no. CO0000O6LTA9 scheduled for pickup on 3.8.22 9am, rescheduled for 6.8.22 3pm. Today is 14.8.22. My STB yet to be picked up by jio engineer. Is this the kind of service we get from jio. Will u pick up your stuff n refund my deposit.

    @reliancejio Booked JioFiber on 12th and paid for 6 months, only to get informed that network ports are not available in the area and will take a minimum of 10 days for installation. If that is the case, you could have informed earlier, not after obtaining KYC and taking payment
