DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I do not know the Executive's name - but he sure was rude on the phone! However the number is 63712 78735 at 10.24 am -- you can check internally whose number this is. And practically my entire daytime Saturday was without Wi-Fi !!
