DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare if your engineer are not capable of proper services than please shut down your Jio Fiber. Installed one week back & in one week your jio fiber not working 2nd time. From morning no one will be there for solution.

@reliancejio I have paid ₹1500/- on 24th aug 2021 i was told by the service provider that connection will be install within 26th aug. Today is 30th aug still i have not received any update from your end . Also the service provider manager uneducated disgusting behaviour person.
