    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 4th day internet is not working and there is just no resolution . Called your customer care - they can’t arrange technician visitand hung up. This is super service standards!!!

    @JioCare You Guys Charge Us Monthly 479 For The Recharge and then also don't give us a better service,It is better to be on BSNL rather then on Jio,The Most Disgusting Sim Company Ever Can't Provide Us A Better Service And Then You Guys Are Launching 5G Worst Service By Jio.

    @JioCare Thanks for the quick response...the main issue is that the signal is very weak. One or Zero singal bars. Phone not reachable most of the times.

    @JioCare As a Agent I Recharge Rs239 from Jio Pos Light App and Balance Debit from My wallet. But when I call jio customer support they told me they can not help me. I have to visit jio center, distance 100km. Rs239 Recharge profit only Rs10. For Rs10 profit I loss Rs239 at Jio
