I am extremely disappointed with Jio's service. Despite repeated complaints, my issue has not been resolved. I strongly condemn this unsatisfactory experience and ask that you immediately rectify it. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

@JioCare it seems that we should switch our broadband service provider to other company. Called and complaint regarding not being able to use internet properly. While watching videos it get continously stuck. Shopping app are not able to download pic.

@JioCare is there any issue in cancellation also? I have raised an SR for cancellation and refund on 14th April and I was informed that the resolution will be before 21st Apr before 03:02 PM. but no feedback received. customer care also putting my call on hold and disconnecting. #jio

@reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.
