    @JioCare @reliancejio I pay 900+ for a 5g recharge since last few years living in noida which is a tier 1 metro city Can't jio even give a 4g network When they themselves started 4g in 2016 Is it that hard to give this minimum service I'm not even talking about 5g here so stop talking about 5g

    @JioCare Hi Dipesh, I expected the same response on above msg, U know the usage, but remain clueless about the persistent network drop. I had to visit ur center, where even ur engineers admitted this issue and they’re simply waiting on Jio to fix it since months, letting customer suffer.

    Worst experience with jio airfiber. Its been just 2 days since i installed airfiber, and the very next day at 5pm yesterday, the red light started blinking on the router and internet is not working. No customer support is talking. Worst. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    @JioCare now he is telling do what ever you want to do. is this kind of service you are providing after taking amount customers needs to wait for more than 10 days if you guys cant able to pay provide service then why you are taking money.

    @JioCare Despite multiple SR closures router & ODU replacement, issue fixed only on 21 April. Now you claim rebate is calculated from “new SR” 🤡? Completely misleading If anyone is planning to take Jio AirFiber DON’T. Go for Airtel. Pathetic service & zero accountability.(1/2
