    @JioCare I didn't recharge the jio air fibre for 2 months and Now I have recharged it but the internet connection isn't working.I have called to one of the service guy and He is telling I have to order for a new connection.What is this ?

    @JioCare I have jio fiber connection B18 Aman Appartment sector 13 Rohini 3times Every time customer exe. Giving new connection on enquiary told that on new connection get incentive This is unfair fradulant practice I have been charged twice as router could not match

    @Airtel_Presence You guys keep saying it's been highlighted and escalated. @JioCare never took that much time just for the DTH installation. During registration you said it's wireless and will be done in 24hrs it's been a week now still no assistance. Probably I should switch to @reliancejio

    Absolute harassment done to the care to make me receive my refund. Tried reaching out to customer care, emails no one seem to have a solution for my issue. Going to hit consumer court if not fixed soon @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I did not recieved the setup box remote along with my new connection , now not able to contact anyone from jio in this issue . They asking me to buy a new remote

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare @reliancejio very pathetic and poor customer care service no voice call service or CC number to connect,suddenly I got message on TV to pay 329Rs for Air Fibre , I have already paid monthly subscription then also they ask me for more money.
