DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

Worst Internet Speed of JIO @ kolkata, Pin-700004. West Bengal @reliancejio Low Internet speed since few months, no improvements till date. Higher Package rate and poor connection. Hope you will troubleshoot soon.
