DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @JioCare I have changed to prepaid on sept 04. I raised complaint on Oct. When you asked to DM , I sent all the details!But no use! Still how long need to wait ?? 😢 Or Jio will not pay back the deposit amount ?? Cheating the customers with fake commitments? #Jio @reliancejio
