DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

Day 21 @reliancejio , Mukesh Ambani Mobile data issue in Trichy 620020 Sincerely requesting higher authorities to look into the matter as i havent been provided with a solution yet. no one from jio visited the location to indentify the issue and for a proper solution.
