    Finally dumped @airtelindia Fibre — after already getting rid of @reliancejio Fibre earlier. Both promised speed, delivered frustration. Constant issues, zero accountability. Switched to a local broadband provider — and guess what? It just works. duopoly ≠ entitlement.

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber! Charged full 30-day bill but service was frequently unavailable throughout the month. Took 2-3 days every time to fix issues. This is unfair billing for poor service. Request immediate investigation.

    @JioCare , Satheeshkumar Here , I’m struggling to fix the jio fiber connection since last 2 days where I’ve raised an request and this request is on hold state , customer care not responding properly and respective team not actioned , can you please help to look ?

    @JioCare what kind of services you are giving even customer care number just saying " we are observing some congestion team is working on it." And hung up the call what about my problem is not for internet it's for ott plans whome can I contact now ?

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer visited, said that wire connection outside the house is going to a non-working Jio switch box on neighbor's house. He has to rewire the connection to another switch box which works and for that, he asked me to raise Relocation request. Why? Fix it with same SR.

    @JioCare Its the matter of trust and never expected this sort of delay for installation even you promised 24 hrs and your competitors doing this 1-4 hrs. Please expedite and give definite time for installation rather than giving diplomatic answers
