DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have the worst service across all telcos. If you treat your premium black customers like this god help others. Your executives are happy to let customer go to @reliancejio rather than resolve a query. Hope Jio treats me better!!

@jiofibre @reliancejio Guys do not take jio fibre connection. I have 300 mbps plan, what im getting is max 70 mbps. Their CC executive says if ur getting 20 mbps on wifi, it's enough. Its a #FRAUD by @reliancejio that they are charging for 300mbps plan & providing lower service

@JioCare my internet did not work last few day i already complant my jio app but they can't resolve my problem i really frustrated now & port my jio sim to another network. Jio did not concerned customer problem to wrost service provided their customers. @reliancejio @JioCare
