    @JioCare Jio network is down in Mumbai but you click on Jio app and when it does network check its shows connected , data plan shows on. Now we know the App is Pre fed with standard replies and its actually not doing any network check in background.

    @JioCare Jio network down in Mumbai. Wifi has just stalled. Unable to attend important meetings or even stay in touch with the ones I care. Is this the kind of services you promise?

    @reliancejio Recharged 300mbps plan on Jan 20th and today My Jio is showing plan expired. Recharged again and it's showing No Plans Active again. Customer Care number noone is picking up. Can you guys do something about this please 🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare my prepaid fiber number is +91-2235754500 I had recharged on 31st Jan (which is visible in transaction history), suddenly from last half an hour my jio app shows that I don’t have any active plan! Not able to get through JIO customer care. Internet not working #Jiodown
