    @JioCare @reliancejio With reference to Service Request Number SR000018J5BM, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +917127960051 has been rescheduled as per your request. Schedule time was 9am-10am. Not yet resolved.

    @urfriendroshan There’s nothing to do..@JioCare SM team is great and they will call you and listen. But they can’t resolve issues by themselves and no one knows who can!

    My relocation status keep on changing for the next day and its been more than a week and jio helpline don't care a damn about it even after calling them repeatedly @JioCare probably one of the worst helpline I have ever faced.

    @JioCare Your network has always been bullshit. We do not have network in our locality since yesterday midnight. This is a repeated headache for us. Solve it or else my family of 4 would port to Airtel.
