DEAR SIR/MADAM FROM LAST 24 HOUR I AM FACING ISSUE IN USING JIO INTERNET. SPEED IS DECREASED FROM 500KB/S TO 5KB/S. SPEED OF INTERNET IS VERY SLOW. I AM NOT EVEN TO SEND A MESSAGE IN WHATSAPP OR ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM. KINDLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM ASAP! @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare your fiber services are irritating us day by day. Due to frequently disconnection of modem and red light keep blinking for longer. Also your service center don't understand the issues they just follow the steps.
