@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

It has been more than 24 hrs since network is down. What a pathetic service by @JioCare . Just imagine the pain people are going through in case they need to contact anyone in case of emergency.

Due to poor internet connectivity @reliancejio for the past one years of my experience - that has not been resolved yet by it's customer care agnts, now I would lik to switch over to @airtelindia . We,100s staffs & officrs wil follw d suite and suggst d same to all our friends.

@reliancejio dear Jio you promote sim delivery via fastest route to a customer now when I apply for postpaid sim your rep closes it without asking me as CUSTOMER NOT READY TO PAY SD I suppose you provide credit limit on base of my earlier carrier credit limit

@JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio I had done a complaint on 8/05/2021 and till today 19/05/2021 my problem had not got any resolution. My problem was I had got 70rs extra generated in my Jio postpaid bill. Due date had is gone yesterday but still no solution. No. 96448-50005
