@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Reason why so many people suddenly shifted to @reliancejio from tatasky and likes is bcoz of the latter's poor service. Now in the urge to grab more and more customers, jio is screwing in on quality. I feel @reliancejio shld concentrate on delight rather than satisfaction.

@reliancejio @JioCare will keep postponing your installation and making false promises that someone will show up for it. It’s been 4-5 days since they took payment and zero people have shown up. Only getting notifications of delays. Have to deal with customer care everyday.
