    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare I also understand that it can't be changed manually then why your system changed my data renewal time. I think you guys do this just because customer have to buy more data add on packs as we can't use data for late night. @jagograhakjago @DoT_India

    @JioCare Pathetic services by Jio. Never ever take Jio they never listen for any Complints. The Best resolution they are having to just disconnect the calls. Its an pain using Jio following for complaints since Feb23 Complaint-SR00001I4EDG,SR00001IQUHM,SR00001J1ZZS,SR00001J507S

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team, Never imagine the free Jio Fiber landline connection is only meant for one sided service i.e for our going calls only n not for incoming calls. How frustrating this has been so far. Experiencing such poor service for more than 3 months now. Horrible.

    @JioCare @SuPriyoBabul Order Number CO0000KMZ1YJ I took Jio Fiber connection in Feb 2022 under the scheme at Rs 1500 But for some reason I gave back that connection in 20 days But the security money was not get the refund even till April 2023 I am going to file a complaint in consumer court.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Inspite of repeated reminders and request there is no response from your end nor any improvement in the service. Services have gone bad to worse. Very poor network. Calling is nightmare. Alok

    @JioCare poor signal quality of the jio router complaint many times and request to replace router till now problem not resolved never expect such a poor service experience from a reputed company like jio
