@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio I have done recharge with 999 plan with my jio fiber but I have not get Amazon prime membership please resolve my issue other wise stop my jio fiber connection and reimburse my money please 🙏

@JioCare I had already done that before few days. But nothing has happened. I was given assurance of increasing coverage in my area, but then nothing has been done. Only air-tel is giving full coverage here. On Jio network i need to step out or on window to call.

Dear @airtelindia, am using Airtel sim from last 4-5 years. But these days internet is not even clocking 10-15KB/s & voice breakage on call. No action is taken against complaint register several times. This is making me think about other options like @reliancejio @VodaIdea_NEWS

@burner_bits Recently switched to (Vi) @ViCustomerCare from @reliancejio. Secondary SIM is Airtel. Jio's service is getting worse day by day and plans are getting higher, Jio is trying ro create #monopoly, but we won't let that happen.

@reliancejio @JioCare I ported my BSNL number to Jio Postpaid last week. It was activated few days back and I televerfied my number. But for last two days the sim has no signal and it says 'emergency calls only'. I want to revert back to BSNL. Please help

@JioCare I had taken 1 month trial Jio Fiber and decided to not continue. 11 Nov I cancelled so far no one has come to collect the router. I have been calling customer care for last 5 days daily.. Are you waiting for person to come from Mars to collect the router?
