@Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

@JioCare not needed and has already canceled.. booked @airtelindia Xstream fiber. and already got allocated the installation slot tomorrow morning. within 3 hours. learn something from them about customer service : )

@JioFiberVoice @jiocare had recharged for Jiofibre on 8th Nov 2022. There was 2 Deduction from my bank account, for one deduction the Jiofibre got recharged. For other deduction i have not received the refund yet, i had called your customer care centre and also chatted with them online.

@JioCare Again having coverage related issue for last 3-4days. Today, not a single KB data i used just because of coverage related issue. How we expect for 5G, we are not even getting a good 4G connectivity. Few days ago it was very nice, but for last 3-4 days. It's worst ever

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio Fiber customer service is very poor. Even after lapse of more than 20 days of disconnection, security deposit has not been refunded that too after complaining multiple times
