However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

Lalit Dhanowa (@dhanowalalit) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.
