    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare The technician schedule is not a problem. Please fix it asap. I am not getting technician contact nor they are visiting the premise. There shoukd be some update.

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare my wifi installation is scheduled for today at 12 PM, it was rescheduled from yesterday. I have ot received any call or messages from your team. Customer care is still not reachable as it doesn't give me option to connect. Hope I don't have get another reschedule.

    @JioCare When i used vpn udp protocol than my internet speed increased 0.3mbps to 50-60mbps. fix your routing

    Jio AirFiber Issue 🚨 My Jio AirFiber is not working, and I’m unable to raise a service request through the MyJio app. I’m also losing my validity period despite the service not working. This is extremely frustrating. @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio not getting network since last 2 month a mini tower is installed in my village. It's batteries are dead whenever electricity cuts off no signal in my area have done complaint 4-5 times but no resolution. I have done 1 year recharge so I cannot port to other

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio just let me know should I switch to Airtel? Because my data exhaust before half of day ends, then I recharge for extra data that also gets consumed just i scroll Insta and Facebook. But at the same time my wife use Airtel network.....

    Jio network doesn’t work in my room. Every time I try to port, I’m promised the issue will be fixed, but nothing changes. Please stop making promises and provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare’s support is broken. Aftr keeping my paid AirFiber disconnected for days over a 5km shift, their team called asking me wait until Aug 30. Wn I clarified I won't be available post-25, they went silent. Cmplt the relocation bfr 25 or process my REFUND. @reliancejio @TRAI
