    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima @MukeshAmbani06 Problem happen with AutoJioPay but no one to resolve. Services Stopped still no one to resolve. 399 Plan and paid more than 1000+ but still services stopped. Cust. Care from morning 9am no one receiving call only music. Worst Service JIO

    Dear, @Airtel_Presence This is totally unfair from you. Not solved my issue from last month. The only reason I am using ur network is only to have different sim apart from @reliancejio. Plase give back my amount 3k. I will switch to @reliancejio.🙏🙏

    @reliancejio I made a recharge of big amount by mistake. I spoke to customer care there is no solution to this. There is no refund policy. Please it will be really nice to not be unfair to customers during these hard times.
