    @Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted local network team and I came to know that no such work is really @JioCare @reliancejio 😔

    @JioCare Please arrange a proper investigation by your technical team and provide the test results. If Jio is unable to provide the promised service at my location, kindly reconsider my refund request instead of issuing a generic response. I look forward to your resolution.

    @JioCare We pay for monthly plans, yet get single-digit KB/s speeds or complete signal drops throughout the day. ​I’ve done everything on my end: ​Filed multiple complaints via customer care, ​Switched airplane mode on/off, reset network settings, and restarted my phone.

    @JioCare The technician visited and confirmed that the issue is with the tower connection, not the device or installation. However, the technical team responsible for the tower, especially Pravin, is not responding to the technicians or cooperating with them.
