@JioCare @reliancejio Why do incoming calls say that phone is switched off although handset is on and internet is working ? Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

@JioCare Whenever i play game or watching video on youtube so that some times network is too much poor. Network showing only uploading speed & downloading speed is stop , too much fluctuations in the uploading & downloading speed.

@JioCare All time False & Fake info. When we hd cancelled d Connection, your Executive asked that they will collect Modem/ Router in 48 Hrs & we will get Refund within 7-14 days. But till, they not collected d same Modem & details of Bank A/c to Refund Money. Worst services..Shameful..?

@JioCare Due to yours Jio Poor Network , I lost my PUBG KD ratio from 4.07 to 2.13 now . Full day i m doing my work in company then for relaxing my mind play some games or watching video ,but yours Jio poor Network gave me more stress when the network is not running Good.
