@reliancejio why on earth u had to shut down mobile internet service from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm whereas the exam was scheduled in between 10 am and 4 pm?

Acc to the notification Internet should've been shut down during the exam hours only. But from 7AM, mobile data was not working. @JioCare #Assam What a day! After accepting my ride, uberMOTO driver called me at the last moment to cancel it and then suddenly internet stopped. 🙃

@JioCare Hi Yasmeen, I was promised a technician visit between 7-8pm IST today after 5-6 phone call followup. Just get a message that techician is not available and its rescheduled to tomorrow. If you cant resolve it today, pls cancel and refund my money. Thank you.

@JioCare @reliancejio For a kilometre. It's more than 2 years now, yet to expand the fiber network. Very slow service. Why showing advertisement "Har Ghar Jio?" I don't understand this statement. I hope they will sort out this ASAP.
