    @JioCare Called customer care 6 times and informed that they have rescheduled. Now I called again and was informed that my complaint is closed and they are unable to reschedule and asking me to call again after sometime. @JioCare can someone please help me here

    Middle-class Indians are expected to pay every bill on time, but when services fail, companies hide behind automated replies and complaint numbers. My @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber has been down since 17 May. After 5 days, multiple complaints, and repeated calls, no resolution!

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber support. My internet speed issue is STILL unresolved, yet complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without any fix or my confirmation. This is unacceptable customer handling. Kindly reopen the SR immediately and arrange senior technical.

    @JioCare i see no updates regarding my last complaint about the wifi issue. pls take some action. also do something about the representative who's trying to falsely convince me that jio doesn't provide services just because he doesn't feel like visiting my locality. details in DM
