    @JioCare Complaint marked as cancelled but refund still not received. It was promised within 10–12 days, now it’s been 15+ days. This delay is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund immediately or I will escalate this further. @JioCare

    Jio service has malfunctioned once again. This time, we are facing difficulties not only with the internet but also with voice calls. we will now have to port our SIM card, as Airtel is providing excellent service in our area. @JioCare @jio

    @namratamanu @JioCare @reliancejio When the power goes off, the network also goes off, why is this so? The generator installed in Jio's tower does not turn on, due to which the network goes down after the power goes off. Your technical team told me that the staff here steal the diesel from the generator and sell.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber with NO0001D4FYGW is scheduled on 28-Apr-2026 between 10:00:00 - 12:00:00. Appointed engineer phone is switched off, no response from anyone on installation. Tried customer care but could not reach actual person. Can you please check?

    Writing to @RelianceDigital @JioCare again today as there has been no response or follow up at all, literally the worst service.Spoke to a customer care representative in the morning and she mentioned that the AC will be installed by today, But we didn't even receive a call back

    (2/4) Every time there’s an issue, your technician comes and instead of fixing it, keeps pushing me to DISCONNECT Jio Fiber and move to AirFiber. This happens repeatedly. Why should I disconnect my connection unless you people want the slot freed? @JioCare @reliancejio
