    @reliancejio Your executive completed the KYC, and I have already made the payment. However, no one is responding despite multiple calls. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel my application and refund my money at the earliest. @reliancejio @JioCare

    This is not the first time , several times have happened 🙏🏻 worst experience from @JioCare I didn't expect this from your side 💔 I recharged for 11 rupees data pack for 1 hour unlimited data but it does not reflect to my current number 👎🏻 jio care is not considering properly!!!

    @reliancejio worst service ever , the 4G has very low speed , while 5G can't keep the speed of even 10Mbps for 10 seconds comes to 0kbps after every 5 secs I don't understand why don't u guys scale up

    @TRAI @JioCare I have placed a JioFiber relocation request and service has not been fulfilled because local jio service guys asked me to raise a new connection request. I had paid 1200₹ for relocation request. Again I paid 3333₹ for new connection request.

    @JioCare @JioStb what kind of understanding? Still no one installed the STB, it's pathetic service, are you really care about customer issues? And most importantly what your seniors and management are doing on such escalations?

    That shows how much serious are you for your customers @JioCare. Since yesterday I am facing frequent disruptions and still no answers. Today is Tuesday and you have booked appointment for 19th June. It’s better to remove the connection and I will contact other customer.

    @JioCare Still nownthe issue is not resolved. How many days you require Shirisha. I have been following up from last 4 days. Is it a heavy task. Pathetic customer service and customer care service. Worst one with no knowledge.
