    @JioCare I purchased a JioFiber 100 Mbps connection on 30 Dec 2025 but received only around 30 Mbps. I disconnected the service within a week and returned the equipment. My refund is still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Please help. Order No: 7096841176

    @JioCare Even after reporting the exact location in Vasai West this morning, there is still no Jio network. No response, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Visit the area and check the ground reality instead of ignoring customers. Time to port to another network#Jio #VasaiWest

    @reliancejio The jio fiber internet is the worst co and totally unempathatic towards senior citizens. Hv been asking a technician visit for last one month at home of a single 70+ Yr lady who is struggling with wifi, they have still not visited.

    @JioCare my fiber internet is not working again from last night. Last month there was 5 days of no internet. This month its now 3 days already. This is irritating to the core. There is no proper customer service nor transparency about the issue. I want a manager to give me a call

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged ₹49 for the 1 day Unlimited Data pack, but on the same day there was a network outage and I couldn't use the service. Since the outage was not on my end, I request you to reactivate the 1 day Unlimited Data pack in my account.
