@Airtel_Presence @sunilbmittal ther service provided by your company is very disappointing. They failed to port a sim in 2 weekd time and haven't provided back a feasible solution. I guess this is why the company is losing its value and its customer @reliancejio is much better than u guys

@JioCare I have everything on emails and it is very clear that jio fiber doesn't intend to refund my installation charges as jio has placed different facts on different days. If YOUR CUSTOMER CARE did not discontinue my connection timely WHY WILL I PAY for their fault ???? #JioFiber

@JioCare In 4g generation u give me 2g speed of .3kb to 10kb maximum .even I can't complaint in jio or live chat bcoz in this network whatsapp messages are not sending. What is this jio.I suffering this situation from 1 year ur team regularly says we wil work but when?@JioCare

@reliancejio Very Bad experience with jio fiber.. My documentation process has done 3 days befor still now jio fiber is not installed in my home.. your customer care say that today it will be install from last 3 days but there is no gmail no respose from installer side very bad services.
