    @JioCare jio customer care not reply I am frustrated from jio issues not resolved in jio promo code mot applied in bill jio stb is defective show only 480p input i have 3 jio sim all will be port out to airtel and i shift jio airfiber to airtel

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber reallocation is still pending. Old connection is disconnected, but installation at the new address is not done yet. Please share the status of my ₹1,200 refund/adjustment and expedite the installation. Unable to reach customer support. Please resolve ASAP.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Only after escalating to the Appellate Team did someone finally respond. This is not the level of service customers should expect from India's largest telecom operator. What a pathetic system of services...

    @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI I don't know how you can allow jio to go on with IPO with such pathetic service. I see many twitter posts on customers frustrated by jio service. All I am asking is for refund of 1200 that they took from me and never provided service for it .
