    @reliancejio It's been 4 long days since i've used internet smoothly or have streamed youtube..... Even at 144p it takes 2 hours to watch a 2 minute video😖 If it continues, I guess i have no other choice but to change the network provider👎 😡😠😡😠😡😠😡😠

    @JioCare I had lodged a complaint for non functioning of Jio Fiber on June 19 with SR000015ENQ8 and was told that issue will be resolved within 24 hours. But the Jio Fiber CC has closed the service without resolving the issue. When I enquired, they again raised a new service

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence 5G is coming soon, but yet we people of tuio , jharkhand not taken advantage of 4G coverage, bcz there is no network coverage, complaining since 2016, but I'm failed. And the both network are responsible for this

    @JioCare hi there! Struggling to get another SIM for an already Jio customer. It’s like you make it really hard to spend money with you. I’ve requested an additional sim for my mom thrice so far. Twice your agents have called and promised delivering a sim in jammu. All fail

    @JioCare I was suffering from so many days to convert my physical Sim into ESim. For that I raised my concern on twitter itself. But today I got a solution. My sim has been instantly converted in E Sim by Mr. Bharat Spkal who is working at Chakan JIO Store the branch code is 3857.Thanks
