    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jiober last year...and got disconnected in this year January... I approached again in this month to resume my service but they denied that service can not be provide saying that fiber connection is not in my area... In 4 months jio fiber is closed

    @JioCare I have annual pack , and currently your network is very bad in our area , we are experiencing Internet slowness and call drops in middle . Please let me know how to get remaining money back as I am going to port @airtelindia which is giving best service .

    @reliancejio Very poor service of jio team. I am running after them to buy a new jio postpaid sim but it feels like they dont want to gain a customer. No one helps in customer support. Instead I feel like discontinuing all my jio fiber connections as well if they cant help.
