    @reliancejio i am unable to use internet since 2 days , I can't able to watch videos and i am also not able to use my apps. When i called to your executive he said the network maintenance is going on please co-operate how many days i will co-operate with you .

    @JioCare My STB voucher was generated (DV0000032SDE) and successfully redeemed on 22 Jan 2026 (SR: TC00000A5IHG). This proves eligibility. Yet no engineer visit or installation till date. For months I've received only assurances, not service. Please resolve urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Every time we hear that our backup team is trying to fix the problem but till now some problems have not been fixed, one team is saying 24 hours and the other team is saying 7 days.

    @Airtel_Presence As expected service request got rescheduled to Tommorow. @Airtel_Presence you are not able to fix this my work is getting impacted due to this. Just give me steps to close my connection. I am gonna move to @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been waiting since yesterday. One thing I have noticed is that your service is getting worse day by day. Despite raising a service request and following up multiple times, no technician has visited yet. This delay is very disappointing and unacceptable.
