    @JioCare Today my problem could not be solved. I did not get any phone call. I am sure that you will not be able to solve my problem. I will give you a suggestion. Mention the Jio Sim above the box that our network is slow. After that he will buy jio sim or else he will.

    @JioCare have tried calling @JioCare employees Issue still not resolved from 8 days. Service request number is SR000014AZEL. Recharged this month and unable to use internet. No response and service request closed as completed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Encountered with a third-class customer care team who is arrogant and unsupportive. Instead of resolving the issue executive simply said "I am the top authority of Jio and you have an issue in your phone" Executive- Deepak Singh Designation- Supervisor

    @reliancejio Worst service ever received. Facing internet issue since 1 week. Have called customer care 4 times, everytime they pick-up & hang-up call without talking. Fed-up of so called India's largest network Jio service. Unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour.
