@JioCare The service is not up to the mark. I have got no update. Nobody is updating me. It's like i have paid the money and then installation will be arranged at your convenience. Plz arrange for immediate cancellation. I will be really grateful.

@khankashif787 @reliancejio I gurranty it Jio will not fix it. They will ask for your patience so that they can optimize the network in your location "soon" (soon means till the death of the user). Because I am facing issue over 2 years and still I am waiting for that "soon" to come.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hello jio I have an issue with your application which selects a default plan even after selecting an correct plan. I had selected a 209 plan but I don't know how your application works but it selected a 719 plan which is not required.
