    @reliancejio i am unable to use internet since 2 days , I can't able to watch videos and i am also not able to use my apps. When i called to your executive he said the network maintenance is going on please co-operate how many days i will co-operate with you .

    @JioCare @airtelindia soon im sure you will get more customers…Jio is failing drastically to provide customer service more than 28 hours my JIO WIFI is not working…and till now no resolution provided.

    @jio_fiber @jio_gigafiber @reliancejio worst service money deducted from account during security deposit payment. Sms recieved from jio side having order no . Now jio have no data of payment as well as order no. I have screen shot of payment also. No refund. 37 days over

    From past 4 to 5 days i have been facing an issue with the internet speed its even less then 0.5mbps , before it i can even stream the 4k videos without buffering but now even video at 144p buffers. @reliancejio kindly provide the resolution for this problem
