    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare you really don't care one you receive the payment . I have been trying to reach you for device pickup and refund through every means telephone , twitter , email . You are just raising service tickets , no real resolution . Pathetic service !!

    @reliancejio @JioCare What the hell is going on..? Iam tried to calling customer care since 1hr but unable to chat with your excutive...?? If you are unable to handle customers or your service and internet speed, then said to customer for MNP... It's mental torture..😡

    @JioCare I hope in the screenshots and with the Sr number you can find the information. Not only in one location in all the places in Bangalore I am facing network issues. And I want an solution on this ASAP.
