    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @airtelindia from last 6 days my phone’s internet is not working , I have reported it but still my issue is not solve now I have take one @JioCare Jio sim which is having better network than Airtel . Stop advertising for no. 1 network make improvements in network.

    I have heard of wifi connections going down for a max of 2-3 hours, but what is this behaviour @JioFiberVoice @JioCare how can there is an outage for more than 14 hours now! How do we go about the day if our work relies on your wifi?!

    @JioCare Go back to your customer support team and ask them - they might brief u incase if there is something within jiocare as CUSTOMER SUPPORT !! hopelessness is a small word to what ive faced interacting / dealing with your customer care.

    @reliancejio I have call your customer care number (I.e. 198). For some paperwork releted work. And your executive is unable to resolve my quarry so she told me that she will transfer my call to her superior. And last from last 18 minutes I am still on waiting.
