I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

@JioCare Jio fiber ID- +91-3379638684 Jio fiber ID- 7980731929 Both these are not working whereas I recharged with 999rs plans for both. Whenever I try to reach you guys it's always an hassle or the rep says there's some servicing.The router works to be fine but the speed is below 10mbps

@JioCare would not recommend #jiofiber to anyone as they do not send a engineer when the internet is slow. Poor service Jio. Done complaining on your customer care number.
