    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare can anyone help me out here regarding setup of jio fiber in our society, they have installed all d setup before 15days and now they are telling us there is some issue from our nearby building from where they were going to take connection, i am tired of calling them

    @JioCare At least someone should call that for so and so reason, unable to come. Just made to wait unnecessarily and then no show. It is as if i am getting the service for free and left at the mercy of whosoever wants to contact at their convenience

    @JioCare bought a 3 month plan, and your team gave me a 6-month data-only plan. Absolutely ridiculous service, I'm porting very soon.

    @JioCare Sure,thanks for the update Jio team. Any estimated time (in months/years) when will JioFiber be able to cater at my location in AGRA, It would be great if you could cross check with the concerned team internally and help me with the the estimated time? Looking forward to hear. Tx

    @JioCare It's done. No call. No visit instead I received a message, "Dear Customer, Hope we have been able to provide you with a resolution on service request SR000014SGMK.. Thanks for this 'sarkari' approach and providing me with the worst service I've ever received. @upadhyayumesh
