    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare @JioCare I don’t understand why should someone downgrade plan for such a thing. It sounds like Jio doesn’t want its subscribers to deactivate from OTT service at all! Feeling pity for those who got activated 1 year offer of Amazon prime and Netflix provided by you

    @JioCare Shared all details. Haven't received even a single call back. Never expected such service from jio. I regret my decision of choosing jio. Would never recommend jio to anyone

    Have you experienced @reliancejio 5G? I think @BSNL_GJ 2G network is far better than this 5G. Even jio 4G got paralysed.
