  @JioCare I paid for 3 month plan in Jun, also 380 for addins in Jul, my connection validity should be till Sep 6, but my connection was suspended with some pending due, which I am not clear, what's for? I have communicated with Customer care they are not able to resolve that.

  @JioCare @JioCare , @reliancejio I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my disconnection request is being handled. If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it.
