I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

@JioCare no internet since yesterday. Your customer care colleague came and mentioned he can’t help due to external factors and will do the necessary by 9:30 am in morning. It’s 10:15 AM & still no internet during “work from home” time. I expect better customer service from Jio.
