I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio @JohnPlayers_JP Your policy of exchange clothing is not fare in my view. We can shop at JP at discounted price but in exchange (size issue) you have dual policy, if i give cash then I ll get get disc, if exchange then on MRP, though product is same

Your service is disaster on ground level a customer cannot rely on these types of service @reliancejio @JioCare u have to do something with this first u would call for recharge but not for ground check

@JioCare @reliancejio This is worst. Even after changing network to 4G only we are still facing the same issue where the phone shows network but randomly cannot make or receive calls. While on call it disconnects & then you can't make calls till you try Airplane mode or wait few minutes. Jio sucks!🫣

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio customer executive language is not good towards customer. I got a call today with number (80009 27244) the guy is talking and threatening me that my sim going to blocked if i don't recharge, i get it. Surely there should be a polite way to tell this.

@JioCare I used jio from past 3 years on 206130(pincode) location where i never get 4G speed. Actually here jio 4G internet is much slower then airtel & Vi 3G internet. Why you launched 5G even when you can't deliver proper 4G service. You should shame on yourself.

@JioCare Your executive are worst.. Somebody in my neighborhood called them to fix something.. Janab log aae aur saare wire zameen m road per bikhra k chale ***... Jio fiber not working.. Office ki meeting hai aaj 2-3 jaise jaise kaam chala rha hu.. Look into this matter please
