    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @AbhinavSinghai6 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio Pin code 844119, we are facing huge network issue. Whenever electricity goes off, Jio network is also vanished. There is no backup plan from tower end. This is happening from past 2 weeks. Please look otherwise we need to switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare So it’s two times I applied for @reliancejio Fiber & both the times registration done but service engineers cancelled the order.

    @JioCare Overall I spoke to your helpline 7 times. The worst was the lady at the last, who said- cannot escalate as I have no supervisor- and there is nothing I can do except register a complaint with resolution in 48 hours. Having worked with the BPO industry, that is a blatantly false

    Dear jio, @JioCare @reliancejio U guyz have the worst network, i switched from Vodafone to jio just because of ur better network now it seems u guyz have failed in this field. I have 3 months of plan bt it seems waste.😠😠
