    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare Wrong, Jio service is hopeless, query not resolved even after 24 hrs. You claim to give uninterrupted service, what happens now, will you extend the service proportionately, I doubt?

    Hey @reliancejio . Is your services good in Pune? I want to port my number. I am using @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence postpaid, but the internet seems to never work. Whenever my home wifi goes down, i can't even browse a webpage using mobile data and they don't seem to care.

    @JioCare Issue here is not resolution but refund because you didn't address the issue didn't lock the complaint. Now refuse to refund for services not provided.
