I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

@JioCare we are 500 families apartment in Chennai, Manapakkam 600125. But no proper signal at all. Hardly get 1 or 2 points. Sometimes no signal at all. Airtel had the same problem and now they rectified it. Can you do some arrangements to fix it or we will switch to Airtel.

@JioCare worst service ever i paid 2800 for jio wifi and it's been 2 days my connection is not started yet done multiple calls to jio care all are saying different things we have technical issue,there is no service at your area but they took the money and no cancellation **** jio
