I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

friends all of you are requested not to take @reliancejio phone.Because the company gives bad phones.And if the phone is damaged then it does not even replace it.I bought the phone and opened the box, then the display of the phone was bad, the company did not change.

Have called the local support, they have no idea what is wrong. Even the phone network is not there. Have been an Airtel user for 12 years and this is not the service quality I expect. I had to use @reliancejio's network to write this tweet. what is this @airtelindia ?

@reliancejio @JioEngage Pls immediately act on Jio store of Ghatkopar(E), Mum. The employees are extremely irritated with customers & think they get away with it. Wanted to check his name on ID for giving complaint, but to avoid a scene I didn;t do so.

@reliancejio @JioEngage I want to give serious complaint about Jio store, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai for their extrmly rude behavior. Normally I dont give such complaints. I went to replace lost SIM & the man was persistently extremely rude though I was polite.
