    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio your network is so slow in Bamangachi of North 24 Parganas of West Bengal, that even the MY JIO APP is not working. Plz look into it or you will loose valuable subscribers of your mobile services.

    @reliancejio Have JioFiber at home and its not working from last 5 hours. Operator informed on ETA time as 1.23am and then 1.39AM and still this is not resolved. Can somone please look at it?

    @JioCare - I think time to switch to Airtel again, because no network and mute calls after connecting , no solution from Jio , very disappointing

    @reliancejio i carried my JIO sim to UK but i am not getting any network now. Do we need to activate international roaming before travelling abroad to even get the network ?

    @JioCare The best solution to 'bad jio network' is to switch to airtel or other network. Now bsnl is also providing good service.

    @JioCare I got a mail from u which claims that non jio calls are charged at 6p? But u said that from 1st Jan 2021 new subscriber on Jio has unlimited calls to any network n there is no chgs for non jio numbers? Plz confirm n clear the confusion
