    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My Jiofibre is down from past two days, have called customer care a ten times in last 48 hours, everytime I get the same assurance that it will be resolved in 24 hours. Service request no. SR000016AGLH More than 48 hours passed but no response.

    @JioCare it’s been more than one day and still I haven’t received any resolution @reliancejio promised to resolve issue today evening but nothing yet request id SR000016A76Z I am not able to perform my work, it is worst service from @JioCare when it was working ping is ver high

    Whenever I miss my childhood , I open up Youtube on my Jio network . It reminds me of that 2G speed in my childhood @reliancejio

    @JioCare Will you please clarify my doubt about relocation of connection?? I have shifted from top floor to ground floor with in the same apartment.But now your customer executive told me to take new connection. Is it jusify????

    @JioCare Today someone called from jio at 4:30 PM and scheduled pick up at 7 PM. But as usual no one came. Pathetic service and harassment by jio. @_MukeshAmbani I am following up since last five months
