    @reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio When I login to JIO security app, the message show me the "No subscription exist for logged in user. Buy licence to use jio security " What's the meaning of this message. Please let me know.

    @JioCare Horrible service being doled out. A new connection in one day but Home Move request pending since 20 days,no idea whether it will be resolved in next 20 days or not. Ur marketing team suggesting take new connection Jio making mockery of #CustomerService & #customers

    @reliancejio @JioCare ID# NO0000FWAYGS , was promised connection same day , its 3 days no one came, Sales person Harish - +91 93461 37011 is just not responsive. The booking was on if i do not like it after one month, it's even before service started you are gone with money

    Beware if you have @fiber_jio @reliancejio plan, your WFH will get stalled as they do not have something called customer service/engineers to fix issues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioGigaFibre It's been 3 days I am complaining about the Jio Fibre internet issue. Everyday the customer care people are scheduling a visit but nobody comes to address the issue. Very disappointing service by Jio Fibre.

    @JioCare from last 15 days there is a huge network issue on jio in Bulandshahr.Can you please take proper actions to solve connectivity issue so that I take my classes online...🤨🤨

    @JioCare Please look into the matter at the earliest. We rely on Jio for work from home. Power outage we can understand but if network services go down its unacceptable

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am trying to book JioFiber, but I am not getting any kind of response from your side. This shows that you are not interested in doing your business and forcefully I am being diverted to choose another internet service provider for WiFi connection.
