    @reliancejio @JioCare I was pleased to hear news that 5g started in Guwahati. Also my number eligible fr free 5g trial. But as said free ka maal bekar hi hota hai. 5G right now means call drops, unstable network & for now it's a burden. Not feeling great after experiencing jio 5G

    @JioCare why am I receiving calls from technicians to install connections despite of cancellation request. They are mentally harassing me. (Dear Customer, installation of your JioFiber connection for Order no. NO0000O85JQL has been put on hold due to wiring related work.

    @JioCare I have been getting this pc of info from past 2 days. But unfortunately no service engineer has paid a visit. Pathetic after sales service I must say.

    @JioCare #jio5g is not working on Verava, Gujarat (362268) Last Gew Days 5G Network is not available. Also I Complaine For this but till now no network in this city.

    @JioCare @weeeeeshal What pathetic service! I've raised my service req 7 days back and till now no engineer has been assigned. The cust care is helpless and keeps repeating like a parrot "24 more hrs". Be honest and tell the customer if you can take the service load in an area or not! NO0000O5ZIWZ

    @JioCare For your kind information don't be sympathetic , after facing again bad slow net problem's , i just concern your faculty whome i was i touch they didn't respond back this is very unfortunate about your faculty not to care about your customers. Anyways Thank you
