@reliancejio please bring your connection to our area there are a lot of people using bsnl fiber who have got irritated with their service. If you bring your connection here all of the people will shift to jio.

@JioCare Well, worse data speed and call connection issue is happening with all the apps and website and all the calls. So how can i say only 2 apps name? And yes the previous location is the same location i am facing issue. And the location is Champagarh, ranpur, nayagarh dist. @TRAI

@JioCare On top of this even whatsapp messages are getting delivered after a delay of 15 seconds. Imagine 150Mbps plan and a stupid whatsapp text takes 15 seconds. What a piece of **** in name of fiber.

@JioCare India definitely belives in Jio but then is your Customer care- Hellbent on tarnishing the brand name.7 out of 10 calls are unreachable and when reached dismal experience. Tone, accountability, records, appropriation to concern is super messy. Work on your staff.

@JioCare ok you guys are giving rote answer instead of correcting networking. jio consumer is getting crushed because of you guys. jio's 2G speed is better, the number should be ported. There will be no complaint for networking again and again
